Upon reviewing the complaint our records indicate the customer submitted online order for Refrigerator Model # WRF57R18DM priced at $,and Freezer Model # WSZ57L18DM priced at $.The customer assumed by ordering these two units will have a matching set , well those two units don't look a like, as one unit has a flush square door and the other has round door , the dented door has been ordered and replaced , the customer requesting to have similar doors on both units which we are trying to accomplish ,since we shipped what the customer ordered we are not at fault the units don't look a like ,however, the customer requested RMA to return the unit we have emailed the customer the RMA instruction and as a courtesy we have waived any restocking or shipping fee, and we will issue full refund once the items returned .?

Upon reviewing the complaint, our records indicate the customer called us requested the order be cancelled, as of today per the customer’s request the order has been cancelled and credit still pending awaiting credit card dispute to be resolved , once the dispute is resolved the customer will get his refund into his account Kindly, update your records regarding this complaint

Upon reviewing the complain , we are currently working to resolve the issue of the damage table top , unfortunately the most we can offer as discount is $, as courtesy we willing to offer $so the customer will keep the table top ASIS .we have offered this offer through out ticket system , we have yet to hear from the customer

My overall satisfaction with this company is poor From the time I ordered my oven through delivery, they did not communicate on the status of my order I had to call on multiple occasions to determine if the oven shipped and where it might be It took almost a month to arrive even though it shipped out the day I ordered it When it did arrive there was damage to the front control panel which was primarily cosmetic The oven otherwise worked fine and the damage was noted by the shipping company When I contacted ApplianceConnection and sent them pictures of the damage, they initially told me that they would not replace the damaged part since they considered it "wear and tear" Needless to say I was beyond shocked that they would not take care of their customer in this situation I continued to get the run around with customer service Long story short, when I told them I intended to contact [redacted] to dispute the entire purchase knowing that [redacted] would have my back (as any other reasonable person/company would and should), ApplianceConnection very reluctantly told me they would replace the part and contacted a service technician to take care of it Even after agreeing to do the right thing, the customer service person had the gall to tell me that "if it was me, I'd have just let this go"...as if the damage to a brand new item which cost $was just an acceptable situation....unbelievable!!!! Extremely poor customer service in light of the situation

Upon reviewing the complaint , our records indicate the customer submitted an online order on 112014, for four appliances , our website clearly indicate delivery will take 10-business days , the entire order was delivered on 122014.During the entire process of the order, the price of the appliances ordered didn't change , nor the customer called us about price match with other local competitors ,keep in mind we don't charge shipping or tax for orders ship out of the state of NY.kindly , update your records and close the case

Customer received this order from the trucking carrier on At the time of delivery customer was not on the premises, the delivery drivers were instructed by security where to leave the packagesWhite glove could not be performedThe unit ordered was left in the boxes it came in, as white glove does not include assembly of the unitThe cost of white glove was already refunded as customer requested on As per our company policy, an authorized adult has to be present at the time of the delivery, which was scheduled with the customer for time and date prior to deliveryAs this order was signed for free and clear of damages, we had tried to file claims against the trucking carrier but the claims were denied as no damages were noted on the proof of delivery, as attachedOur email correspondence with the customer states instructions to have authorized adult present to inspect the unit prior to signing for the deliveryRegardless of how the damage was inflicted, we are willing to offer the customer the following options:Part replacement of damaged parts with a year extended furniture warranty to keep the unit as isKeep the unit as is for a substantial damage allowance creditReturn the unit to us for a full refund, as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was already issuedWe can schedule a trucking carrier to pick up the unit on behalf of the customer to return the unit for a refund less the shipping fees.Please reach out to us, as we are willing to work with the customer in resolving this matter as soon as possibleThank you for your time and consideration

Competitive prices and fast deliveryActually, my new microwave oven arrived at my doorstep the same weekThat was my first order with Appliances ConnectionThat went so well I ordered another product from them the next week and had the same great service

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow: The customer received the refrigerator on 0114, in early April the manufacturer deemed the unit not repairable and picked up the unit form the customer’s location and issued us a credit less shipping, in order to help the customer to get what he paid for, we suggested to ship him a new unit for the amount we received from the manufacture, although the manufacturer credited our account less shipping we had shipped the customer new refrigerator at no cost to himUnfortunately, the new unit also deemed to be defective and again the manufacturer picked the unit and issued our account credit less shipping The amount was issued by the manufacturer as shown below: 7:31:pm R/CM - [redacted] - $522.00, we have credited the customer $ This transaction is beyond the 30days return policy as the customer used the unit for almost moth The customer requested credited for the unit, but the manufacturer warranty is to replace the unit , therefore credit issued less shipping We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, kindly update the case as we are not in control of the refund amount issued by the manufacturer

Upon reviewing the complaint , the unit left our warehouse on , due to the customer live in Rural area an extra time is needed ,the item was scheduled for delivery on 11/ [redacted] , the customer called to cancel and he was aware of the refund less $shipping fee .on 1114, the customer called again stated he prefer to accept delivery , our billing department called him requesting credit card to charge ONLY the amount which was refunded , he said since I got refunded keep the order cancelled .per the customer request this order was cancelled

per the manufacturer policy if they cant fix the issue after repairs they will exchanged it at no cost to the customer.we can dispatch the tech again if the customer agree
