Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow :The customer received the dishwasher ordered on 122014, the paper work we received from the shipping company indicated that the customer has opened/inspected and signed for the dishwasher free and clear ,when the customer called us to notify us of the damage we apologized about the inconvenience and immediately opened a ticket to gather the information needed for the damaged claim ,our records indicate we have ordered replacement for the damage parts , the parts have been shipped via UPS tracking # [redacted] and delivered on .Kindly , update you records and close the case

Don't purchase anything from Appliances Connection unless you enjoy horrible customer service Despite their competitive pricing, you truly get what you pay forFirst, you can't rely on whether or not they list the product as in-stock when you place your purchaseNext, their customer service department is horrible, at bestSometimes you'll get a busy signal, other times you'll wait on hold for 30-minutes, even if you're "number 5" in their queueWhen it comes to their "order status" function online, I have no idea how they run itFinally, they lie through their teeth to avoid cancelled ordersHere's my experience I purchased items, one of which they shipped immediately, yet they listed all the products as shipped and deliveredThat's when I found out that the other item was back orderedI was told that it would ship from their warehouse on Sept ***, which I patiently waited for; I even confirmed that the week prior to ensure it was still on track, as I had to move furniture to make room for the new tableOn the ***, after stating that I was going to cancel the order if it wasn't shipped, as promised, I received an "en route" email message and a tracking number for [redacted] I kept checking for updates regarding that tracking number but it continued to show up as "not found"I finally called [redacted] and they said they had no record of that tracking number and had no reference to any shipments going to my addressOn October ***, after sitting on hold for minutes, I finally reached an "account representative" who told me that my order was not shipped and asked who told me that it hadAfter looking up my account messages, she said that she needed to contact the manufacturer about shipping itI asked why I was told that it was going to be received in their warehouse by the [redacted] and shipped to me from there, to which she went on to tell me that that wasn't true (despite the messages I was sent)When I told her I wanted to cancel me order, she told me I couldn't because it was already ordered from the manufacturer and awaiting pickupShe then called the manufacturer and told me that it would be picked up by the shipping company the next day and would be in Denver by the ***Well, that didn't happen even though I received another update on the [redacted] that my order was "received by the shipping company"Ultimately the shipping company picked up the table on the [redacted] and I finally received my order on October *** Even if Appliances Connection refunded my money and let me keep the table for free, I still wouldn't ever do business with them again or refer anyone to them

Worst experience ever Stay away I placed an order on 7/ [redacted] for items that stated had more than available for immediate delivery I called and customer service confirmed they had them and they would be available for shipment after the hours for processing So I placed the order Never recieved a processing confirmation so I checked one week later, they assured me they were in stock and would process the payment immediately An additional week goes by and my credit card called because they took two weeks for processing and wanted to to confirm it was ok I confirmed and called AC and at that point there were no appliances in stock I specifically asked and only ordered these appliances because they confirmed they were available and would be shipped I ended up contacting customer service times, by email, several times by chats and four times by phone It is now 7/ [redacted] and they can't guarantee delivery for August [redacted] which is the completion date for my remodel! If you don't mind waiting six months for the horrible processing then you can go with this company, but be warned that they say they will do it and drag out the delivery Least professional company I have ever dealt with and I came from a customer service and purchasing background

upon reviewing the complaint the dispatcher has informed us that they are trying to get this order on a route for Saturday , we will follow up tomorrow to make sure is scheduled

