Review: I started receiving messages from anastasia date. I didn't sign up for it. I have contacted them numerous times. They said I had an account, so instead of arguing about out, I said delete my account. I eventually called them and they said my aaccount was deleted and I would not receive anything else. Many months later, I'm still receiving messages and they keep saying I will not receive anything else, but still receive them on a daily basis. I'm really fed up with it. Please help me make them stop harassing me. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to see them put our of business. Obviously are not conducting ethical business practices.

[Your Answer Here]I don't have any login information or I.d. #.My account and profile was supposed to be deleted months ago. They will have to figure it out. I didn't have that information when they supposedly deleted everything, so they have all the information they need.

Dear [redacted],

Our website is a communication platform like all other online dating websites. No dating service can guarantee you will find love, meet someone equally interested in your much less get married. It is unfortunate you did not have any success in finding your soulmate, however we clearly state in our terms and conditions that we cannot be held responsible for you not meeting anyone. We wish you good luck however in finding love elsewhere if not successful on our platform.

Sincerely,

Review: On 10/**/2014 I was using their website on my smart phone, which is an iphone 5. I was surfing around on their website and later found out that they had charged my credit card after I chatted with someone using some credits I'd purchased previously. When I run out of credits, usually their website issues a warning that you are close to running out of credits and need to buy more. I did not want to buy more at this time. I received no warning. When I noticed the time, and saw that it was past the time for my credits to run out, yet I was still allowed to chat, I ended my chat session. I checked my account status to find out that they'd incorrectly automatically charged my credit card $56.00 for a purchase. I called them and was told by the [redacted] that he would refund my unused credits, but wouldn't refund the full amount. When I told him that I didn't use their automatic renewal function on their website, he stated that it was my fault for using my iphone, as they didn't support this type of platform. There is no information on their website that they don't support this platform, yet he still insisted they had no responsibility for the error. I never receive even the partial refund that this [redacted] had said would occur.Desired Settlement: I was charged for this total amount which caused me to be over drawn on my bank account, as I use a debit card on file. The over draft fee was $27.50, plus the unrefunded amount of $56.00. An apology would be nice too, as I've been using their service and site for several years receiving good service. Their customer service [redacted] was rude and unconcerned with my issue or complaint.

Business

Response:

Thanks for your message. I will need to investigate this as it relates to your account. It is true that clients that register agree to have their credits top off unless they chose otherwise...thus the setting defaults to top off to prevent chats from cutting off during the middle of a conversation and thus angry even more clients on both sides. I am unaware if your account had this turned on or off which would apply from whatever source you access the service as it is account specific and not iPhone or PC specific. I will reply to you later this week with a result of our findings regarding your refund claim. Additionally, I will find out from our records who you may have last communicated with from our department to take corrective measures. In the meantime your account may become disabled while we determine the cause of the issue you claimed. Thanks for your patience,[redacted]

Review: I have established relationships with 3 'ladies' on their website. These relationships are developed to the point that I desire to contact them off the AnastasiaDate site - and this desire is apparently shared by these 'ladies.'

According to their policies I should be able to provide my email address to a 'lady' in one of several ways.

One of these ways is by phone call to/from the lady. A lady has allegedly tried to call me twice but because AnastasiaDate was negligent (they failed to update my phone number) these calls did not come through. After 4 or 5 attempts to schedule and reschedule calls - one of them I had to cancel because AnastasiaDate provided me a false time (these false times were given after every call reschedule by the lady) - I called back after the latest attempt showed to be expired. I was finally connected to someone who I assume was the right lady but I'm no longer sure.

I asked AnastasiaDate to refund between 100-150 credits because of the letters and replies from the lady that I was charged 10 credits per in order to keep rescheduling these calls. They have, so far, refused to address that other than to tell me they can't address it now..Desired Settlement: A refund of 100-150 credits to my account, a reason for not addressing this issue as quickly as they should have done, and a photo of the lady holding a sign with my email address, phone number, and, at her option of course, any contact info she wants to give me - all in both her language and in English.

Business

Response:

To whom this may concern,

We have received your complaint. It appears you were deducted credits for service you were provided. As you mention you wrote letters and communicated with the ladies. The fact scheduling issues arose with trying to either get you on the phone or the lady on the phone is beyond our control. You were never charged for any call that did not take place. We apologize that you will not be getting a refund as it appears you may have had a falling out with this lady for any number of reasons. I suggest going forward that you update your profile yourself. You have access to change your phone number and email address if you chose. Typically this is not something we do as this should be done by you to avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings.

Good luck to you with the other ladies you are communicating with. You might want to send them flowers with your number. If they are interested they will call you.

