At this time I cannot provide you pictures, I sent you what the dealership told me the exact pieces were that needed to be shipped to me and I am actually working out of town I will be glad to send you the damn pictures next week and at that time I want the postage paid label to ship the piece of crap back to you and stop being harrassed over some pictures for a brand new product straight out of the box that you sold to me I will be expecting a full refund, and you will get the pics next week so that we can end this once and for all.I should not have to do your job, you should gladly just let me ship it back and then you do the work to take the pictures you need But, I will hold your hand a little longer only so I can get my money back

My argument is based on how I was misled in their advertising that the *** lowering springs would work with oem and aftermarket KYB Struts and ShocksThe only way to know whether or not this combination would have worked or not was to actually install themAfter installing them, I noticed on certain roads the suspension would bottom-outAfter a few weeks of the same I decided to complain to their customer service about my experienceThey connected me to their expert suspension tech guy who explained to me the reason I'm bottoming out is because the struts and shocks are longer than the shorter *** lowering springsI explained what I was told to customer service and was told I didn't ask that question before purchasing the itemI explained to her that I went based on what their website says, that it would work with oem or aftermarket struts and shocks to no availTo show that I would've gotten the same response, had I spoken to a live person, I went on a live chat with themI pretended to be a new customer inquiring whether or not these two items would work, and was told it would(see original complaint)When I confronted customer service with this bombshell, I was still denied a full refund for the *** lowering springs, and replacement of the front strutsLook, the fact of the matter is my vehicle is bottoming out as a result of these items that are supposed to work together, according to their website's advertising(see original complaint)And the fact their first expert confirmed that from the beginning.Therefore, I would only accept they admit their advertisement, change it to avoid any future complaints with other consumers, give me a full refund for the *** lowering Springs and replace the front KYB Struts with a fresh pair, because there's no telling what is the extent of the damage these lowering springs caused the rest of my suspension

I have not changed any of my statements that were made to the customer service representative. The product was replaced under warranty for the exact same reasons, "poor workmanship and poor design" March 19, 2013. The manufacturers warranty that Autoanything uses to sell these inferior products is still in effect and applies to this item. Please refund the full amount that I paid for the product. $

*** *** the Contact center sales manager did call after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com and advised that he was "sorry about the inconvenience with the momentary pricing errors." Momentary meaning days or so before the advertised pricing was changed*** did offer to honor the advertised price for one of the items onlyThey would not honor the full pricing of all items that I needed to purchase*** did send me an email with a special quote with the offer that he did makeI am still needing parts to start the install of the items I did purchase through ***'s offer in hopes that Auto Anything would stand by the advertised pricesI still don't like how it took a total of different employees from auto anything to attempt to make this situation rite*** is the only one that offered anything other than an "oh well" type of solutionI would still like the advertised price not only on principal but for all the hoops that needed to be jumped through to get any kind of a fair resolution from Auto anything
