BBB,The customer placed the order on 12/10/2014. Our return policy (stated below) is on our website if you visit [redacted] . We allow a return to be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we send an incorrect part or the customer places an order for the incorrect part we will... take it back no questions asked as long as the product has not been installed and is within our 30 day return policy. Unfortunately the customer did not contact us until 6/30/2015, which is 7 months after the customer received the part. We are unable to return a part that has been 7 months old.

The check the customer is referring to was sent on 9/8 via USPS. I can take 5-10 business days to arrive. If the customer does not receive it by the end of this week we would suggest he call us directly so we can stop payment on the check and reissue another one. Our records do indicate the check... was processed and sent out so we need to give the post office the sufficient amount of time to deliver before we can process another check.

Revdex.com, Thank you for the replyI went to *** and searched for the Day Star leveling kit for the Nissan Frontier and when you see AutoAnything is states the price range for this kit as being $49.95-$The reason for the gap in price is due to this part being vehicle specificSome vehicles such as trucks are going to require more parts than a coupe or sedan so there is a huge price discrepancy due to the amount of year, makes, and models we have to offer in the U.SWith that said, the customer has a Nissan Frontier, which will require the specific part number *** which is listed for $When you enter that exact part number into *** there is no price listed with any company for $Like I mentioned in the previous email, the customer can order the Day Star lift kit for $but it will not work for his vehicle, it is for a coupeWe are not advertising information, we do sell a Day Star lift kit for $and the customer is more than welcome to purchase it but it will not work for his specific vehicle Hopefully this helps clear up the confusionRegards,***AutoAnything.com
