[redacted],Please contact the phone numbers you have been provided.  We are open 24/7.  As of yet, you have not done so.  Please not that whomever set up your account, may have indicated for it to auto-charge each month.  Incidently, whomever did is still using the account.  As you yourself is not a member of the site...you should ask for a Manager to assist you.  I understand you claim the card is not yours...but we won't know until we verify who you are.  Likewise we cannot just disable an account without someone confirming they want it disabled.  If you are the owner of the card we will cancel the account and refund you...but you are not making any effort to contact us.  Why?Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Hello,I am happy to help you with this request and will follow up with the Customer Service Manager so as this gets processed ASAP.  Can you please confirm what email address you are getting unwanted emails or was used to open your account.  Once I can get this verified, it...

will take about 5-10 days for the system to purge you from our network.  If you get another message you can contact me directly for assistance:  [redacted]Thank you,Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Rejected: If "there was a technical issue and your session kept reloading", AnastasiaDate has not released any information to me to indicate why or how. They have not provided a solution. I have expanded my proof that it is recorded video, but AnastasiaDate has closed the claim. AnastasiaDate, being represented by Gregory V[redacted], has shifted blame to me as an offending member.Much of my rejection is expanded in my letter to Mr. V[redacted] below: Dear Gregory V[redacted] / AnastasiaDate,Thank you for answering my complaint that I have filed with the Revdex.com. As you may or may not remember, I have contacted you (Gregory V[redacted]) before. The biggest drawback was the fact that your own Customer Support has repeatedly denied your authority and/or employment by this site, as well as you, yourself, being quite vague in you capacity at AnastasiaDate.com. It took me a long time to ascertain your authority and verify it through AnastasiaDate Customer Service. To begin with, I would like to make reference to the comment, "I can only imagine that is [sic] someone is chatting online in one position and on occasion looking up at the screen that it may appear to be repetitive but it is not looping - rather a repetitive motion." - I am aware that it can look repetitive. I am aware that it is difficult to notice or observe. I am also aware that there are many gentlemen who have said that "they know someone who knows someone who told them ...". I do not make these accusations lightly. In fact, at times, if I were to make an honest assessment of the situation, I would make the guess that up to 75% of all Live VideoChats were pre-recorded fakes at given times (yes, my opinion). Maybe this has to do with the majority of "fakes" being on for long periods of time each day. Maybe there are other reasons? This particular complaint was spotted in Odessa a few months ago on a Live VideoChat. I reported two fakes to Customer Service while in Odessa. I watched IN REAL TIME the video fakery. I even estimated and watched the repeat loops, correctly guessing the loops within seconds - LIVE! And your Verification Team refuses it. So I videotaped myself showing the 5 sets of back-to-back frames at approximately 14 minutes 29.500 seconds apart from each other (within a partial second) - the end, then the beginning of the new loop. The back-to-back frames were duplicates and the second frame was very different from the previous frame. Hair on her chest and instantly on her shoulder (next frame), all the same and all at 14 minutes 29.500 seconds apart from each other (within a partial second). And you have the original footage to prove its authenticity. By the way, I also corraborated it by finding several other major motions and timestamped them all. The timestamps of the loops are from [redacted] Times are in PM USA EST and not Moscow time. Also, there are sections in which my estimates could be a partial second off due to internet variations and other circumstances that would take too long to explain (or I do not know why).I reported it twice. But, "... and the chat that you had with her on July [redacted], and they were unable to determine that the lady's video was pre-recorded. As such, they consider the matter now closed." - that was the reply to me.  I have asked what was the actual final decision made by the Verification Team (the actual wrong committed) before and how the decision was determined. This was to find a reason:1. I am lying to you and therefore perpetuating a scam and crime myself. 2. I made a mistake. 3. An outside source is looping the live video at a constant rate. 4. A virus is affecting AnastasiaDate VideoChats only. 5. The video is deleted and no one can actually look at it again. 