Thanks for understanding,

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

To AnastasiaDate:

Yes, you have refunded the credits for the calls that were not placed. Your refusal to see the real issues at hand is the reason we are discussing this here instead of on your site. Your response is typical for AnastasiaDate – you are attempting to shift the blame to another party. And now you tell me that I won’t get a refund because of a “falling out with this lady?”

First, why would the status of my relationship have any effect on the outcome of this complaint? When there are technical support issues I must have a specific relationship status with whatever lady might be involved? Is this a new rule that you have failed to post online?

Next, how would you know the status of my relationship with this lady? Are you monitoring my communications with the ladies on this site?

The real issues are that I was inconvenienced and the lady was inconvenienced because of technical problems on your site that you are responsible for – not me or the lady or my bank that your customer support team has placed the blame on. Because your site failed to address the technical problems I was compelled to keep spending money (credits) to even make the phone call happen and that is the issue to be discussed here.

But, my intent in this response is to use facts to prove my case. If all you can provide is allegations and changing rules then there will be no satisfactory resolution for this complaint.

In the photo [redacted] you can see that your call center operator is blaming me because your database has an incorrect phone listed. No one gave me access to your database to change it. I (not someone else) provided the correct phone in my profile by updating it myself before any calls were attempted – am I required to change it elsewhere? If so, I couldn’t find it. It appears that your database did not get updated which is no fault of mine because I gave my phone number in the only place you have indicated me to give it.

After admitting that you don’t have my number correct she then tells me it could be because my bank may not accept foreign charges. So even knowing that the problem is on your end she tried to pass the buck and blame someone else for your mistake.

Also in this message your call center operator states that call [redacted] was expired because your system couldn’t reach the lady at the appointed time. Perhaps this was because the appointed time didn’t match the time she expected to be called – it was originally set for 7 PM her time. She had changed it to half an hour later but your system set it to midnight her time. Please view [redacted].

At this point you are likely to claim that she made a mistake in rescheduling and I would be inclined to believe you. But the information I will provide proves that every time a call gets rescheduled your system changes it to a time that has not been requested.

In the photo [redacted] you can see that I requested 12 noon for my time. In the lower half of the photo is a message that says my old time was 7 PM! Because I won’t call a lady at that time of night (1 AM her time) unless I know her much better I cancelled the call. No one can be blamed for this inconvenience except Anastasiadate.

And the photos [redacted] and [redacted] also show that none of the times match the actual times requested or the times the ladies changed it to. How can the resulting confusion be blamed on me or the lady?

As you can see this can and did cause a great deal of confusion and that, in order for me to try to clear things up with this lady it required spending money (credits) to make sure the calls were made at a convenient time for me and the lady. The facts show you are to blame and that is why I requested the refund.

The scheduling problems were not beyond your control – the fault was entirely with your system and I would venture to say you have done nothing to fix this problem.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

[redacted],

You have been directed to make a anti-scam claim. You have not done so. You claim your account is blocked yet you do not have to even have an ccount to file the claim online. Thus, I suggest you file the claim as instructed...and I expect to see it with the evidence you claim you have provided which you have not as you have already said yourself that you never filed the anti-scam claim form. I have no knowledge of your relations with the lady you are referencing in your message nor do I have any information from any lady member against you or that can even confirm what you are saying is fact. The reality is we have never had such an complaint like yours from my experience at AnastasiaDate and I have been with the company for 18 months.

Thank you and once again, please file the claim online which you will see a link from the homepage. No account active is necessary.

Review: The website, amolatina.com, is supposed to be a website where men can meet Latina women from Central American, South American, and Caribbean countries who want to meet men for the eventual purpose of marriage. They do not allow the exchange of personal contact information except through telephone calls arranged by the website. The women, for the most part, are never willing to make that type of contact. All they want to do is entice men to chat with them at the price of 1 credit per minute which the man must purchase. The cheapest price for the purchase of credits is $399 for 1000 credits, which amounts to 40 cents per credit. The site also charges men to send or read emails 10 credits per email. The women also encourage you to send them virtual gifts for which you also pay in credits. For a telephone call, if the woman ever agrees to one, you must commit to a minimum of 10 minutes which costs 10 credits per minute. It is my sincere belief that all but maybe one or two of the women that I talked to on this site were employees of the site whose job was to get me to chat with them so I would purchase credits. The "women" are always more than ready to talk about sex and engage in cyber sex at the drop of a hat. There is no telling how much money this site is ripping off from men who are sincerely looking for a relationship. It should be blocked from doing business within the United States. I would be more than happy to b e the plaintiff in any lawsuit the government wished to bring against this site.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all funds that I have spent on this site refunded except for the purchase of one set of 1000 credits in the amount of $399. The site did not provide the desired outcome of me finding a woman who was interested in meeting in person or eventual marriage. My belief is that all but possibly two of the women I corresponded with were employees of the site whose job was to get me to talk with them, thus spending the credits that I purchased. I asked every woman I chatted with through the site if they were employees of the site and they all denied that they were.

