My problem was NOT resolvedAppliance Connection choose to use [redacted] as a shipping agent and as such, should be held responsible for any problems [redacted] causesThe item was sent out onceI gave Sears all my contact information with instructions(to be passed along to Appliance Connection) to contact me with a tracking number and the date/time it was to be deliveredI was notThen, when no one was home to accept it, it was shipped back and it was damagedSo they sent a new item outI specifically told Lori to put on the shipping label to call me or leave at a [redacted] store for me to pick upThis was a vacant propertyShe said she did write on the label [redacted] then shipped it, tried to deliver it at 8p and the at 9p shipped it back to the senderThere was no 2nd attempt, there was not leaving it at a local [redacted] store, nothingJust goneThen the manager refused to help us because, and I quote "we did our part"We will no longer be purchasing anything from you againA company that can not stand behind their own vendors and vendor actions is not a company I wish to do work with

I have had a bad experience with this company Their web site listed the items I wanted as "available", so I ordered them, and my credit card was immediately charged dollars My order was being "processed" for two weeks, before they informed me that the products were discontinued and no longer available So, I changed my order to another similar product Two more weeks, of "processing", "preparing to ship", tracking numbers issued, and me contacting them to see what the delay was, then they tell me that, yet again, the products are discontinued and no longer available I requested a refund I feel like I just gave them a dollar loan for a month, interest free, and all I got out of it was frustration and headaches!

I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company After placing an order and being told it was "available" I find out this isn't actually "in stock" Several weeks go by and then it becomes "in stock" When I ask when the deliver date should be they say as soon as it's "in the warehouse" Each week the date on the website keeps changing pushing delivery further and further Last week I contacted them again because the site said "shipping" and was told it would ship withing hours FIVE days later, I get another email saying the order is "en route to warehouse" with an estimated shipping date of - that's over a month since we placed the initial order There are several extremely negative reviews and complaints through the Revdex.com I wish I had researched this company before ordering It won't happen again!

I ordered a chair and ottoman from Appliance ConnectionIt took days to receive the chair and ottomanThe chair has a broken back and the ottoman does not have any legsI called Appliance Connection as instructed on their invoice, within business hours of receiving the productDuring their investigation they instructed me to tear out the black material under the chair and take a photograph of the broken chairI did as they requestedTheir reply was that they would give me $and legs for the ottomanI demanded that they deliver an undamaged chairTheir response was to cease any communication with meThis is nothing short of stealing $from a customer

Upon reviewing the order it appears the customer claim buyer’s remorse, as he doesn’t like the look of the chair, we have contacted the manufacturer regarding the issues of the logo and the manufacturer agreed to replace the back seat or even offered the customer to fix it locally and provide a bill so he will get reimbursed , the customer insisted on returning the chair even though the manufacturer will charge us 15% restocking fee, we agreed to credit the customer in full once he ship the chair back , check below copy of the email we received from the manufacturer [redacted] [redacted]

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow , we have attempted to ship replacement table therefore order # [redacted] was placed , the manufacturer advised this very table is not made to ship cross the country, and the chance of the customer receiving the table in good condition is slim ,not to mention the shipping company denied the damage claim on the first table due to the size and the weight in light of the above we have cancelled the order and credited the account in full we do apologize fro any inconvenience this may have caused

AppliancesConnection provides quality products at the best prices with extraordinary serviceEmployees from management down are knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient and pleasant--even if there is a problemI had to call back several times re: a situation, and my calls were answered immediately or within a couple of minutesIt is great to be able to talk with a person when you need toEfficient as the employees are, they take the time to explainAppliances Connection is like the [redacted] of appliance companies--problems are no problem for themAppliances Connection is the best experience I have had purchasing from a company--and the GE microwave I bought from them is excellent

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been address as follow : Per the shipping company the dishwasher ordered was delivered on 0914, and was signed for clear of damage , the customer called us on to report the dishwasher delivered damaged As of today we have agreed to replace the dented door and send a tech to install the parts at no cost to the customer Kindly ,update you record and close the case

Washer and dryer are delivered but dryer has both sides dented inRefused delivery for dryer and was shipped backWas called to negotiate a reduced price day laterOpened claim explaining I paid for undamaged merchandise and was told new dryer would be shipped but days later no email or phone call to substantiateWas contacted by Eric who explained that no new dryer would be shipped even though a damage claim had been paid to Appliances Connection by the shipping companyEric was very belligerent and rude during the phone conversation and when I mentioned I was an officer in the military he berated me even moreEric decided on his own even though I requested a return phone call the next day to issue a credit for the dryerShameful experience in bait and switch tactics by this companyI hope all military personnel read this review first before having to waste valuable time and effort dealing with this company

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [I'm not aware of ever receiving the stated response that the warranty company would pay for shipping to a service center, the last message that I recall getting was that I would have to uninstall the appliance and carry it to a service center and once the appliance was repaired I would have to go get it and reinstall it As the appliance was broken for an extended period of time and that I received notice from the Revdex.com that they were going to close the complaint because they hadn't heard back from the company and there was no indication from the warranty company that they would honor the on-site service warranty, I have seen replaced the appliance The long and short of it is that the warranty that was sold was misrepresented.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We apologize and understand your frustrations, however we do not sell "defective units." All appliances are provided directly by the manufacturer, in this case it's Samsung, they are shipped directly from Korea to our warehousePlease do understand that regardless of whom caused the defect/damage, we had offered to procure manufacturer certified technicians to bring it back to factory condition, as new appliances are also protected by the [redacted] such that, if in case an unit under full warranty is noted as damaged by the consumer, the provider of the warranty must permit the consumer to elect either a refund or a replacement, after a reasonable number of repair attemptsIn this case, it is three attemptsMuch like consumer protection laws, there are similar options for manufacturersAt the time of delivery, you did inspect this unit and discovered that there were not any cosmetic defects, signed for it free and clear of damagesWith the aforementioned act, it protects you as a consumer as well, if the unit is defective, the manufacturer must replace the unit for you after three attempts at restore the unit to factory standards.On another note, is there a possibility that you are using this gas dryer with liquid propane as fuel? If so, this unit will not turn on unless if you get a conversion kit

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our purchase from AppliancesconnectionWe bought KItchenaid Single Wall Oven (KOSE500ESS), Kitchenaid French Door Refrigerator (KFXS25RYMS), Kitchenaid 30" BuiConvection Microwave (KBHS109BSS), Kitchenaid Electric Cooktop with Radiant Elements (KECC667BBL), Kirchenaid Architect II dishwasher (KDTE204DSS) to accompany our kitchen remodelWe love our new Kitchenaid appliances!! The convection microwave is great!!It came with wonderful accessories and we have been having fun cooking different things such as steaming vegetables with the steam featureThe convection oven is amazing and cooks everything evenly, I also have to option of cooking without the convection settingThe refrigerator is a definite improvement from our previous frigThere is so much more space!! The dishwasher the customer ordered has been discounted hence the manufacturer credited the customer, the replacement model is DV455GVGSGR , the replacement model is a bit cheaper ,the customer is welcome to place his order on line using our website , we will ship it to him for free and due to the inconvenience we will extend 10yrs warranty on the product for free Kindly update the case
