That is simply not true I have a FACTORY bed liner that came with the truck from the dealership I understand that you can not know what is on every person's truck who orders from you But it is very common for a truck to have a bedliner - people from your own company have even said this to me and I have recorded calls of it What you can do is put a section on the information page stating that if you have any bed liner this product will not fit without modification of the bed liner It is not my fault that, according to your own website, it should fit my truck with no problems It does not say that I might have to cut a huge chunk (roughly 4' by 1' section) out of my bed liner in order for it to fit.I simply want a return.

I don't have any objections to the Revdex.com providing AutoAnything with my information. I have no clue who "***" is? Customer service supervisor? Owner? I've never had contact with this person before. Obviously, this person had enough information to provide the Revdex.com with information particularly, that my complaint was about "rust" which would make my claim an issue with the products "finish" hence their reason for not covering it under the manufacturers three year product warranty. Now they want my information? Sounds like this business is far more disorganized than I originally thought. No wonder ** *** refused to replace the product under warranty! I would have contacted the manufacturer directly if this was permitted.

I would like to have AutoAnything.com review the advertisement to which I am in disagreement with and tell me that the kit listed for $is not the exact kit I would need for a Nissan Frontier, if it is not, than I am incorrect, However, if this is in fact the exact kit for the vehicle mentioned how am I wrong when it clearly states $for a Nissan Frontier-All frontier models-Daystar Comfort Ride Lift Kits? The Autoanything employee neglected to explain to the Revdex.com that this particular item was not purchased on 3-19- The fact if the matter is this item was purchased in and then replaced under the manufacturer warranty by Autoanything on 3-19-for the exact same reason that I am requesting it be replaced now As I explained to the customer service representative, the problem is not with the finish as claimed by Autoanything The problem is with the poor workmanship and design of the item I submitted photographic evidence of such as requested by Autoanything customer service This is my second go around with this inferior product Poor workmanship and poor design has caused this grill guard to corrode and rust under the clear coat finishThe finish is still intact and not the issue here I initially requested an in store credit to replace the grill guard with one manufactured by someone other than ** ***The Customer service representative called me back and offered a $credit Autoanything does not even have a grill guard available at that price It was a low ball offer I want to make it perfectly clear that this item was purchased from Autoanything and they should stand behind the product and the products warrantyOnce again, the products finish is not at issue here and the manufacturer warranty is still in effect If you are going to advertise a warranty then stand behind it!