Response:

Dear [redacted], I am in receipt of your complaint regarding AmoLatina. I understand from the core issue of your complaint is that the cost to be a member is either too high for you in spite of the fact you have been with us as a VIP member for quite some time. You have made some general allegations of girls not being sincere or flirting but not serious. I want to point out that communication takes different forms and it is very possible that some girls may flirt online as guys do and some girls may not be serious with everyone until they find the right person. Thus just because someone is communicating with you does not mean they will marry you in the future…if you get my point.Relationships do take time and investment. In some countries if you do not ever make plans to visit a girl face to face, she will never take you serious as a marriage minded man until you do. Likewise if you never send her a gift she may not take you serious compared to the other guys that do. Fair to say dating takes different forms and costumes are varied worldwide.Your vague and generalized complaint of the online dating industry is something I am familiar with. However I can assure you that we do not chat with our clients…only members do. If you have a specific case of scam we can investigate it. We have an anti-scam policy that can return any credits you have spent on any member that may have scammed you. To initiate this, you simply need to fill out an anti-scam claim and provide the details of the member, the situation that occurred, etc. However vague complaints are not accepted without any merit. As such to simply say I want my money back because I was not successful on a dating site is not appropriate. Nor is the broad allegation of any wrong doing on the part of our site without any details. My experience tells me that you did not have success and after spending some time and money at it, you want your money back. I will contact our customer service team to reach out to you in hopes you can begin the anti-scam claim form process so we can investigate any specific member. We have been in business for over 20 years and I can assure you that we are the leaders in fighting scam more than any other dating site and will get to the bottom of any issue you may have…but I hope you can appreciate that right now on the basis of your complaint – there is not much for us to go on.Look forward to hearing from you soon. Our CSD team will reach out to you next week if we haven’t heard from you as we take all cases of scam seriously.Sincerely, Gregory V[redacted] CSD Director

SUBJECT: [redacted] (a matching website) Tel. ###-###-####

Please accept this complain about [redacted] which I think it is a subsidiary of [redacted] They have charged my credit card several times without me being aware of it, as follows:

DATE CONCEPT CHARGE

Aug **, 2015 [redacted] US $15.99

Aug **, 2015 [redacted] $15.99

Aug **, 2015 [redacted] $15.99

Sep **, 2015 [redacted] +[redacted] MU $15.99

Sep **, 2015 [redacted] +[redacted] CY $15.99

Sep **, 2015 [redacted] +[redacted] CY $15.99

Sep **, 2015 [redacted] $15.99

Too many charges! Sometimes, they were duplicated on the same day. ( $15.99 = 20 credits ).

I have tried them to check their records to give me a refund of all undue charges but unsuccessfully. The only way to communicate with them is by using their internal mail of the web site and their answer was:

“Message #[redacted] Sent:Oct ** 2015 05:57 PM •

AML_automatic charge for credits_membership.JPG “

“Dear [redacted],

Thank you for your reply. Due to an increased number of enquiries (as client`s database is growing), we are temporarily working outside our usual reply rate. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

In this letter, let me provide a reply to your concern about these charges. I want to confirm, that those charges that you refer to in your latest reply were located, and have really took place, so let me kindly comment on why they were done.

First of all, let me kindly remind you that on **.08.2015 0:47:52 EST Time you have purchased a monthly membership subscription. I want to kindly remind you, that for our clients` convenience (so that they are able to continue communication without spending time on submitting their payment request), automatic purchasing of 20 credits is activated at the moment of subscribing for monthly Membership (clients are notified about it in subscription window after they press "Subscribe" button). Transaction is done when your credit balance reaches 0. However, if the client doesn`t wish that feature to be active, it can be disabled. I attach here a corresponding screenshot for your reference as well. So, that is the reason, why these transactions took place - your credit balance reached "0" several times.

As soon as the services were rendered correctly, there is no reason to issue a refund to your account.

If you need to toggle certain features on or off, you are free to do so in the section of your profile titled “My Settings & Password”. In your case, if you do not require the automatic purchasing option that allows you to top up your credits every time your balance reaches 0, you can deactivate it yourself by ticking off a corresponding box. Simply remember to click Save in order to save your new settings. Please also note, that the amount of credits purchased automatically can be modified.

The membership subscription in question is now inactive ( because, you asked it to be cancelled, effective on **.09.2015), the same now refers to the automatic purchasing function (was automatically disabled after membership period expiration on **.09.2015).

I hope I have your understanding here on this matter.

Should you have any questions, don`t hesitate to contact us again.

