Except the refund was initially given to me by a *** complaint and *** issued the refund. It was never explained how I was given not one but two used items. I have sent back both items because I was not trying to scam anything and so this business can see the type of product they sent out

Yes I did see the brake pads shipped out which is good news however this action is merely due to the complaint filed here I made several attempts by phone and email to get assitance with no prevail and had I not filed a complaint nothing would have been done which is horrible customer service! Also for the brake pads not being available until around the 9th you sure did find some sooner! The whole situation is very sad that you have to lie to the customer and force them to file a complaint before you help outThough it seems like your doing me a favor your really not my pads should have been here a few days ago. So no I'm still not satisfied with your poor attempt to resolve this matter!
