training policy allows a learner to complete the course only within 6 months from start date which you were not able to comply.  As a courtesy, you were given a new course to work on. Hoever for some odd reasons, the course you were re-enrolled in was the old one which automatically set your status to "completed" even if you didn't work on it. This is why a certificate of completion has been generated even if nothing was actually done from your part. This certificate will not make you eligible for a DOL card.I apologize for the inconvenience. A new course has been provided for you to complete. This is for free and if you have been charged previously, we will process a refund for you. Please note again that you have 6 months to complete your course and your day 1 of your 6 months will commence one you open your course.  I hope this clarified your concern and please do let me know if you need anything else. Thank you,[redacted]

Based on our record, it shows that your course was locked out 3 times. The lockout is a result of validly failing the final exam. Based on OSHA regulations, we can only allow the student to take the final exams thrice.  Failing the final exams thrice would mean you have to take the course again. I understand this could be frustrating, but this a policy which OSHA implements. Also, the course that you purchased is not the one which comes with a study guide.  Had you called prior to taking the course, we could have provided you the study guide for free. Regretfully, the only options you have right now is to start the course again. I hope this helps.[redacted]
