Upon reviewing the complaint our records indicate the washer ordered Model # LG WT5680HVA still on national back order , we learned the customer was able to secure the same machine through another retailer ,therefore he requested refund for the unit per his request refund has been processed we do apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused

Although this not an error on our end as the description been copied from the manufacturer site , as a one time curtsey we will issue credit in the amount of $23.5.please allow 3-days for the credit to get processed

per the customers request this order has been cancelled and the customers credit card information has been deleted .Kindly , update your records and close the case

Run away from the idea of doing business with these peopleYou will regret it My adventure with Appliance Connection started in the middle of September when my dishwasher finally diedI searched for a replacement, found a model that I liked and started looking for someone to purchase fromThe prices I found were all over the placeThe lowest price I found was with Appliance ConnectionLowest Price obviously doesn't mean anything about customer service, speed of delivery, or the ability to properly communicate with a customer via email I made a purchase via their website using [redacted] as my payment methodI received an order confirmation [redacted] registered a transaction that was pending on the same date Days later I received an email stating that their was a problem with my order and needed to contact appliance connectionSo I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of learning that their website doesn't process [redacted] and that they will need to send me a new invoice which I need to payIf your website doesn't process [redacted] then why does it list it as an option? This made me extremely uncomfortable as I had looked at my [redacted] and saw the pending transaction for the full purchase amountI didn't want to pay Appliance Connection twice for a single order so I ended up having to contact [redacted] to cancel the pending order before I paid the invoiceSo I paid the invoice Three weeks, yes you read that correctly, three weeks after I made the purchase, during which I received no information or communication from Appliance Connection, I finally received an email notifying me that my item was ready for shippingI don't own a warehouse but it shouldn't take three weeks to locate an item, package it, and put it on a truckIf the item wasn't in stock, or was back ordered from the manufacturer (which it ultimately was according to customer service after the fact) I would have expected at least an email stating as suchI received nothing from themNo notification that it might take longer because the manufacturer had a back orderThe shipping email specifically stated that the shipping company would contact me to schedule a delivery date A couple days later I receive an email notification of my delivery dateI hadn't been contacted to schedule anythingAs I wasn't going to be available that day I contacted the jokers at the shipping companyOh by the way, the shipping company and Appliance Connection are out of the same address in BrooklynThat should have been a clueThe shipping company then tried to insist I pay a $rescheduling feeThat obviously didn't happen and I contacted Appliance Connection directly to let them deal with the shipping peopleThey were able to "confirm" that delivery would take place the following dayThe next day comes and surprise surprise no appliance was delivered, the shipping company had two trucks break downOk, things happen, I let it go, that was my next mistake I was told that it would be delivered the following weekWrongOn the negotiated delivery date, that's right I had be negotiate to get a delivery date that worked for me, at 1:in the afternoon I received an email that my item was going to be delivered because their truck had broken down just outside the warehouseI live approximately four hours from the warehouse and my scheduled delivery window was 1-5pmSo I was a little confused how I the truck would break down after noon on my delivery date just outside the warehouse when I live four hours awayI immediately called Appliance Connection and talked to one of their customer service (I use that term loosely) repsShe wasn't helpful in locating my item or getting my item delivered so I asked to speak to her supervisorI sat listening to a ringtone for minutes during which time I had to call them from another line in order to get someone to pick up the phoneAfter talking to someone on line two and telling them to get their supervisor on the line one I got to speak to the "head of the department." At the time of this phone call it had been exactly a month from my purchase dateThe guy gets on the line and I make the simple request that someone get in a truck and deliver my item today or the next dayThat is apparently impossible because the warehouse is too far away from my house (hours)I then spend another hour on the phone with him trying to get the item delivered that day or the next but to no availOf course I outline to him that during that time he is waffling around trying to tell me that no one can deliver the item that quickly that the truck with my appliance could be an hour closer to meUltimately he was unwilling to use any other shipping company than A & M TruckingNot [redacted] or ***Order cancelled, [redacted] contacted, but received no cancellation emailBut I did get a shipping update for my item after I cancelled

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow : The customer stated the refrigerator received is defective , the standard procedure is for the manufacturer to assess the unit and if the unit is deemed not repairable by the manufacturer technician , the manufacturer will replace the defective unit at no cost to the customer , we have contact [redacted] on behalf of the customer, as of today the technician who checked the unit didn't confirm the unit to be not repairable , we do understand the customer's frustration of not able to use new unit but we are in control of the manufacturer warranty terms and we have to follow their policy .However, we have emailed the customer return authorization number which he can use to return the fridge to our warehouse for full refund we are still working with [redacted] to bring this matter to it's resolution ?

I ordered four kitchen appliancesThey were delivered later than the originally specified dateAll four appliances were delivered damagedAppliancesconnection denied me the ability to return the damaged appliances without paying a $shipping feeThey verbally harassed me over the phone and bullied me into keeping the appliancesThey also lied to my credit card company when I tried to dispute the charge, causing me to loose the disputeI am now stuck with $worth of damaged appliances

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow ,the customer stated the shipping company damage the walls in his house and the estimate repair is $, we called the shipping company on his behalf to file damage claim , the shipping company don't have record of the damages as the delivery invoice signed free and clear ,the photos we received from the customer showing very minor damages , in an attempt to resolve the issue we offered the customer the following :1- courtesy credit in the amount of $to be issued as refund.2-we can wait on the shipping company to settle the claim which may take up to days .we look forward to hear on how the customer would like to resolve this issue

Hello, Our records indicate this matter has been resolved , we have come into agreement and issued credit in the amount of $, so the customer can fix the sofa locally, that amount was issued based on an official receipt from the furniture repair company which was provided by the customer ,in addition we have ordered and paid for the parts needed to complete the repairThe refund was issued on Kindly ,update your records and close the case

Our records indicate the sofa ordered has been picked up on 11/**, from the manufacturer facility in CA and currently in transit to the customer's location .we do apologize about the delay we have notified the customer multiple times of the item being on back order

Long story short, I made two orders worth over 5kThe first order took over weeks to deliver and cancelled my fridge for no reasonThey didn't know why it was cancelledThe second I'm waiting on and it's been over a monthThey said they shipped out the wrong washer, so they needed to reshipSo I ended up cancelling the orderI DO NOT recommend buying from these folksShop local

This order was to be fulfilled by the manufacturer directly, as a drop ship orderWhen the customer called in to cancel this order, we advised that since the merchandise ordered is not being physically shipped from our location, we must first cancel the order with the vendor; such that this order will not be cancelled until the cancellation is confirmed with the vendorUpon cancellation request with the manufacturer, they had advised that the order could not be cancelled, as it had already shipped outWe advised prior to receiving this that a RMA will be provided upon receipt of the unit

ordered a washer and dryer together,never recieved washer and cannot get them to send another.It's been five days now.Had to file a dispute through my credit card company

They refunded what I paid for the unshipped items DID you even read my complaint? This was not about getting a refund, I already got that when I forced to cancel my order Please read the complaint