6. Customer Service has not forwarded it to IT Department. 7. IT Department is unqualified and not capable of seeing a scam.8. It is a scam, you know it, but I am being lied to. As you can see, I have genuinely looked at all possibilities (including accusing myself as a possibility - which did not happen). I have asked AnastasiaDate Customer Service for help in finding a valid reason for this discrepancy.  But it is against policy to release any information. You want me to blindly put my faith in an organization that has already proved to me that it is not capable of finding fraud (or if I were to believe your critics, hiding fraud). Mr. V[redacted], I can send you (personally) much proof (how about a dozen instances?). Remember, I tried to do this at earlier dates, but you directed me back to Customer Service (unless they failed to respond).[redacted]'These complaints range from overcharges, services not rendered (wrong charges for no video, charges for "black" video, etc.), married female members, associations with pornographic chats, altered/enhanced ("Photoshopped") photographs, false birth dates, false membership benefit advertisements, "End Chat" problems and so on. The most serious of these accusations are the use of pre-recorded video chats, which allow another person to type for the girl.']Yes, I have made prior complaints that I believe are valid. But that also caused me to notice videos that "looked funny".  I spent many hours (especially 150 hours on my Christmas vacation alone) looking at different programs on the internet that will show image differences, EXIF viewers, video side-by-side replays, stereoscopic players, biomechanical motion analyzers and who knows how much more. Like you, I am not an expert, but I did learn QUITE a lot through simple research, trial-and-error, playbacks and so on.As an example, I spent two years reporting fraud of one lady alone. There was irrefutable evidence. Yet, repeatedly it was refused (check my complaints to Customer Service and the many Live Support Client Service Representatives that I sent information to independently, including evidence viewed during our communication). And there were also numerous prior occasions in which she should have been investigated and called into question.a) after almost 200 combined letters, she (for no reason) does not want letters, just videob) after a 2 month absence, she has no idea who I am (even after 200 combined letters)c) her favorite Grandmother is alive, dead and alive againd) she had no idea that I sent her flowers before (a year earlier)e) she did not know I sent flowers in real time (until I told her)f) she visited a man in Singapore, but now it is a man from UK who visited herg) she was born and raised in Odessa, now Kievh) upside down and/or pre-recorded video chatsi) twice in Odessa she failed to meet me (with Odessa & Moscow reps assisting in person)j) I have a picture of the girl who was fake typing for herk) incorrect information about time on sitel) incorrect birth year on profile page (fluctuates)m) admits incorrect birth year in chatn) talk style is completely different (refers to me as "Baby")... and probably much more. Only very recently was she removed. It is disturbing when you know the video is recorded and you cannot prove it. But it becomes really disturbing when you know the video is recorded and you CAN prove it - but the site rejects it. The fact that not only does AnastasiaDate show VideoChats that are pre-recorded, but they also show pre-recorded video played OVER other pre-recorded video!!! Sometimes over and over and over. And your Customer Support has seen it - and rejected it (I can name names and dates).
[redacted] As for "I understand the member in question contacted you.", that is correct. The site has done this several times, sometimes as a free response and sometimes as a response in which I have to pay for. I am sure it was forced and it was read. My disagreement is not that the girl is not real, I simply disagree that a particular Live VideoChat session was actually "live". As I state so often, I am sure it is above the average girl's capability and resources to do it on her own. I would imagine that it is, at minimum, at agency level. I am not even sure if the girl knows that she had a session with me. Remember, I already saw another girl typing for the  girl that "I was talking to". So I do not put much credence in a response that tries to explain unrelated

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
 To AnastasiaDate:

Yes, you have refunded the credits for the calls that were not placed. Your refusal to see the real issues at hand is the reason we are discussing this here instead of on your site. Your response is typical for AnastasiaDate – you are attempting to shift the blame to another party. And now you tell me that I won’t get a refund because of a “falling out with this lady?”

