Had ordered a washer from this place and did not get a tracking number until days later, the washer was barely leaving from the shipper's placeNot to mention that it also said the estimated arrival time is to days laterI think that is going to be still okay even it is going to take days for the washer to be delivered I have specifically requested in home delivery because I am working mostly day time and my wife and kids are not capable to move the washerWhen I placed in the order on line it does not give me any response and I made sure that it is marked in home delivery because I knew I will not be home when the washer arriveI do not get off until 10:pm because of my shiftWhen I got the tracking number from this place on my e-mail, it is marked as curb side deliveryI just think that they had made a mistake and called customer service to try to correct itWhat I got was I should read the fine print before I order the washer and said that they reserve the right to change it to curb side delivery if the service is not available for the areaThe female representative also told me that I can call the trucking company to request for in home delivery for extra charge? They offer free in home delivery on the web site and now they ask me to call their shipping company to request for in home delivery for extra charge and than they said the service is not available for where I live and said because it is a remote areaI have to call their shipping company to request that service when they offered it when I ordered the product? Not available but can be done for extra CHARGE ? I live in El Paso Texas inside the city which is the fourth largest city in Texas and ranked number biggest city in US and they called that a remote area? I started to get upset and said that this is bsThe female representative said that I should not use that language and said I was rudeOf course I am rude because they said one thing and than an other which is really all a bunch of bull ***Than suddenly a male voice cut in and said he is the supervisor of the call center and said that if I do not want the washer, I can cancel the order and just to agitate me more that he said the same WASHER IS ON SALE NOW FOR dollars more for what I paid for and be glad to sell that somebody else if I do not want itFurther more because El Paso ( the biggest city in US) is a remote area, he is doing a one time courtesy a favor to delivery the washerHen also claimed that if anyone call back to the calling center, he will tell the customer that this review I am writing is all liesI hung up on him and said this place of business is deceptiveHe even call me back and asked me in a very harassing tone if I wanted the washer or not after about minutes I hung up on himI told him after waited for days and the washer is on the way, it will be a waste of time for meI told him not to call me back and I will get to the bottom of this

we spoke with the customer today in an effort to resolve the issue we offered the same dishwasher in different color (stain steel ) which is more expensive at the same price or we can place another order for the white dishwasher to be shipped in weeks as the item is on back order ,customer asked to cancel the order , therefore the order has been cancelled and full refund has been issued

Our return policy indicate the following: AppliancesConnection offers a Day Hassle-Free Return Policy from the date of receipt of merchandiseIf, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you could return it to our warehouse for a full refundJust go through our easy online process under my account, submit a web ticket and receive an RMA number Customer stated the unit defective and opted to ship it back for refund, per the customer’s request we provided the return number, the standard procedure is to setup service with the manufacturer, if the technician deemed the unit irreparable, then the manufacturer will replace the unit at no cost to the customer, but the customer didn’t like to follow the process of scheduling for service and choose just to ship it in on his own

we do apologize for any inconvenience this mater may caused you ,we highly recommend you to open damage claim with your carrier so you get reimbursed of the damage goods

The repair will NOT cost $if the customer is willing to settle in reasonable matter we are willing work to resolve the issue , since this has become under the Revdex.com control we are willing to offer $and close the issue

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit anxious about using Appliance Connection (AC), to purchase my family’s washer and dryer, but I have to say that was not my experience at allI purchased a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer setTheir price was easily the best I could find even when the very same equipment was on sale at other more well known appliance stores like [redacted] ***I originally tried to purchase the washer/dryer set online, but could not get the package I wanted with the warranty and stacking equipment I wanted into the cartSo I called AC and spoke to a salespersonHe reviewed what I was trying to do and quickly understood my dilemmaI was trying to make a package that they didn’t offer, however, he went ahead and gave me the discounted package price and even discounted the warranty for my troubleI added the “White Glove” service because even though I am a pretty good size man with a couple of sons, I did not want to have to deal with damage either to my door, floors, or the washer & dryersThe sales person said they had both of the machines in the warehouse and they should be shipped out within three days, which they were…actually they were shipped the next day! I purchased it on the April [redacted] and it shipped April ***I was notified when they shipped and provided a tracking numberThey arrived in my town on the ***, which is pretty good considering AC is in New York and I live in CaliforniaWhen it arrived her e I was notified by the local delivery company and arranged a delivery for a couple of days later on the weekend when I was going to be homeIt was delivered by them at the promised timeThe unpacked it and put it where I instructed them to without any damageMy son’s and I were able to use the stacking tools to complete the installation pretty easilyThe washer and dryers look and work beautifullyAs I said, I saw some of the negative reviews but I can only say my experience with AC was greatThey did everything they promised, easily gave me the best price, delivery was very timely, and my equipment works perfectlyI will definitely use AC again DrB J D***

