We ordered a Panasonic TC-P54Vand overall everything went great! Ordered it on the [redacted] and it arrived on the [redacted] (I live in Northern California)I'm not sure why the other reviewer stated that they didn't get an email regarding the shipping status, but we did receive an email that allowed us to track the status of the shipment on the shipper's website (R+L Carriers)The day before the delivery date we called the carrier, as per instruction, and scheduled them to deliver the TV sometime from 11am-1pmThey actually showed up exactly at 11am, it was fantastic! Actually the only hiccup we had was when the truck showed up and the delivery guy didn't have a dolly to bring it into the houseI mean, how do you not have a dolly and your job is to deliver stuff? Anyway, the TV made it safely into the house undamaged and without any other issue Overall, great TV, the lowest price I could find anywhere, and no compromise in serviceI would definitely buy from them again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The delivery driver did place the ottoman in the living room and the chair (which was not put together) they REFUSED to put the sofa and the love seat in the house when asked to do so They did not want to put ANY of the items in my house and they did not want to stay for any inspection The fact that the furniture company is stating the delivery company allow such a time frame for an inspection is ridiculous The delivery is what is called curbside I inspected what I could before they left They were not going to stay for minutes let alone or minutes And furthermore, a technician was called out to my home and did order parts which are still sitting in my house The furniture company states that I am not satisfied with the work The work was never completed I have a box of fabric sitting in a box that has never been touched The furniture company told me that they would send someone out to repair the chair and sofa initially, and then told me that they would pay me to find someone to make the repairs, then said it would be late in February before they could find someone to come out to make the repairs, then it was they would offer me 50% off a new furniture set and then I finally got tired of the hassle They are trying to make it out like I didn't inspect the furniture I did look at the furniture to the best of my ability The chair after it was assembled did not line up and the fabric needs to be fixed accordingly That is something that could not be detected upon an inspection when a delivery is made The chair had to be assembled first The delivery company was in no way going to stay for me to assemble my furniture And the sofa was the same way It had to be removed from the crate it was in and have the legs assembled in order to see the damage to the underside of it I informed the furniture company as soon as I assembled the furniture I didn't wait weeks or months The furniture has defects I just want to have new furniture like I paid for without any issues The technician stated on his visit that he fixed the chair and solied My mother was here while the technician was her and he never made any repair to my sofa The technician stated that "parts" needed ordered for the chair and the sofa That technician needs to be questioned as to why he lied and got paid for a job he did not complete That's fraud I believe and his company should be aware that he did that on my work order As far as the furniture company, I paid for NEW furniture I should not have to pay for anything else I don't see how I should have to pay for the defects in their products And I don't understand why I should have to find a repair company I have all the emails from the company and me I want my furniture replaced I do not want their "deals" or bargains I want the furniture in new condition with defects that I paid for last year In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I was looking for cocktail table which is not a common oneI wanted something extraordinaryI found it on other website but seemed to be too expensiveThen I ran my comparison search and found Appliances ConnectionNever heard of it beforeGave it a tryPrice was very reasonable and there was free shippingMy mistake I didn't read carefully all info about deliveryOne of my items was in warehouse, for other one we needed to wait, that both could be shipped and delivered togetherIt took longer than I expectedOk, I didn't have my fancy cocktail table in my living room for Thanksgiving, but few days after two guys delivered it right to my living room, unpacked and checked it outOverall I was very satisfiedAnd everybody admires itOh, and not to forget, customer service and communication was prompt, helped me to answer all my questions

I ordered a dishwasher a week ago days later, I received an email at 9:am on Monday morning for delivery for that same day for the window of - p.m I was not contacted by phone prior to the email or after the emailI was already at work when I received the emailI called Appliances Connection to schedule the delivery for WedTheir customer service said they would provide me with an update by end of dayNo one called or email me with an updateI spent another minutes on the phone in the evening talking to a different representative only to get the response of we will update you first thing in the morningI did not get an update I called again & received the same answerI then requested to cancel my order but I was told they can only do that after they can confirm cancellation w the delivery company?! So now I have to wait to cancel order (i don't want to place another order w a different company just in case they come back with some crazy reason...)

