I am rejecting this response because:situation has not been
resolvedSpent an hour on the phone with my bank and they concluded that this company has not provided sufficient evidence that I purchased anything from themThe company sent a dispute response saying they were attaching an "order receipt" yet there was no order receipt to be found (neither the bank nor I received this).Bank assured me that because this was fraud I would not be held accountable.I would like this company to:1) follow through and provide evidence of who exactly purchased their product, 2) actually specify product purchased and 3) drop this bogus, fraudulent, and illegal charge
