No I do not except the response given , this item is covered by a structural damage warranty that's not being honored by this companyThis top cannot be repaired because its broken at the gas shock tower that effects the integrity of the topThis top reguires both gas shocks working in tandem to hold it in the upright position without both its just a $paper weightThe have the audacity to offer me $credit for $paper weight well that's ridiculous and down right disrespectfulI want a full refund of my purchase not some lame a excuse about shipping anything can be shipped back this is just asinine

My credit card company said they are reviewing the issue We have not been told that I will receive my money back I was told that my credit card company is awaiting a response from autoanything I will contact my credit card company to check the status and return to this site and document my findings In the meantime, I would encourage Autoanything to share their communication they provided to my credit card company, as to this date, I was told there hasn't been any

This exhaust kit installed on my car sounded nothing like the car in this video, which is also a Mustang V(same car as mine). If it did, I would have had no complaint, would have kept them installed on the car, and would not be seeking a refund. AutoAnything's website (see product link above) makes no mention of this unbearable in-cab drone, nor does it state which products are non-returnable. In fact, it states in the "Return Information" tab that "the vast majority of products available at AutoAnything are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition." This exhaust kit has been kept in a new and unused condition, and I have all of the original paperwork. However, I threw out the original packaging.
The website also does not even provide specific product details under the "Info" tab for the axle back exhaust kit, which is the product I ordered. The only description provided is for the cat back exhaust kit, which is different than the product I ordered. For all of these reasons above, I feel I was misled into buying a product that was misrepresented by the retailer (AutoAnything) and by the manufacturer (*** Exhaust)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me because it is the best I am told is available to meI would like to correct that "100%" is not being refunded to me as is being statedBecause of the information provided regarding the product ($paid for the product), I suffered over $in additional damages(labor and re-alignment) plus weeks of frustration dealing with this and am rightfully being refunded $for the part and an additional $which still leaves me close to $in the loss for what wasn't my fault but I accepted their offer because they said its the only thing they can do I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI was told that their engineering team was made aware of the improper information about the product so no one else goes through this like I did and maybe more compensation could be made but as of now the $is the best I can get so I accepted.