First, why would the status of my relationship have any effect on the outcome of this complaint? When there are technical support issues I must have a specific relationship status with whatever lady might be involved? Is this a new rule that you have failed to post online?

Next, how would you know the status of my relationship with this lady? Are you monitoring my communications with the ladies on this site?

The real issues are that I was inconvenienced and the lady was inconvenienced because of technical problems on your site that you are responsible for – not me or the lady or my bank that your customer support team has placed the blame on. Because your site failed to address the technical problems I was compelled to keep spending money (credits) to even make the phone call happen and that is the issue to be discussed here.

But, my intent in this response is to use facts to prove my case. If all you can provide is allegations and changing rules then there will be no satisfactory resolution for this complaint.

In the photo [redacted] you can see that your call center operator is blaming me because your database has an incorrect phone listed. No one gave me access to your database to change it. I (not someone else) provided the correct phone in my profile by updating it myself before any calls were attempted – am I required to change it elsewhere? If so, I couldn’t find it. It appears that your database did not get updated which is no fault of mine because I gave my phone number in the only place you have indicated me to give it.

After admitting that you don’t have my number correct she then tells me it could be because my bank may not accept foreign charges. So even knowing that the problem is on your end she tried to pass the buck and blame someone else for your mistake.

Also in this message your call center operator states that call [redacted] was expired because your system couldn’t reach the lady at the appointed time. Perhaps this was because the appointed time didn’t match the time she expected to be called – it was originally set for 7 PM her time. She had changed it to half an hour later but your system set it to midnight her time. Please view [redacted].

At this point you are likely to claim that she made a mistake in rescheduling and I would be inclined to believe you. But the information I will provide proves that every time a call gets rescheduled your system changes it to a time that has not been requested.

In the photo [redacted] you can see that I requested 12 noon for my time. In the lower half of the photo is a message that says my old time was 7 PM! Because I won’t call a lady at that time of night (1 AM her time) unless I know her much better I cancelled the call. No one can be blamed for this inconvenience except Anastasiadate.

And the photos [redacted] and [redacted] also show that none of the times match the actual times requested or the times the ladies changed it to. How can the resulting confusion be blamed on me or the lady?

As you can see this can and did cause a great deal of confusion and that, in order for me to try to clear things up with this lady it required spending money (credits) to make sure the calls were made at a convenient time for me and the lady. The facts show you are to blame and that is why I requested the refund.

The scheduling problems were not beyond your control – the fault was entirely with your system and I would venture to say you have done nothing to fix this problem.

Your sudden change in pricing WITHOUT notification is reminiscent of an online scam designed to bilk people of their money and it is both dubious and criminal. It would appear that you are selling women to the highest bidder, and using intimidation tactics on the women to prevent them from communicating with authorities. Perhaps a criminal investigation should be opened into your bride traficking operations.

[Your Answer Here] [redacted] [redacted]Anastasiadate.com knowingly has scammers on their web site. Her profile says that her English is a beginner level but allot of men have paid for classes from your company to give her English lessons so either she is incorrect on her English level which is a violation or you are incorrectly listing her English level to get more men to buy the classes for her. This violation requires a dull refund. On Anastasiadate.com web site it says that [redacted] has been "verified"  which states "the lady never authorized her name, photograph, or any other profile information to appear on another dating site while she is present on Anastasia web sites. She also Accepts that she will never receive or seek to receive financial compensation" She admitted to me she was on other web sites which is a violation of your policy which requires a full refund

