To whom it may concern, I have already fax over proof of documents to your companywhen I first filed my complaint; the documents that I fax were the amount that the company agreed to pay for my refund were less the amountI paid for the applies and my refund were subtracted from the purchased price of the first order, I was responsible for paying for the returned itemsAS I stated in my former complaint I suffer from depression and stress knowing that my ill father needed cooked meals on a daily base and a place to store his medicationsAlso I explain to their company about family members were coming in town for the death of my nephew who had just pass of away; and I needed my appliesthey kept lying about the pifrom JB Hunt; stating their company put the ticket in for the returns, however they never placed the ticketI am asking for pain and suffering as a monetary payment PS please locate the documents that I send in to your company proof of e-mails tracking

We are still willing to work with the customer and deliver the chair ,if the customer still interested please submit the order online as we stated in our previous response we willing to pay for expedited deliver at no cost to the customers

Basically when the customer called and stated that he received the TV stand damaged, We issued the RMA which he opened and viewed and he chose not to send back to usHe did not wait for us to get parts and to help him, so he chose to throw out the damaged unit on his OWN accord with NO notice or Authorization from Appliances Connection to do soHe then called chase and charged back and got his whole money back after he threw out the unit Per the customers’ request we have stopped calling him

Upon reviewing the complaint , our records indicate we have emailed the customer RA information to return the bench for Full credit .we understand the customer's concern about the shipping charges ,as a courtesy we are willing to offer $discount so the customer keep the product or sell it as he mention on [redacted] .please advise if we should process and credit the $discount .?

Upon reviewing the complaint, the issues presented have been addressed and resolved the cooktop ordered has been delivered on The customer live in rural area resulted an unexpected delay in delivering the order /> We do apologize to our customer for the delay and any inconvenience this matter may have caused

I ordered a sofa from this company and the delivery service they contract with is EXTREMELY unprofessional and incapableFirst of, they are not actually a furniture delivery serviceThey have no idea how to tilt furniture pieces to bring them through the doorSecondly, they only knew approximately three phrases in English, which made it impossible to instruct them on tilting the sofaThird, after the company assured me before I purchased the unit that all I would need to pay if I returned it was delivery costs (which they confirmed were free given the amount of my purchase)However, when the awful delivery service had no idea what they were doing, and I had to send it back, I actually had to pay $for return shipping and restockingThe "customer service" representative told me I was lucky she was nice, and she could have charged me twice that amountDo NOT buy from this disingenuous companyThey will rob you

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our purchase from AppliancesconnectionWe bought KItchenaid Single Wall Oven (KOSE500ESS), Kitchenaid French Door Refrigerator (KFXS25RYMS), Kitchenaid 30" BuiConvection Microwave (KBHS109BSS), Kitchenaid Electric Cooktop with Radiant Elements (KECC667BBL), Kitchenaid Architect II dishwasher (KDTE204DSS) to accompany our kitchen remodelWe love our new Kitchenaid appliances!! The convection microwave is great!!It came with wonderful accessories and we have been having fun cooking different things such as steaming vegetables with the steam featureThe convection oven is amazing and cooks everything evenly, I also have to option of cooking without the convection settingThe refrigerator is a definite improvement from our previous frigThere is so much more space!! And the water tasted delicious!! The dishwasher works wonderfully as well, you cannot even hear when it's onThe cooktop is awesome!! We installed it in our island and it truly is a work of artWe were fortunate to purchase all of these Kitchenaid appliances from Appliancesconnection at a fraction of the price at local retailersSeriously, discounted price, no shipping charge, and no tax the deal was amazingThe appliances all arrived in a timely manner and perfect conditionI have to say we were impressedWe will definitely be using Appliancesconnection in the future

the customer submitted an order for chairs and we delivered chairs , our web site which it didn't change clearly indicate the chair ordered must be purchased in quantity of as the manufacturer ships 2/box, therefore can't be sold in odd quantity .please check the link below for the item : [redacted] we don't believe our website was misleading in any way in reference to this itemif the customer still looking to purchase another chairs we are willing to offer $discount off of the total order

After reviewing the complaint we do see that the year major component warranty was mailed out to them back in and that needed to be registered within daysThe customer did call back close to three years later and indicating that the warranty company needed the membership number it seems as per the warranty company that the warranty was never registeredWe did try and help the customer and get them another set of membership numbers and because the invoice date was from they could not register his product We as a company did mail it out and they needed to mail it to the warranty company so it can be registered Thus we are not liable for any costs incurred by the customer due to the warranty not being registeredThe warranty that they have not registered is only for major component and does not include labor so if the customer refuses to pay for the labor that is the customers liabilityIf the customer still has any further questions or concerns please have them reach me at [redacted] ***

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addresses as follow : We have come into an agreement to credit the customer $for the stools , the credit has been processed on Kindly , update your records and close the case

I'm grateful to have real good people such as Nigel who works in the customer service deptThis entire organization is all about helping the customer, even if the customer is at faultIn short, they right my wrong, and didn't charge me no additional fundsIF you need help ask for Nigel, Morrie and lastly CalvinThe fore mention will take good care of you without the drama

Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by AppliancesConnection.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] They have not responded to my complaint, but my order has been cancelledThey received my refrigerator weeks past its expected arrival time, and then dropped it off of the loading dock when moving it to the shipping truck (days later than it was supposed to ship)Since the time I placed my order, the refrigerator has been discontinued, so they cannot replace itAs a result, after over weeks of struggling with them, they cancelled my order with no apologies or inclination to do something for the customer who has been suffering through this for over a monthAbsolutely would not order from this business again, and would warn others not to either Sincerely, [redacted]

This website provides a lot of good quality product with very good price compared from other storesI have purchase most of my major appliances from themHigh recommended!

As per your request, we have reinstated the hutch replacementFrom the manufacturer as the one that was in stock during the transgression of this complaint was shipped out since a confirmation was not given:"We apologize for the multiple delays, we have experienced significant problems with our old manufacturerWe now have the factory under new management and feel confident we will not have any more delaysNow that the containers have started shipping, the products will be back in stock very soon The replacement hutch is currently out of stock but it is estimated to arrive at our Riverside, CA warehouse 05- [redacted] -We still have the replacement order in our systemSee attachedWe have been out of stock on the hutch since August I know that is an excruciating amount of time, but we cannot ship product we do not have Turnkey Products, LLC "Once the new container reaches the warehouse they will ship it out to you immediatelyWe sincerely apologize for all inconveniences related to this matter, and hope that this resolves the complaint in place

Customer Service was greatShe went over the order details, my warranty details and before purchase they were able to answer all my needed questionsthe shipping was hassle free alsoshipper contacted me about hr ahead of time and also moved the couch to where I wanted it