I would love to know how you feel about the service I have provided today. Please click below and let me know how I've done:

Sincerely,

Anton

Customer Account Manager”

Of course I am not happy with all these charges because they do not say clearly what they will charge and when and why they will charge. That is, what services they charge for and when, etc. I do not know the reason of the charges and of course I do not even know if they are correct.

This is the reason I am writing to you now, hoping that you as a mutually trusted intermediary, could help to resolve this issue. As from now, I think that [redacted] is better at charging customers than at matching people.

If you require more information, please contact me.

Sincerely

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund – of the amount paid for services that were unsatisfactory. They charge "automatically" but they do not give any notice of the charges they make.

Business

Response:

Hello [redacted], I am in reciept of our complait filed with the Revdex.com. I want to reiterate what our customer service representative tried to explain to you when you signed up for our service. For starters, when you joined you agreed to be auto-charged every time your credits were running low. This means that as you use our service and your credits go down, we auto-charge you so as you do not experience a disruption in service. By the way, this was introduced at the request of our customers many years ago. I also want to point out that you have always had an option to simply turn this feature off so you would not be auto-charged. Apparently you did not. This was however disclosed to you in our terms and conditions when you joined our site as a member. We are not the only company with such a feature. As a matter of fact even Micorsoft does it when you sign up for their office 360 online. I get auto-charged each month and can decide to turn it of at any time. The interesting thing is you used our site for services which were rendered to you. Each time you used our site and your credits ran low you were auto-charged. Thus why it is not possible for us to refund you. We can disable auto-charge for you if you wish or you can as well in your account settings by unticking the auto-charge check box. This might be a good idea as you may not be fully aware of how much you use the site and services you ultimately get charged for. If you can no longer use our site, it means you have run out of credits. This has a consequence however, which is why we have this feature, if you are in the middle of a communication with anyone...it will cut you off and thus why auto-charge prevents this. Thanks for understanding and I wish you success in the future. Kind regards, [redacted]CSD Director

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

First of all, the only option people see on the

screen is to accept to be a member for $2.99. It does not say that one will be

charged automatically or at least I did not check that box personally myself. You do not say when the credit runs low and that

you have charged the credit card. In any case you should give notice every time

you charge a credit card because one has no means to know when that has

happened. In my case, I was charged even several times on a

single day without me being aware of it. I do not even know why it was so. I

feel that is like cheating because one has the right to know when the credit

has run down low and that one was charged again and again. That is why I want a refund!Sincerely[redacted]

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

[redacted], When you signed up to enter your credit card details the tick box was there for you from the start. You however did not un-check it, and apparently you did not read the terms and conditions of joining as a member which seems you should have done. Again as I have mentioned, this business practice is hardly a rare one as many subscription based service operate in the same fashion.Your credit balance is available for you to check under your settings. Thus it is advised to not go without checking it to give you an idea of what you have or have been topped off for. We have thousands of member and it is rare then this happens but usually it is due to folks that sign up for something so fast that they don't really understand what they are doing. I apologize you feel cheated but you were rendered the services you were charged for. If I recall you signed up for a trial that would not have run indefinite nor without limits. Please be cautious in the future when signing up for online based subscription services as you may run into a similar situation on another site.Thank you for understanding, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Review: well about 1 month ago I noticed a charge on my checking account from this company I never heard of them so I looked them up to see who did the charges. I found the site and instantly sent a e mail to them re the charges. I told them that the charges were not authed by me and I wanted them to stop all activity from my accounts and refund my money. I received a email that some one would get back with in 24 hours. Never received response nor my money back. Last week again I was checking my accounts and again another charge was pending from this same company. This time I contacted my back that stated I needed to contact the company again but they also had no number for me to reach t hem direct. I resent another email re stopping and desisting all activity from my accounts as well as giving me back 2 months of money t hey have taken without my consent. Again I get something saying someone will respond in 24 hours. I am not sure how to stop this and get my money back besides closing my account at bank which I may say I have had same account for years now so I feel that will NOT be an option. Please help me!!!Desired Settlement: I want them to stop taking money out of the account and close whatever was opened in my name and all charges they took out of my account I want it returned.

Hello [redacted],Your email is concerning...and as Director of Customer Service I am looking into this now. I am going to inquire on our end as to why we have not responded internally...as you noted. Likewise find out what registration information was used to help you determine whom might be using your card without your knowledge. We have had cases of friends and family using a credit card of someone they know without their knowledge. Once I get more details in the next few days I will revert back. Anastasia Date delivers on it's promise of enabling me to communicate with women from Europe. The service is easy to use and quite fun. I probably have no intention of going overseas to meet anyone in person but the online communication is a great way to cure my loneliness.