To The Revdex.com & Amolatina: Amolatina must never set up a customer’s account for monthly payments without the customer’s knowledge or consent. This is illegal and is theft.   Amolatina must never advertise a $2.99 join fee which they use to get the customers payment information and then set that customer up for monthly payments without the customer’s knowledge or consent.   Thank-you Revdex.com for resolving this matter.   I suggest that companies like Amolatina (and their affiliates) be monitored for compliance to ethics.   Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I understand that your major point is the credits used during these purchases were used. My chief complaint is that these purchases were not authorized by me. I not at anytime during this account active time purchased $96.00 packages before these two disputed transactions. Nor were either of these on the auto update system as you have previously claimed.  I had hoped a simple easy and quick resolution to this but it seems that your company does not believe in customer service and is there only to take money from paid members without any regard for there safety or concern for them. I have already cancelled and after a few requests had my account removed from the system.  I had hoped a reasonable course of action be taken from and by your company before submitting a complaint to Revdex.com but it seems that even that you careless about as your history here shows. You fight about the money because virtual credits were used, no expense to either yourself personally or the company as it is all pure profit. Messages are auto translated by your software and your non paying (Lady) members are advised to at no time give out or share personal information with paying members. Even to the point of threatening them with removal of account. Your are a business to make money this I understand all businesses are. Your disregard of the request purely on the "But the credits have been used" scenario is both unreasonable and selfish. I have been polite and understanding of your points. I have not made threats or in anyway sought anything beyond what I believe is due and have attempted I feel to be reasonable in my request for return payment. I have taken a copy of all transactions as fortunately your system emails every transaction made. I am aware that you are basing your stand on communications read between me and a couple of your non paying members and the fees involved in such communications. The fact that your staff have readly available access to membership emails and communications is frightening.

Hello, I have reviewed your recent rebuttal.  I want to be clear that we do not advise any member to send another member money for English lessons or anything else.  Actually our anti-scam policy recommends to not send any money to anyone.  Members from our site are verified for indentification purposes and to ensure they are serious in there intentions of finding love abroad.  However, we do not and cannot force members to remove themselves from other dating sites they have previously participated in as some sites are either very slow to comply with requests for deletion.  We have contacted the member in question and she has told us that she has contacted the other site to remove herself from there.  Obviously we have no way of deleting her from another dating site ourselves. Her English level is her own determination.  Thus if she feels she does not speak it well, she can indicate this.  There is not indication that this member has scammed you in any way.  If so, please send us any requests for money from you and also file an anti-scam claim as per our website so as the right department can look into this matter further.  If she has broken up the relationship, complaining via the Revdex.com in an attempt to get revenge is not the proper way to proceed.  I hope you can understand we have nothing to go on in your case without any specifics as to how she scammed you personally.Sincerely,Gregory V[redacted]Customer Service Director

Hello [redacted],I have reviewed your complaint on Revdex.com.  To be clear we do not get many complaints here unlike your assumption.  We have over 50,000 members joining out site each month.  I can assure you that nearly all members that sign up for a membership based service like ours...

understand that the credit card details they enter when they register is needed to activate the auto-matic charges to re-subscribe on a monthly basis or when credits run out.  You like everyone else accepted these terms and like everyone else were instructed on how to disable this feature.  I happen to be a member of [redacted] which operates the same.  [redacted] operates the same as well and equally a service that has many more people than we do signing up each month.  You were billed for services that you imply you did not want...is that correct?  I would be willing to make an exception in your case if you can confirm if you did not use the credits you were billed for.  Can you clarify that?  If not, and you used the credits then there is not much I can do as it would be like me asking [redacted] or [redacted] to give me my money back for services I used up.Please be careful when using subsription based services or sites that will auto recharge you as they do it for a reason...so your service is not disrupted.  I can have your account noted to disable this service if you like...just confirm.  You will have to manually do this in the future and be cut off if you are in a communication with anyone should your credits run out.  This is up to you and has always been your choice to activate or disable.Thank you for understanding, I look forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely,[redacted]CSD Director

