For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do appreciate their efforts, but I paid a company that installs tops and they circled the parts we needed At this time, I just want to return the entire purchase for a refund To plan on having this top ready to install and make arrangements for the previous hard top to be out of our way has put a hardship on my husband for a gift he cannot fully use We are very disappointed in *** and their lack of quality control to ensure every part is top notch for installation and extremely disappointed in Autoanything insisting this is now a warranty issue because we opened the package and during installation find defective parts that we have to figure out how to install around that fact, just so my husband can have a top until we figure something out.At this time, I am making arrangements for another purchase with another company and have it installed Therefore, as soon as possible (22nd of June) I will need an authorization form and prepaid postage to return this product to Autoanything without a restocking fee as I was told would happen from their customer service department.Thank you

There is a discrepancy in refund priceI was under the impression reading the terms and conditions of refunds that a defective part is 100% refundable including shippingThe part manufacturer at Range technologies, Caitlyn, also mirrored this impression in her email as wellI was expecting to be refunded 151.57, however, in the email from AutoAnything it states Please advise as to why a defective part sold by you is not covered 100%.Also, please remove my account from autoanything as I will not purchase anything more following this issue

There are things said in AutoAnything's responce that are just not true: they have not authorized a return where they pay the return shippingYesterday they authorized a return where I would be reimbursed $not the $that I paid for the product because I had to pay for return shippingThey have not acknowledged that of course the tonneau cover was installed because they requested pictures of it installed showing that it did not fit They need to acknowledge that it has been installed per their request (I have the emails) before I return the product ootherwise I don't think to honor this Agreement I also have to point out that this complaint was sent by the Revdex.com on January 16th I had not received any response so on the morning of January 20th I disputed the charge on my credit card and that even they respond By the way outside of my credit card dispute and the Revdex.com I have communicated with them different times about this product and as of last night they still want me to take more pictures of the cover on my truck

I should not be out $for return shipping, because I had to ship back a part that was flawed in regards to the design, not the manufacturing of the part I spoke to the gentleman whos car was the one Magnaflow used to develop this exhaust system for the Audi Allroad (he goes by the name ***), and he told me directly, and I have this in a typed message, that even when Magnaflow designed the exhaust for the Allroad and gave one to ***, EVEN HE HAD TO USE SPACERS BECAUSE THE EXHAUST DID NOT FIT PERFECT AND WAS TOUCHING OTHER PARTS OF HIS CAR! This is the exact same problem I hadI will be happy to provide you with this documentation if requested

As stated in great detail in my complaint, this exhaust kit IS in new and unused condition, even though it was installed on my car for ONLY FIVE days There are NO signs of usage, NO discoloration, NO scratches on this exhaust kit, and the ONLY way I knew if this exhaust kit performed as advertised (which it did NOT) was to install the kit and drive the car! There are many other complaints on *** for poor Customer Service like this from AutoAnything