Review: OfDthought I had, I have already spent $110.00 on credits to chat with or e-mail [redacted] women from the former provinces of the Soviet Union. There is no way for me to contact the people with Anastasia Date, no customer support link whatsoever, so what am I supposed to do continuously buy more credits?, I think not, how precisely am I ever supposed to meet any of the women, awesome female options in some European city?, how exactly do they expect me to ever connect with these women?

With no means by which to contact them to ask what am I suppose to do?

no I do not want my $110, but seriously believe Corporate board, Marketing and Promotions, to the women members of Anastasia Date are conspiring to swindle male subscribers out of their money. The only I can be convinced otherwise this is finally able to speak over phone or whatever with what are these women after initially Chatting with them via the Web domain, I would expect my $110 back.Desired Settlement: Either establish the legitimacy of their web domain, or

my $110 back to me.

Best regards,

Review: I made a complaint about Amolatina a couple of weeks ago. As retaliation, the site in question deleted my profile, therefore losing valuable credits and other items purchased. I called customer service no less than 3 times, on the final call, a girl named Aria said my profile was deleted for "violating site policy" and then promptly hung up the phone. I do not recal a policy that forbids me to lodge an complaint with the Revdex.com to investigate suspected fraudulent service which resultined in me losing my previously mentioned items of value.Desired Settlement: If as the site contends, that the women's profiles are indeed real, then I have spent considerable amount of money building relationships with these women, I demand that my account and profile be restored completely with all unused credits, previously purchased, letters/correspondence and pictures, and videos! And I would appreciate some free credits and an apology for the rude and horrible treatment inconvenience, and clear lack of gratitude for my

business. I had respect for the site until this retaliatory episode. As stated before, if the ladies are real, I would like to continue to build and nurture our relationship. Thank you!

I am concerned on one hand you claim fraud and yet you want to keep in contact with the same members you alledge are no honest or scamming you in some way? I understand being in the relationship buisiness that sometimes things don't work out and people react as they choose. Would it be fair to say you may have been upset and complained and now are backtracking? We typically do not restore accounts in cases like this as members vent against members for a variety of reasons that is at times not always amicable. I can restore your account but I need to know your issues are behind us. Thanks for understanding, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Review: I have been a member on the website [redacted] since January. As I understand it, [redacted] and [redacted] are owned by the same company. I have spent thousands of dollars on [redacted] trying to meet the love be of my life. I even traveled to Cololmbia for 5 dates that I had planned with the ladies. Inexplicably, all 5 ladies cancelled their date with me. I understand it is their right to do so...I'm ok with their choice. But to now finally get smart enough to research the site more for actual validity, I find that I am not the only one to have this happen to them...I do not believe it is a coincidence. At the very least, the company needs to be investigated with the possibility for a large class-action lawsuit, so other lonely men such as myself are not completely wiped out in an attempt to find love as advertised. And in chatting with many ladies online, some of their conversation is identical to another ladies with the exact same misspelled words and same tone...Desired Settlement: If at all possible, I would like a full refund for the fraud that has been perpetrated against me...and seemingly many others. I have been defrauded of close to $10,000 USD, not including travel expenses to Bogota, Columbia. I would greatly appreciate your attention to this fraudulent matter...thank you in advance...

Regards,

Paul Karas

Response:

Dear [redacted],After over 25 years of being in the online dating industry. I can assure you that you and many others are not the only ones to have not had luck in finding their true love. As you stated yourself you seem to recognize this that at the end of they day, it is up to both parties to decide to meet. I am not sure as to the circumstances of how you set up your dates, but I doubt it was managed through us and most likely you did this on your own? As such we cannot guarantee a date will show up. We did offer a "date me" service that would have reimbursed you for any dates that did not come through. Again, it does not seem you ordered this service and most likely just jumped on a plane to another country without much assurances. Unfortunately, this is why we offer this service so as you not end up in a situation like yours. As I already stated, you are not the first and won't be the last. As such we offer these services for a reason as you can clearly see now.As English is not the first language of most international members...it may seem that communications are simlar given the lack of degree in word choices. This is something we are very familiar with and is natural.I understand you are disatisfied with our services and will ensure your account is closed out. I will be able to determine if there are any unused credits and inform you about that via the CSD team shortly. We wish you success in your online dating adventures and encourage you to not jump on a plane and go anywhere without better assurances from your dates or online service provider.Sincerely,Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. For what it is worth, I really only concede that you are correct from a legal standpoint...but I think your service would be great if you could offer better assurances that your ladies are real and not just paid employees, as is highly suspected.

Sincerely,

Review: This company declares in its terms of service all transactions take place in NY.

I used this service in good faith. All the women with whom I corresponded turned out to be professional letter writers/chatters. I was eventually conned into making WU transfers via the site. I complained to customer services. Their response was to say I had broken their terms of service by reporting the fraud elsewhere. No customer = No complaint!