Unfortunately , we don't see valid reason to issue credit since the order was shipped ,However, in order to maintain customer satisfaction we willing to extend 10yrs warranty on all appliances purchased cost per warranty is $49.99.We hope that *** [redacted] will accept this offer as honest friendship and continue doing business with us in the future.Please consider our efforts in resolving this matter and close the case for satisfaction

We understand your frustration and we are working diligently in resolving this matter for youWe understand that you took delivery of this dishwasher on January ***, 2017, and signed for this delivery free and clear of damagesHowever we were notified of the a small dimple inside of the dishwasher a week after receiving itDue to the time delay between receiving the product and notifying us of the damage, we could not determine whether it was a manufacturer defect, damage caused in transit, or damaged on your premisesRegardless of where the damage was incurred, we had offered a 10% partial credit and a year major component extended warranty for you to keep it as isThe credited amount was higher than the 10% but regardless, you had agreed to keep as isAfter having used the unit for about two weeks, you then discovered that the arm that sprays water is damagedAs a courtesy, even though you had already agreed to keep as is, this unit is under a manufacturer warranty, you could have contacted Samsung to replace the parts for you, we ordered them for you regardlessWith that being said, Samsung's master distribution warehouse, they do not have one on U.Ssoil, the part is ordered and shipped out from KoreaYou had notified us on 117, we ordered it on The part is normally shipped within 5-business days, you should be receiving it soonPlease let us know when you have received it, do make sure that it is in good condition, and we will advise a service technician to go out and install the parts for you.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience, we are doing everything we can to remedy this issue for you, and we thank you for your business

Not only did I find a great price when I purchased my washer and dryer from Appliances Connection, but they provided great customer service, too! I had a specific delivery request, and they were more than happy (along with their shipping partner) to accommodateMy credit card was charged correctly, their communication was great, and I received high-quality appliances just as promisedI wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and although they have not recounted the events leading up to my complaint correctly, especially the part where they say that they do not know what happened to the extended warranties , when in fact they voided them as recently as early April 0f But they have offered to reinstate the extended warranties after I filed a review on [redacted] and since my original goal was to have the warranties reinstated, although it is not for the period of years as they have stated in their response I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

The cooktop that I bought was at a better price that I could find elsewhere and the shipping was fast and easy, I would buy from againThe delivery guys were great! Even though they did not reach my house in Virginia until 10:pm, they called a couple of times to let me know their progress, then delivered the unit to an upstairs apartment and set it upThey cleaned up the packaging and were on their wayGreat job!

Stars for criminal and shady businessThis company has an F on the Revdex.comPlease research before you buy, because that was the mistake I madeI canceled a vent hood order and they still sent it to our rental property, even though had "in-home delivery." We wanted in home delivery to be there to sign for it and check for damangedNonetheless, they delivered it with a signature according to FedEx, but no hood was found anywhere on the propertyAfter hours of talking to their customer service, they refused to refund the hood, even though it was supposed to be cancelledThe customer service rep kept on asking me to ask my mother to check if it was there and have no idea why my mother had anything to do with the order, but he was just mocking me is what I have figured outTwo months later and I am still fighting to get my refund

Worst seller ever on [redacted] These guys have poor customer service and are completely untrustworthy I asked to cancel my order because it was the wrong size within hours of my order "Magically," my order delivery date speeds up and they send me a response saying it has already been shipped However, they said if I wanted to return it now, it would cost an arm and a leg because I would be responsible for the shipping of the fridge in both directions (essentially making the return a poison pill) If they really had shipped it, I would have received the order by now Of course, the delivery date came and went and the product still isn't here Probably because it wasn't ever shipped...all part of their evil plan to take advantage of people Terrible company Don't ever do business with them!!! I made the error in deciding to purchase a washer dryer set from Appliances connection I was able to find a wide variety or products and prices were good and also with rebates that made my decision easy So I placed my order then my issues started 1) despite the web page said that the item was in stock, I did not get a shipping notification till weeks later 2) When freight showed up at my house they only has the washer, no dryer 3) After many calls they said they will send another dryer out I decided not to get it and opted to get a refund 4) at this point I had lost the rebate time and did not get the rebates 5) It took over year to get my money back and only because I opened a formal dispute with my credit card company details of these conversations are horrific and such a shady company You can get the same deals even better at your local harware stores like [redacted] and [redacted] with better customer service