I placed an order for a Stove, Fridge & dishwasher through Appliances Connection (AC) as a gift to my parents who were remodeling their kitchen I also opted for the white glove delivery Buyer bewaredon't waste your money, the delivery people will take it up a flight of stairs for no extra chargeI placed my order on May ** As of that date the fridge & stove were in stock & the dishwasher would be available on May ** On May [redacted] I received an update via email stating that the availability date of the dishwasher had been pushed out to May ** I had the option to split the order & get the items that were currently available delivered right away On May [redacted] I requested my order to be split On May [redacted] I also received a phone call from [redacted] , my sales rep at AC stating that the dishwasher was actually discontinued & it would never be available Ok, fine Since these items were a gift, I told [redacted] to scratch the dishwasher & get the stove & fridge delivered to my parent’s stat I would ask my parents to select another dishwasher or see if I could locate the discontinued one elsewhere He did as I asked & on May [redacted] I received a confirmation that my order had been processed & sent to the warehouse On May [redacted] I received an email that the items had been picked up by the shipping company Then there was silence for a couple days before I received notification via an automated phone call that my items would be delivered on June * Great, my parents would have some appliance soon! My mom was ecstatic On June [redacted] around 7:51am I received a phone call from the delivery company stating that my items did not make it on the truck & the delivery would be rescheduled If I were to reschedule my delivery of these items I would have been charged $ Ok fine, stuff happens I was told I would receive a new delivery date soon I did, & I was told that my items would be delivered on June * On June [redacted] around 2pm I received a phone call from the driver stating that his truck had broken down My items would not be delivered yet again If this had been me rescheduling the delivery, I would be charged $now as this was the 2nd reschedule I called on June [redacted] after trying to use the tracking service unsuccessfully to find out when my items would be deliveredEvery time I called AC I was on hold with them for 15-minutes I was told that it would definitely be delivered on June ** On June **, I called back to confirm the June [redacted] delivery as I did not see updated tracking info & I had not received an automated phone call yet I was told it would be delivered either June [redacted] or June ** If this had been me, I would be at $in rescheduled delivery fee charges I asked AC about this & the possibility of providing me a discount equal to these charges & was told NO I was also very upset as the day before I had been guaranteed a delivery on June [redacted] & now it was either June [redacted] or June I was fed up & requested a cancellation I was told that I would incur a 15% restocking fee as the items were already with the delivery company It was now one month after the original order had been placed, my card had been charged nearly $5,for high end appliances & yet I had no appliances to show for it I called my parents & they gracefully stated that I should give them one more chance & wait until Saturday since cancelling the order & then reordering from another vendor would increase the delivery time, especially if the items actually showed up in two days as promised by AC I agreed to wait… if they could wait then I could wait I felt like a terrible daughter feeding them a string of lies that their items would be delivered & then having the items not show up, but alas, in their infinite grace & humility they simply thanked me for the gifts that were coming On June [redacted] the delivery truck showed up However, instead of a fridge & a stove, they only delivered the stove Apparently the fridge never made it on the truck ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! On June [redacted] we were graced by the delivery company yet again, this time with the fridge They unboxed it & took it up the stairs, but they did not remove all of the clear plastic on the fridge My mom did not notice that the plastic was still on & upon inspecting it & finding no damages she signed the paperwork & thought she finally had two of her appliances, both in perfect condition The contractor arrived to install the fridge & noticed the plastic still on He removed it & revealed a large dent on the bottom door of the stainless steel fridge By this time I was too aggravated to call AC back & I knew I would be told that the paperwork had been signed so there was nothing they could do The fridge appears to function fine with the exception of the eyesore dent on the front Lessons learned: NEVER PURCHASE FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION; the price difference is not worth the aggravation it will take to actually receive your items

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Appliances Connection ran my credit card again when It was rejected , and a week later I find out they did this, I had already ordered another washer / Dryer combothrough them and canceled it when I found out what they did, I also have emails stating that they will not charge until ready to ship, And on July **, [redacted] is contacting me that my item is ready to be shipped after I had canceled it, Appliances Connection offered me a year warrantee and white glove inclusion because they felt bad that it was taking so long to ship, As far as I am concerned, This dispute is over as far as I am concerned, my Bank has credited back to my card the money with help from [redacted] , My Bank also told me not to cancel the dispute as it would leave me open for other charges with the vender, Appliances Connection repeatedly asked me to drop the dispute and they would credit me back, What they would have credited me back is left to imagination, I personally consider them to be a predatory company with less then ethical intentions In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have no idea where all these positive reviews are coming from but buyers bewareCheck the negative reviews at pissed consumers, complaints at Revdex.com and [redacted] before buying from appliances connectionThey are a bunch of crooks, if your items come undamaged then you are one of the lucky ones, if like in my case products are damaged you will get completely screwed, the company will give you the run around until you just give upI spent $on an entire appliance suite, the only product that came undamaged was the dishwasher, the fridge has creases on both sides, the stove and microwave were without a doubt dropped and not lightlyThey first offered to repair which I said I didn't buy scratch and dent appliances then they said they'd send me new appliances if I paid for them again which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, finally they said if I paid the return shipping they'd give me a refund which I reluctantly agreed and after all this they won't ever honor their agreement and pick the units up Yeah their prices are good but when you are delivered unusable appliances it's not really much of a savingsIf you choose to ignore this review and order from them pray you never have to call customer service back and make sure to set aside an hour while you wait on hold

in an effort to resolve this matter now the only options we have available is to offer the $discount and the repair kit ..Unfortunately , the reason for the back and forth is because the pickup is not available at the customer location and we cant pursue with this option we have tried our best .the damage are minors and will not affect the use of the purchased item .its only minor cosmetics scratches .we hope the customer will accept the offer so we can close this matter