It is an outrage this company continues to do business. Over 90% of their girls are professional daters. Their anti scam policy is a scam in itself, it is designed to negate customers complaints and give them information that enables the company to cover up its giant fraudDesired Settlement: Refund of every cent I have spent on the site. Prosecution of the company for wire fraud for every fraudulent email sent on the site.

Response:

Hello,I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. Yet I am unclear why you failed to file an anti-scam claim with us first? We have a very clearly stated anti-scam policy posted on our website. To be clear it states that you should not send any money online to anyone. Thus, you violated the terms and conditions of our website...and now you are complaining to the Revdex.com because we told you to not do it??? This makes no logical sense. Additionally, it appears as you have failed to file a complaint properly with us, that you now feel because you most likely did not find love on our site based on your statements that you are alleging the girls are "professional daters"? This is a false claim as is to suggest that we did't warn you to not send money to anyone you have never met. Sorry but dating online is the same as it is in real life. You should never give money to anyone you never know very well much less online. Additionally, if you date someone and break up it does not mean the girl you dated is a professional dater...maybe you did something that brought this upon yourself? As such, I wish you good luck elsewhere if you were not successful unlike the many other couples that do and even get married and live happily ever after.Your claim is unfair, goes against logic and our policies, and provides no proof of any wrong doing aside of your own.Thank you for understanding.Sincerely,[redacted]

[Your Answer Here]

I did use their customer complaints and they did nothing reasonable. My money was not refunded it was stolen under illegal ToS . The fraudsters are still using the site. Their anti scam policy is a complete fraud. The site is a complete fraud as most of the girls are not genuine.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Dear Sir,We have a very clear policy of not sending money to any member on our site which is referenced in our Anti-Scam policy link on our homepage. You violated one of our key terms to prevent this by sending money to someone you may not know very well or possibly have never met. As such we cannot reimburse you for it as no other dating website can. Please follow the terms and conditions of our site and the rules per our anti-scam policy which is in place to prevent exactly this type of situation.Thank you for understanding,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: On March *, 3014 I sent a message to AnastasiaDate customer support regarding the fact that when a lady has her camera turned on and I choose to chat with her it doesn’t matter what link I click on I am always charged double – possibly even after I manually shut her camera off. There has been no response to my complaint and they have done nothing to fix this on their site. So, if you just want a text chat with no video you are charged 2 credits per minute instead of their normal rate of 1 credit/minute for text chats.

This is a very sneaky and deceitful way to extract the maximum profit from your paying customers. When a link is clicked for LiveChat it should always take a customer to text chat – there should be a separate link for video chats. Instead, whenever a lady’s camera is turned on it defaults to whatever will cost the customer more. There should always be links available for less expensive choices for the customer. I believe this is called ‘bait and switch’ and this practice needs to be stopped immediately.

If you were legitimately trying to offer services to someone you would have a link for text chat and another link for text with 1-way video. It was quite a surprise the first time I clicked the LiveChat link and, after many times of just having text chats using this link, suddenly I found I was forced (not offered) to pay for a service I didn’t ask for and didn’t want.Desired Settlement: Add an additional link for video + chat on your website: don't use the same link for both.

An activity log showing actual time lady's cameras were on while I was in LiveChat and an adjustment to my credit balance for every minute I was charged double.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

It seems you have issues with our service and are not asking for compensation which is kind of strange if the issue was on our side and you really felt victim. We however now are the victim as we get repeated complaints from you without merit on Revdex.com to the extent you do not even seek for a refund. From time to time there are cases when a client's browser settings do not work right on our site. You might want to share this information with our helpdesk to troubleshoot this for you if you have repeated problems. However using the Revdex.com as a stage to post claims which are most likely user error is not appropriate and can be grounds for your account to be terminated.

Thank you,

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

Dear [redacted]:

I suggest you re-read the complaint:

1. Asking for an adjustment to my credit balance is asking for compensation.

2. If you are a victim why won’t you address the complaints in a professional and responsible manner?

3. This has nothing to do with a browser’s settings – you have one link that provides 2 services and your customers have no choice on the service they will receive – it always defaults to the higher costing service.

4. The first line of this complaint shows I did report this problem to your helpdesk. And the following sentence states they did not respond.

So, [redacted], as you and anyone can see this complaint is valid. This is a serious issue that, taken as a whole with the number of customers you may have, could amount to a great deal of money. Please grow up and treat this issue accordingly.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

We have already previously replied to [redacted]. He continues to complain over and over which is inappropriate as all he is trying to do is create black PR in the proecess. There is nothing else we can do at this point other than remind him to review the clearly posted terms and conditions of our site which he also agreed to when he registered.

