Hello,I have read through your complaint. You state that a girl from our site has scammed you? If so, can you state how that has occurred. Our anti-scam policy does not prevent you from having profiles on other sites, thus not sure if you basis for refund is because she was on a site prior to joining ours. If that was the case, it seems she has contacted those other sites to ensure her profile is removed. Have you made any effort to visit her in your time on the site...without doing so, she would not be able to marry you as per international law given you would not be able to obtain the fiance visa without it. I understand you are disabled...but you may want to contact an immigration attorney to advise you on how to date and marry a foreign woman. I am sorry you seem to have had a bad experience. Though I am unclear if your relations ended and this is why you are upset and thus complaining on BBB. I see no evidence of foul play or scam in any way shape or form. [redacted] , You complaint seems to have morphed. First you complained that the girl you were dating online was getting paid to communicate with you or it seems that was your implied issue. Now it seems you are complaining that she has a boyfriend and thus she is a scammer is some way because of it? You also reference other websites and content about a person that we are not aware of such as [redacted] or [redacted] . Without references to these links, how can we verify your story? How can we verify if these sites were not created by anyone including yourself? My point here is in my years of working for the company, I have seen clients go to great lengths to have another member deleted from our site when a relationship ends. It is rare but it happens as the way people respond to rejection or breakups can range from nothing to out right crazy things I won't even mention. People are people. Given your latest issue seems to be around a girl dating other guys, just as you can date other ladies...I believe you already agreed this is pausable. Thus, even if she is or you are for example, does not mean you are not also interested in finding someone serious. Sometimes people date when they are lonely or just want to be with someone. The reasons are endless but at the end of the day they may not be satisfied with anyone until they meet the right person...thus it takes time to become exclusive and eventually take dating to the level of marriage. Weather she or you are on our site or any other...dating can and will occur until someone finds the right person. As for saying she loves you and dating another guy...does not mean she doesn't love you or love the other guy more or less. Love is not easy to define and you might want to ask her what it means if she is dating other people. If she tells you she isn't dating someone else, that could be true too...as she may not consider it dating. If you have never met her in real life she may not take you serious...and this is a reality that guys find out sometimes when they wait to long. It is my understanding you never filed an anti-scam claim against her. I suggest you do so we can investigate your issue. And provide us with any evidence that you stated here but have not shared in the details such as photos, urls, etc. Please do so this week so as we can have our team contact her to get her side of the story. Hello and thanks for bringing your issue up.What is not clear is when did you contact customer service? Was it today? Or have you even contacted them at all I am not sure you have as you would have been told that your issue is not with us...but with your bank Your bank most likely has a block on your card or is restricted from use now for what could be many reasons...that they will only explain to you We do not have this issue with other customers and is rare to be honest I have a credit card that used to work on [redacted] and now it doesn't so I use a different one I am not sure what the issue is but the system won't let me use it...and like you I have plenty of money on my account Please contact your bank or credit card company and they can help you There is nothing we can do...I am sorry to say As for wanting a refund...I am unclear on what basis you are requesting it If you have credits on your site account...you can use them up whenever you want We cannot refund you for unused credits which is clearly stated on the terms and conditions page when you joined Though it seems you don't want a refund anyway but to keep buying credits Hope you are able to sort our your card issue or consider using another card Sincerely,Gregory V [redacted] CSD Director

ours understand that the credit card details they enter when they register is needed to activate the auto-matic charges to re-subscribe on a monthly basis or when credits run out You like everyone else accepted these terms and like everyone else were instructed on how to disable this feature I happen to be a member of *** *** *** which operates the same *** operates the same as well and equally a service that has many more people than we do signing up each month You were billed for services that you imply you did not want...is that correct? I would be willing to make an exception in your case if you can confirm if you did not use the credits you were billed for Can you clarify that? If not, and you used the credits then there is not much I can do as it would be like me asking *** or *** to give me my money back for services I used upPlease be careful when using subsription based services or sites that will auto recharge you as they do it for a reason...so your service is not disrupted I can have your account noted to disable this service if you like...just confirm You will have to manually do this in the future and be cut off if you are in a communication with anyone should your credits run out This is up to you and has always been your choice to activate or disableThank you for understanding, I look forward to hearing back from you

The client has not contacted customer service to file a complaint. No specific details of any chats have been provided to investigate his allegations. The allegations are unfounded and simply untrue. Chats are conducted by live members when they are online. Some members due to using translation software may on occasion convey something that does not translate well or in interpreted incorrectly. This however, does not imply that the person is not real but rather using translation tools to help them communicate. As such what is translated and understood by the other party could be entirely different than what was intended and thus not what the person said...or at least tried. The client can and will be refunded for any and all chats that are either vulgar or inappropriate if they violate the terms and conditions of our site...however again the client has refused to contact us for assistance and rather airing frustration for possibly not having found dating success as this also happens when some clients are disappointed in their efforts and look for justification.The client's account has been suspended pending an investigation of all communications by our internal conflict resolution team