Then they tried to deliver it on a Saturday without notifying me first and we weren't home Then they scheduled a delivery and forgot to put it on the truck Since then they have not attempted to schedule another delivery The trucking company does not have an answering machine and is only open from am to 5pm I have called Appliance Connection to find out when it will be delivered, they don't know and said it was up to the trucking company's schedule I complained and requested a discount or free installation considering all of the issues that I have had They said no and offered white glove delivery (which I had already had as part of my original order) and a year warranty I said that I would prefer a discount to the warranty and they refused They charged my credit card on I ordered the dishwasher on and it was showing as available on their website It is now 11/*/and I still have not received it and no delivery has been scheduled I am very dissatisfied with my service and advise everyone not to use this company if they ever want to receive their product In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: While it is Appliances Connection's policy that requires the driver of the delivery truck to stay while the customer inspects all items before they leave, they do not own or dictate the delivery companies employees Appliances Connection does not have their own delivery service They use a third party company whose own rules dictate that the driver has a total of minutes to unload, unwrap and deliver The driver is NOT ALLOWED to stay while the recipients unbox and inspect the items delivered The driver notated on the Proof of Delivery that the boxes were damaged in good faith that his note would cover me if the items were damaged Appliancesn Connection would not honor this and just kept sticking to their policy that the driver couldn't leave until I inspected and signed stating that the delivery was satisfactory They use this loop hole knowing full well that they, nor I have have control over the delivery companies employees It took me full hours to open and unwrap very large and heavy boxes of furniture By Appliances Connection's own admission and calculations I apparently am given minutes per box - which would have been an hour and a half WHAT DELIVERY COMPANY WOULD WAIT AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A RECIPIENT TO OPEN THEIR DELIVERY???? NONE!!!! This is a loop hole Appliances Connection uses to get out of practicing proper and ethical customer service! I had pieces of furniture that were delivered broken One they say they are replacing, but months later I STILL do not have a replacement Then other broken piece of furniture they wouldn't replace until I pay to have it shipped back It will cost me over $to ship it back I have accepted their offer of $credit to keep the item as is, only because I was getting no where with this company Their responses to me have been inconsistent Both pieces of furniture were damaged in the same shipment and they are supposedly replacing one piece at no cost to me, but not the other I have requested an update on the piece that they are supposedly shipping to me and I keep getting the run around For a month now they have been telling me that it was shipped and they will get me the tracking number I still have no tracking number and no replacement In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Please note I did not cancell my order when I called to inquire about the status of my order that was 5 weeks late I was screamed at by the manager and HE cancelled my order because he told me he did not want my business. Here's the short of it: - Products arrived months after orderingIt took me months to deal with all the paperwork - Products on backorder with zero communication on status - Customer service actually lied to meThey are also bullies and will berate you on the phoneThe mob basically - Their shipping and restocking fees are ridiculousCheck the fine print - Lost $by shopping with themThey sent the wrong product and would not take it back unless I shipped it myselfI had to do that to get back at least a portion of what I paid for the unit SO! Don't be lured by low prices and free shippingIf anything goes wrong with you order you will be absolutely screwedNot worth the risk P.SYou'll notice that all the positive reviews are fake and duplicated on all the review sitesThey must have an army of people writing those things

Very Disappointing Ordered tables, never received of the tables, one table was damaged on delivery When table was finally replaced, the replacement was the wrong color The CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible Only method of communication is via email Will NOT use this vendor again [redacted]

I ordered a vanity in November that was listed as "available," even though everywhere else said it was backordered I naively thought that I had found the last one After a couple of weeks went by with no ship date, I called only to find out that they didn't actually have the vanity in stock They had to order it They said it was on its way and they would have it within a week, which would mean I would get it within two weeks I called back a week later to confirm they had it, and to my surprise they did not They said they didn't have the phone number to their manufacturers, only their email (?), and that although they had been checking up on the status daily, as I had previously asked, the order still managed to "get lost" for a week Thus, they don't have any in their warehouseThe problem is that their website CURRENTLY says they have ten in stock ready for quick ship I was so frustrated by being sucked into purchasing through them that I canceled my order Luckily for me, in the three weeks I had been waiting for a ship date from Appliances Connection, a ton of other places were restocked and ready to ship I purchased the same vanity today through [redacted] , and it has already been shipped! Even though I ordered it through [redacted] on 122016, I will get the vanity a full six days sooner than Appliances Connection, from whom I ordered on They engage in a scheme of advertising to encourage sales at the expense of the customer I will never shop there again

I ordered an LG dishwasher delivered freight free on Black Friday from Appliance ConnectionAfter a month of tracking and calling I figured that I had been scammedThen one of the people with Non Stop Deliveries told me that the dishwasher had been sitting on a loading dock in a city just miles from my home for over a weekI got the phone number and address of the third or four party freight company and drove in and picked it up myselfThe hassle was not worth any amount of savings, there was no savings with the mile trip in a flatbed truck on icy roadsThe boys at the loading dock said that not enough money had been paid to deliver it all the way to our home and that it would have been returned to the senderOn larger items I will avoid the internet sales, buy local and save the hassle, peace of mind is priceless