Review: All of AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) services (including EMail Correspondence and Live Chat) are ridiculously overpriced and have totally failedto deliver the results I had hoped and paid all of that money for (please see below for exact amount).

I am suspicious that all these 7264 ++ messages I have received (and continue to receive) may be written by AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) 300 full-time employees/staff and NOT by the "ladies" themselves because some of the letters I have received had exactlyidentical words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or complete lettersverbatim (exactly identical) from several different"ladies".

As a result, I do not believe the "girls" on AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) are real. I think they are just photos with 300 full-time employees/staff of AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) writing the letters and attempting to chat with unsuspecting gullible guys (like me) and making unsuspecting guys spend (waste) big money on endless letter writing and supposedly live chats (essentially a "black hole" bottomless pit, paying more and more money for credits) with absolutelyNO progress towards actually meeting any girl in reallife.

So naturally I am suspicious that this particular "Marriage Agency" is actually a sophisticated internet scam that has been perfected since 1993. Why else would plaintiffs initiate a class action lawsuit against the AnastasiaDate Family?

I seriously doubt that AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties, part of the AnastasiaDate Family) is really legitimate.

Legitimate online dating sites charge a reasonablemembership fee for a specific period of time. For example, these are actual real prices charged by competitor online dating sites for between 1 to 6 Month Subscription: $34.99, $41.94, $44.96, and $69.98. These are very reasonable prices.

I have achieved MUCH better actual real life results in far LESS time on/at other legitimate online dating sites while spending ONLY pennieson the dollar compared to AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties).

On competitor online dating sites personal email addresses are NOT actively censored/blocked/deleted (nor are translators/translation services needed the same way as AsianDate does).

Girls on (competitors) legitimate online dating sites have freely and voluntarily given me their personal email address as well as have voluntarily initiated writing to and or replying to me (without agency/translators/translation services) once I have provided them my personal email address.

As a result, in less than one month I have "graduated" (moved off) competitors websites and am presently communicating with a bunch of Asian ladies (from other legitimate online dating sites) through free personal email (not an endless black hole of expensive credits on AsianDate for each and everyletter read and also replied to).

And I have alreadymet (in real life, face to face) and spent a day together with a realgirl from one of AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) competitors online dating sites.Desired Settlement: So to prove that AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties, part of the AnastasiaDate Family) really is legitimate, I am kindly requesting a full 100% refund totaling $13,070.94 which is ALL the money I spent on AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) AND the personal email addresses of ladies whose ID #s I specify as a way to sort of (until IF I actually do meet them in real life) prove that these ladies are indeed real and not just pictures that are Photoshop altered and letters written by AsianDate (formerly AsianBeauties) 300 full-time staff pretending to be these "ladies" whose "profiles" and "photos" are on their site.

Per Paragraph 12 of AsianDate.com Terms of Use Agreement as quoted here:

"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, AsianDate’s liability to You for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by You to AsianDate for the Service during the term of membership."

So per Paragraph 12, I am kindly requesting ALL 100% of my money returned back to me in the form of a legitimate check drawn on/from a legitimate bank in the United States of America in US Dollars (not overseas country or currency) in the amount (no more and no less than $13,070.94).

Response:

