Hello,I did respond to the company's previous offer, and it does not solve my problemI need them to send me a new coverThey state that I must return the current defective one that they sent me, then the manufacturer will review it (5-days) and then the manufacturer will replace or repair it (10-days) and then the cover will be shipped back to meThis is not acceptable because it would leave my brand new car uncovered for likely more than a monthI need a new cover sent to me, because the one they sent was defective and is coming apart at the seamsIt has about feet of stray thread hanging off it now and it is still coming apart as time goes byI don't feel like I should have to pay the price of my car getting damaged by the elements simply because they refuseto send a new product after sending a defective oneI paid $for this cover, which is too much to have received a product that was bad form the start

With all that said I really don't believe you read what I posted your people lied to me then tell me nothing can be done then I file a complaint and magically the parts ship is that a coincidence I don't think so! My time is worth something for the deception and inconvenience of having my vehicle on jacks waiting on parts that were supposed to be IN-STOCK. I would be happy to see all this customer service you speak of in your reply but I have yet to see any of that before filing a complaint so you want to resolve this issue then make this unhappy customer happy with a good gesture and we can move on I don't deal in lies in my line of work and don't expect them either along with wasting timeMy time is worth something I don't work for free neither do you!

Revdex.com7/10/15I have attached copies of email conversations to AutoAnything on 7/8/at 1:02:p.mand then again email conversations on same day 7/8/at 4:28:p.m.In these conservations it was clearly known that AutoAnything was not going to pay for a return shipping label for return the wheels that were not the correct wheels I orderedAnd since I could not afford to return the wheels that were the wrong wheels they sent to meAnd after my Jeep had been sitting in Imperssive Auto Garage for days waiting for my wheel problem to be resolvedThe garage had put a new lift kit on and had my new tires sitting thereThe garage needed the wheels. Anyway since I could not reslove anything with "AUTOANYTHING", I went ahead and put the wheels on my JeepI had no choice but to keep the wheels I "DID NOT ORDER" and "THEY WERE THE WRONG WHEELS"Any I was clearly unhappy with the incorrect wheels that AutoAnything sent to me. I feel AutoAnything should compensate me $for all my problems! I am sure this would have been the cost of the return label they were finally going to send after way to many emailsAll of my emails have proven I was 100% correctThe order confirmation showed the wheels I orderedThen with me having to go through the horrible service was un called forThey have lost my businessMy next order of a Body Armor Front bumper I will be ordering from someone else!!!! This Wasn't about a refundThis was about your deceptive price matching policyFurther there was no data problem you lied about the application not being for my vehicle rather then provide a replacement which is not part of the original complaint anyways