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Your site claims to provide women who are looking for foreign men for serious relationships/marriage.  In my instance, this was certainly not true.  I have joined an organization that researches and finds fraudulent profiles on sites like Anastasiadate.   Of course, I was using your site before I joined the organization.  When I divulged who I was talking to at Anastasiadate, my friends found the profile of [redacted].  It was obvious she was not looking for a relationship with any foreign man, let alone myself.   Months later, they found out that she had a longtime boyfriend via her [redacted] account.   They posted the video online.  You are right.  She can date whomever she chooses.  She can have boyfriends.  But you should not charge the men who use your service, to talk to her or any woman.   It is obvious you cannot guarantee the women at your site are looking for serious relationships.  You compare yourself to other dating sites but you omit something that is obvious.  At other sites, I can pay a fee and talk to any woman I wish.  At your site, I have to pay to talk to [redacted] without knowing any of this information.  I have to find it myself.
So the question is this, why is she at your site in the first place, when it is obvious she has a longtime boyfriend whom she loves very much?  What could motivate her to do deceive men who are at the site?
I was told you would respond to me like I was an [redacted].  But I guess I am just too naive.  I thought perhaps, this was all a misunderstanding.  Of course, it isn't.
Good day, sir.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  For what it is worth, I really only concede that you are correct from a legal standpoint...but I think your service would be great if you could offer better assurances that your ladies are real and not just paid employees, as is highly suspected.
Sincerely,

Dear [redacted], Thanks for providing the ID numbers of the ladies from our site for us to investigate.  I believe our CSD team has tried to contact you recently to request you please complete an Anti-scam Claim on any of them which you believe have scammed you in some way.  You mentioned that some seemed to have changed "stories", I am not sure how that constitues a scam.  Changing jobs certainly does not constitute scam.  People have been known to either be vauge at stories or detailed depending on how close they are to another person...so I won't speculate but I can only suggest that you ask for details or more information if it confusing or conflicts other statements.  As for ladies from China, translation of words can be difficult nevertheless.  As for the lady that said she would meet you and didn't come to USA...we can try to get her side of the story.  I am aware of people making promises to see someone and then back out...again this is not a scam as she could have gotten cold feet for any reason.  The fact she may be taunting you is another concern.  If you can provide us references to these chats or emails that imply she is not sincere and causing you stress we can do something about it.  When we get her side of the story we will know more.  I am aware at times ladies become panicky when travelling to meet someone or even lie about coming out when they have a hard time saying they are afraid or possibly stressed or feel pressured.  I am unaware of what is the situation in this case...but it could be she just didn't want to go to the next level yet or with you in particular.  We need to review the chat messages to see what was communicated and have better understanding of the situation. If you can please fill out the anti-scam claim this week will be great as we can contact the lady to begin our investigation.  Sincerely, [redacted]CSD Director

