I own a $60,vehicle and I spend alot of money to maintain my vehicleI spent $for a dash kit and all day to install itDo you really think I would sit there and manually peel it off? You have to be insaneMy vehicle looks good due to the money I have spent on maintaining itI have provided you will pictures showing you the peeling of the dash kit which you requestedThis is suppose to have a lifetime warranty and your company and the manufacturer is NOT honoring the lifetime warrantyI maintain my innocence and have NOT, I repeat, HAVE NOT peeled anything off manually as your company insinuatedI would like a FULL REFUND due to the defects that I have experienced with this product over the period I have owned itIt began peeling on ITS OWN. Why would I peel this off? Revdex.com, I have reviewed the customer's orderThe customer placed an order for an tonneau cover, which is a very heavy item, so it ships out via Freight TruckWhen an item ships out via Freight there are special delivery laws that are beyond our controlBy law the freight company has to allow
the customer to fully inspect the item to ensure there are no damages to the item because once the customer signs the Bill of Lading (BOL) by law, they are accepting the package as isSo if the customer signs the BOL and there is any damage, the freight company is no longer liable which means we are unable to file a shipping claimDue to the special instructions that are associated with freight, AutoAnything, takes great pride in educating our customers about the special freight laws so they do not end up stuck with an item that is damaged because they wee unaware with the freight lawsOn 11/we emailed this customer informing him of the freight lawsThe customer also called in to check his order status on 11/11, where we also verbally informed the customer of the freight laws (call is recorded)Even though we did our due diligence by informing this customer that if he signs the package he is stuck with it on two separate occasion, once verbally and once via email, we still offered the customer a $to help with repairs since we are not able to file a shipping claim since the customer signed the BOL accepting all responsibilityThe customer has refunded our $credit. [The company originally issued me the check for the return shipping of $because I had said the exhaust must have been defective since it didn't fitOnce they received the exhaust back and I called them about the check for the $having a stop payment placed on it, and they said they were not going to reimburse me for the shipping, and that since they felt there was nothing wrong with the exhaust, they were ALSO going to be sending it back to me and keeping the $849. Now they're saying that actually they're going to accept my return...This company keeps changing their minds and this has been nothing but a huge headache for me. If they are accepting the exhaust back as a return, the shipping I paid should also be returned, especially after everything I had to go through with contacting an outside source (Revdex.com). The next letter I write will be to their states' Attorney General to look into this company, that has had over complaints registered with the Revdex.com]

I agree with the business response that brake rotors last on average 40,to 50,milesAs I stated in my original complaint the ones the business supplied lasted only 18,miles before rusting and becoming pitted resulting in loud noise and lost of effectiveness ! They were simply not make to last as represented there was not a defect that anyone would have noticed right away I have had to have them replaced and would therefore like a refund of the amount paid.I request that at the very least that the Revdex.com post this complaint as a complaint on the quality of the product not being as represented
