Dear Revdex.com,We have reviewed the complaint for *** ***, Complaint # ***. We have reviewed the customer's domain name issueAfter a thorough review, we have determined that the domain name, ***, is with a new registered name holderThe customer, *** ***, filed a chargeback with our company for his domain renewal and domain expiration protectionExpiration Protection protects domain names if they are not renewed on time, however, it does not protect domain names from chargebacks. If the client would like to proceed with ownership of the domain name they will need to contact the new registered name holder. Based on the actions taken, we ask that the Revdex.com consider this matter closed.Thank you,*** *** ***web.com

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I am NOT satisfied with ***'s handling of this matter I do not want this case marked that I am satisfied I WILL NOT deal with *** directlyThey are NOT a reputable company and they DO NOT provide customer service I have NOT verified that I am able to access my account and make any necessary changes I am also having a third party verify all this as well When companies provide a service of such importance, they must have and be held to high standards and *** is very renegade with their actions They need to be held accountable and no one is doing that

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***
Ms. *** *** in the executive offices of *** *** did contact me by email and voicemail and has been very helpful in resolving this matter
At this time, the transfer of an internet domain name that I own from *** *** to another Registrar has been initiated by me and the transfer has been authorized by *** *** using an Authorization Code sent to me by email September
Assuming that the transfer goes through -- and my new Registrar states it may take up to seven days for the transfer to be completed -- I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, I still believe that *** *** and some other Registrars of domain names intentionally make it quite complicated and time-consuming to change information on a domain name and to transfer domain names from one Registrar to another, in order to keep registrations as long as possible

*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,
We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attentionWe have
investigated the matter and have found the following:• Client cancelled services on 11/7• Advertising cycle had already begun on 11/6, thus partial advertising budget for the month was
spent (per policy once advertising spend has started, refunds are not issued)• Web.com has refunded the entirety of the charge ($500) in the interests of good faith. We respectfully request this complaint be closed as resolved

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We tried to purchase it the same day it was supposed to become available to public releaseYet it was neverThe "Third party" they are speaking off is coincidently enough, *** *** ***They bought the domain in order to resell it at a bigger price. It so even happens that the domain was never available to repurchase, and *** *** *** is owning that domain through supposedly "***, *** ***", thats not person or company and the domain can not be reordered anywhere but on *** *** ***.What they are doing is not Illegal, But do this goes with the Revdex.com practices ?, is it correct that Domain operators buy expired domains to have domains hostage to their whim, because they have faster access to register on ICANN records ?I think this are not good business practices, and I do hope Revdex.com Agress with me