Hello,The Revdex.com is not the best place for making this request.  Have you ever contacted customer service to inform them?  I am forwarding your contact details to the systems administrators that manage mailing list deletions to remove your email address from our records.  Thank...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Hello  [redacted],
As you know, I have already taken your advice and achieved a much greater level of success in LESS THAN ONE MONTH with much more real tangible resultsusing AsianDate.com competitors online dating sites. The girl/lady I met in real life was a member of a competitors site NOT from AsianDate.com.  I have NEVER been successful with AsianDate.com "services" except throwing money into a black hole bottomless pit. As for "I am sure you would not like it if someone from China called you in the middle of the night and wondering why you were not online." is irrelevant because at night when I sleep my phone ring tone is on silent (or phone is turned off completely).Actually, I DID have a lady from China (a member of an AsianDate.com competitor site) call me in the middle of the night on several occasions because she did not understand the time difference between Hawaii and China.   However, I was NOT disturbed because my ringtone was on silent/mute. Your comment "Likewise ladies would not want to awake to someone knocking on their door in the middle of the night who traveled half way around the world." is silly and ridiculous.   A personal email address (or a phone number) is NOT a physical home address so how could any western man literally go knock on the door of a lady in the middle of the night?"Getting the contact information of a member takes time as it does in real life."  Not on AsianDate.com competitors online dating sites I am successfully using.   In LESS THAN ONE MONTH I have received contact information (email address and phone numbers) from female members on AsianDate.com competitors sites because ladies areallowed to freely give it out at any time they choose without censorship by the website in the name of "privacy"."I am aware of sites that do publish member's contact info, however they are usually from countries where laws of privacy do not exist."   On legitimate competitors online dating sites that I have been using (female) members contact information is NOT automatically published by competitors sites as you claim.  Female members who have freely exchanged email addresses or phone numbers with me can decide at any time to stop communicating with me (or any man) after they have given a man their contact information. "As for your note about ladies writing you that seems that content of their emails is similar...it could be. Some expressions abroad may seem strange to foreigners and overused which is unusual and stand out."I previously stated that letters I have received on AsianDate.com had exactly identical words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or complete letters verbatim (exactly identical) from several different "ladies".   So who actually writes AsianDate.com "letters" from "ladies"?In contrast, letters I receive on AsianDate.com competitor dating sites from real girls/ladies do NOT have exactly identical words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or complete letters verbatim (exactly identical).   You absolutely CAN refund me my money. Per Paragraph 12 of AsianDate.com Terms of Use Agreement as quoted here: "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, AsianDate’s liability to You for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by You to AsianDate for the Serviceduring the term of membership." So per Paragraph 12, "for any cause whatsoever", I am kindly requesting ALL 100% of my money returned back to me in the form of a legitimate check drawn on/from a legitimate bank in the United States of America in US Dollars (not overseas country or currency) in the amount paid (no more and no less than $13,070.94).By your website's own admission which I have quoted here:"The AnastasiaDate Family includes AsianDate.com, [redacted] [redacted], and [redacted] which together count more than 150 million online visitors annually. Additionally, over 2.5 million conversations are exchanged onsite daily." ([redacted]l)Because the AnastasiaDate Family is making big amounts of money you can easily afford to refund me as I have politely requested.  You will easily and quickly recoup the amount of money I am asking for refund due to the 150 million online visitors annually and over 2.5 million conversations are exchanged onsite daily. Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted], Have you filled out an anti-scam claim?  I am unclear why you are complaining here and not following our process for refunds.  As such I cannot refund you any monies as you have not even provided us the details of the member you claim has scammed you by having a boyfriend....

By the way, we do not ban members from dating other members, as it is their choice.  Many members date multiple individuals until they decide on the one to settle down with.  It would be anther thing however if any party was married which in this case is not the situation it seems.  I think you may have ended your relationship for any matter of reasons and thus blaming the site for not being able to guarantee love, which no dating site can do.  If you have been scammed for anything other than someone dating multiple members, I would suggest you file an anti-scam claim form as we can investigate this matter in more detail based on your assistance to what what said, claims of evidence you have discovered, etc.  We are aware at times that some members will fake a reason for a refund when in reality they just didn't find love...so I hope you can apprecaite we have to investigate your claim like all the rest and look into all communications between the parties to determine if any scam did take place.  Again, dating mutliple people is not scam.  I would also point out that to most women if you never met them before, they may not take you serious...so if you can clarify if you ever met would also help.  You can file your anti-scam claim by contacting customer service or clicking on the anti-scam claim link on the website to fill in your details of the incident(s).  Looking forward to hear from you and get your claim to process. Thanks you for understanding, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Your membership is not up for renewal until [redacted] of June, furthermore, no automatic credit purchasing option is set up on your account. Please keep in mind that once your paid membership month comes to an end, your membership benefits will not renew. Therefore, you will not be able to use our services to communicate with the members of your interest any longer. In this case you can, of course, re-subscribe to our membership in order to continue using our services. I was very sad to hear that we did not receive your email enquiries, I searched on the website (Ask New question) and using your email [redacted] but was unable to find any requests to cancel the membership. Please confirm, how and when did you contact us? If it is easier, please let us know when would be a convenient time to call you or call our 24/7 support line ###-###-####. I would like to add, that on our website we employ the most up-to-date security measures and do not make any attempts to charge your account without your prior authorisation.