Hello,I have received your complaint filed on the Revdex.com. This is a very unusual complaint as our prices for services are clearly posted before you pay for them. If our 'premium' services are too expensive for you, you should consider a different site or other way of meeting ladies. I understand you did meet one of our ladies so that is good and thus it seems you were successful at least at getting that far. Bear in mind that we cannot tell any members to do anything they do or do not want to do as it is their personal life as to whom they want to communicate with and meet if they are interested. Likewise we are not about to give your phone number or email address to anyone as we value the privacy of our members. I am sure you would not like it if someone from China called you in the middle of the night and wondering why you were not online. Likewise ladies would not want to awake to someone knocking on their door in the middle of the night who traveled half way around the world.Getting the contact information of a member takes time as it does in real life. You have to make an effort and if you are lucky you will eventually find the right person that is right for you. We however do not guarantee that you will find anyone on our site as life is life and no dating website can guarantee that. I am aware of sites that do publish member's contact info, however they are usually from countries where laws of privacy do not exist. As for your note about ladies writing you that seems that content of their emails is similar...it could be. Some expressions abroad may seem strange to foreigners and overused which is unusual and stand out. I am sorry if you have had problems in meeting the right person for you and you can not afford to continue on our site. However we cannot refund your money as all services provided have been rendered by us to you. If you have an issue of anti-scam, please complaint to us by our form on our homepage and we can look into it. However at present it does not seem your complaint is valid. Sincerely,[redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hello [redacted],As you know, I have already taken your advice and achieved a much greater level of success in LESS THAN ONE MONTH with much more real tangible resultsusing AsianDate.com competitors online dating sites. The girl/lady I met in real life was a member of a competitors site NOT from AsianDate.com. I have NEVER been successful with AsianDate.com "services" except throwing money into a black hole bottomless pit.As for "I am sure you would not like it if someone from China called you in the middle of the night and wondering why you were not online." is irrelevant because at night when I sleep my phone ring tone is on silent (or phone is turned off completely).Actually, I DID have a lady from China (a member of an AsianDate.com competitor site) call me in the middle of the night on several occasions because she did not understand the time difference between Hawaii and China. However, I was NOT disturbed because my ringtone was on silent/mute. Your comment "Likewise ladies would not want to awake to someone knocking on their door in the middle of the night who traveled half way around the world." is silly and ridiculous. A personal email address (or a phone number) is NOT a physical home address so how could any western man literally go knock on the door of a lady in the middle of the night?"Getting the contact information of a member takes time as it does in real life." Not on AsianDate.com competitors online dating sites I am successfully using. In LESS THAN ONE MONTH I have received contact information (email address and phone numbers) from female members on AsianDate.com competitors sites because ladies areallowed to freely give it out at any time they choose without censorship by the website in the name of "privacy"."I am aware of sites that do publish member's contact info, however they are usually from countries where laws of privacy do not exist." On legitimate competitors online dating sites that I have been using (female) members contact information is NOT automatically published by competitors sites as you claim. Female members who have freely exchanged email addresses or phone numbers with me can decide at any time to stop communicating with me (or any man) after they have given a man their contact information. "As for your note about ladies writing you that seems that content of their emails is similar...it could be. Some expressions abroad may seem strange to foreigners and overused which is unusual and stand out."I previously stated that letters I have received on AsianDate.com had exactly identical words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or complete letters verbatim (exactly identical) from several different "ladies". So who actually writes AsianDate.com "letters" from "ladies"?In contrast, letters I receive on AsianDate.com competitor dating sites from real girls/ladies do NOT have exactly identical words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or complete letters verbatim (exactly identical). You absolutely CAN refund me my money. Per Paragraph 12 of AsianDate.com Terms of Use Agreement as quoted here: "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, AsianDate’s liability to You for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by You to AsianDate for the Serviceduring the term of membership." So per Paragraph 12, "for any cause whatsoever", I am kindly requesting ALL 100% of my money returned back to me in the form of a legitimate check drawn on/from a legitimate bank in the United States of America in US Dollars (not overseas country or currency) in the amount paid (no more and no less than $13,070.94).By your website's own admission which I have quoted here:"The AnastasiaDate Family includes AsianDate.com, [redacted], and [redacted] which together count more than 150 million online visitors annually. Additionally, over 2.5 million conversations are exchanged onsite daily." ([redacted]l)Because the AnastasiaDate Family is making big amounts of money you can easily afford to refund me as I have politely requested. You will easily and quickly recoup the amount of money I am asking for refund due to the 150 million online visitors annually and over 2.5 million conversations are exchanged onsite daily. Dear [redacted], You have failed to submit an anti-scam claim form as requested. You failed to provide any evidence of any scam or fraud being perpetrated against you. You claim that our prices were too expensive for you and that you have found better luck at a competitor site. We wish you good luck as such. If you have time in the future to properly fill out an anti-scam claim request which is available via the website, we can investigate your case further. However we cannot react to baseless requests which are based on solely ideas aimed to harm our company reputation. Review: The Company has a 'F' rating on the Revdex.com but they have another name AnastasiaDate that does not. It appears that I have been misled in my checking of the company and now I have been swindled. Hello and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Review: I have been going to Ukraine for several years on vacation. I met a most wonderful woman and she is soon to move tot he US and us get married. I was looking on Anastasia date and despite my fiancé removing her self from all dating services, they are still offering correspondence with her in exchange for payment. When I told her about this it upset her greatly as she doesn't know the deep trust I have in her, but I wrote Anastasia date about 5 weeks ago with all this information and asked they remove her account (as she asked several times 11 months ago of her dating agency) So despite having this information they have still not removed her profile, in essence offering correspondence with a person who in her whole life has never gotten any correspondence from anastasiadate. Oddly that brings up the question who is committing the fraud and responding to letters sent to her. I will not speculate. Again about one week ago I wrote them about this problem, and again today. I have given them 5 weeks a time period I think they should have been able to remove her from their services. This is greatly upsetting her that her dreams of coming to the US could be in jeopardy because her attention is being offered fraudulently by this online dating service.Desired Settlement: All that is requested is that anastasiadate take some responsibility for keeping their books updated. I mean who doesn't remove old stock from their inventory after 11 months? The only desired outcome is that they remove profile [redacted] from their profile list.
