I appreciate your response and shipping label, however this does not resolve my problemI received a product that is defective and is deteriorating with useIt is a car cover for my new car, which I use to protect it from damageIf I were to send it in, your company has told me it will take about a month for shipping both ways, as well as inspection and replacement at the manufacturerThis means I would have my new car unprotected for at least one month while the issue is resolvedThis is unfair to me as a consumer because my only mistake at this point was choosing your companyI paid full price for a working item, and was sent a defective oneIf I had chosen another company I most likely would not be having this issueI did not do anything wrong, so why should I be penalized and risk damage to my car, simply because of your manufacturers negligence? It is not right that I have to pay the price for a situation I had no hand in creating

Why should Any one pay for the incorrect merchandise when odered by phone from one of there supposed sales experts ? Especially for Auto Anything is a very irresponsible middle man company I will not go away or give up on this!

Due to the vast number of products and possible part variations, we show sample images for some year, makes, and models. We clearly disclose this on the photos, citing that they are sample images. We will be happy to process a return for the wheels. As our site states, a
restocking fee and return shipping label fee will be assessed and subtracted from the refund

If my complaint was a scratch or a not so perfect paint job on the Top then yes I would except the offer of $to repair it here locally but this isn't the case , the Top is broken at the worst possible place it could beThis top has two critical attachment points, these points are designed to have a gas strut attached to hold it in the up position and it takes both to accomplish this task one isn't enough to do that so its just a top laying on the bed of a truckI placed a call to the manufacturer of this Top and spoke with ***( ***) his question was did I still have the box in which I don't but that showed me he was willing to take it back or at least have that conversationThis company just wants me to go away well I will go away when they do the right thing by replacing it or refunding at least half of what I paid to get another one from a local distribution company that will stand behind the products they sell...One last thing I'm sure the top was insured by ** because who ships a $Top through at least trucking terminals without insuring it? Come on ** do the right thing by your customers

AutoAnything's statement that the goods were shipped to my billing address was and misleading.The original invoice for the goods did display my correct name and billing address however the goods were shipped via FedEx to a different location and signed for by an unknown person.AutoAnything's customer support department was notified prior to the goods being delivered that the entire order was fraudulent yet it appears their corporates policy is not to take any action until after the credit card company denies the chargeThis lack of action on behalf of the company places an unfair and unreasonable burden on the consumer to proven their positionIn addition, one has to question whether the company has elected to take this "non-actionable" approach in hopes that a percentage of consumers may in fact not catch the fraudulent transaction at all.AutoAnything needs to modify their policies and better education their call center support staffThey need to be willing to take the first line of defense when fraud is identifiedThey could have easily taken my information, notified FedEx to stopped the delivery of the goods and notified local authorities of the fraudulent activitiesInstead they chose to do nothing.

The customer was emailed a Freight notification email on 11/informing him that he must fully inspect the item because with Freight when you sign for it it is a legal document stating you accept the item "as is" and legally the customer nor AutoAnything can do anything to rectify the
situation because the customer is taking the responsibility off the Freight companyWe understand this is a surprise to most customers which is why we send each customer an email that orders an item that ship via freight so they are educated and aware of the guidelinesAs a one time courtesy AutoAnything is willing to eat the cost on the $part so the customer can receive a new oneIf this replacement is damaged in any way and the customer signs for it again without inspection we will not be able to assist the customer a second timeWe are willing to help the customer out as a one time courtesy

I am still very disgusted in the way this company handles business and their lack of true Customer Service. When a person pays for OVER NIGHT shipping, they should not have to wait OVER days to receive a product. Charging twice for shipping and handling and then waiting days to correct their mistake is also unacceptable.
