reimburse the customer the $shipping they paid as a one time customer courtesyHowever, when the warehouse inspected the exhaust they determined the part was not defectiveAfter testing the returned exhaust, we determined the part was in good working condition so we failed the warranty return and informed the customer the part was not defectiveAfter reviewing the notes, photos, and customer calls I have decided I will reimburse the customer in the amount of $for the exhaust he returned as a one time customer courtesy, however we will not reimburse the shippingWe feel that this is fair since we are agreeing to provide a full refund on a part that was not defective and has been used owe are no longer able to resell the item. We are following Fraud protocol with the customer's credit card companyThe item was shipped and signed for at the customer's billing addressif the customer is stating they did not receive the order due to fraud the correct protocol is to file a dispute through the customers credit card company
If the customers credit card company confirms this was a fraudulent charge they will deny our chargeback and refund the customerUnfortunately we do not have any control over refunding the customer it is 100% on the credit card company to let us npw this was a fraudulent charge

We ended up writing this part off for the customer do to a data issue and providing the customer with a full refundThere is nothing left to credit as he received all money back

The Business has asked for me to confirm my shipping address while already having my shipping address on file for a few yearsI received an e-mail from a Customer Service agent asking to confirm my address. I replied to this e-mail and confirmed my address, however this does not resolve the actual issue of having the replacement product physically shipped to the aforementioned address with a tracking number communicated to me for verification.As such I find this response unacceptable and hereby will reject it until such time when the replacement product has been shipped with a tracking number provided to me or physically received at my already confirmed address
