Although this not an error on our end as the description been copied from the manufacturer site , as a one time curtsey we will issue credit in the amount of $23.5.please allow 3-5 days for the credit to get processed.

My problem was NOT resolved. Appliance Connection choose to use [redacted] as a shipping agent and as such, should be held responsible for any problems [redacted] causes. The item was sent out once. I gave Sears all my contact information with instructions(to be passed along to Appliance Connection) to contact me with a tracking number and the date/time it was to be delivered. I was not. Then, when no one was home to accept it, it was shipped back and it was damaged. So they sent a new item out. I specifically told Lori to put on the shipping label to call me or leave at a [redacted] store for me to pick up. This was a vacant property. She said she did write on the label. [redacted] then shipped it, tried to deliver it at 8p and the at 9p shipped it back to the sender. There was no 2nd attempt, there was not leaving it at a local [redacted] store, nothing. Just gone. Then the manager refused to help us because, and I quote "we did our part". We will no longer be purchasing anything from you again. A company that can not stand behind their own vendors and vendor actions is not a company I wish to do work with.

Upon reviewing the complaint our records indicate the washer ordered Model # LG WT5680HVA  still on national back order , we learned the customer was able to secure the same machine through another retailer ,therefore he requested refund for the unit .

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been resolved, our records indicate the order has been cancelled, full credit has been issued on 08/**/2014, due to the inconvenience we have issued 10yrs extended warranty the customer can use for any appliance he purchased although not through us.
Kindly , update your record and close the case.

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addresses as follow:
The freight company mislabeled the item ordered and mistakenly shipped the wrong distribution center we had filed tracer on behalf of the customer the refrigerator was delivered but the microwave was lost,

As of today both units have been delivered.

This was the WORST experience ever.
I placed the order in the beginning of October. I had nobody call/contact me regarding the order. I maybe received 2 emails here we are the end of November and I gave up, I spent MORE money purchasing the item somewhere else.
They received payment right away, but it will take 3-10 business days to refund.
This company sucks!!! I waited on the phone over 13+ minutes after someone already picked up the phone.
Please be smart before you choose buying ANYTHING from this company.

Run away from the idea of doing business with these people. You will regret it.
My adventure with Appliance Connection started in the middle of September 2015 when my dishwasher finally died. I searched for a replacement, found a model that I liked and started looking for someone to purchase from. The prices I found were all over the place. The lowest price I found was with Appliance Connection. Lowest Price obviously doesn't mean anything about customer service, speed of delivery, or the ability to properly communicate with a customer via email.
I made a purchase via their website using [redacted] as my payment method. I received an order confirmation 09/**/2015. [redacted] registered a transaction that was pending on the same date.
Days later I received an email stating that their was a problem with my order and needed to contact appliance connection. So I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of learning that their website doesn't process [redacted] and that they will need to send me a new invoice which I need to pay. If your website doesn't process [redacted] then why does it list it as an option? This made me extremely uncomfortable as I had looked at my [redacted] and saw the pending transaction for the full purchase amount. I didn't want to pay Appliance Connection twice for a single order so I ended up having to contact [redacted] to cancel the pending order before I paid the invoice. So I paid the invoice.
Three weeks, yes you read that correctly, three weeks after I made the purchase, during which I received no information or communication from Appliance Connection, I finally received an email notifying me that my item was ready for shipping. I don't own a warehouse but it shouldn't take three weeks to locate an item, package it, and put it on a truck. If the item wasn't in stock, or was back ordered from the manufacturer (which it ultimately was according to customer service after the fact) I would have expected at least an email stating as such. I received nothing from them. No notification that it might take longer because the manufacturer had a back order. The shipping email specifically stated that the shipping company would contact me to schedule a delivery date.
A couple days later I receive an email notification of my delivery date. I hadn't been contacted to schedule anything. As I wasn't going to be available that day I contacted the jokers at the shipping company. Oh by the way, the shipping company and Appliance Connection are out of the same address in Brooklyn. That should have been a clue. The shipping company then tried to insist I pay a $75 rescheduling fee. That obviously didn't happen and I contacted Appliance Connection directly to let them deal with the shipping people. They were able to "confirm" that delivery would take place the following day. The next day comes and surprise surprise no appliance was delivered, the shipping company had two trucks break down. Ok, things happen, I let it go, that was my next mistake.
I was told that it would be delivered the following week. Wrong. On the negotiated delivery date, that's right I had be negotiate to get a delivery date that worked for me, at 1:13 in the afternoon I received an email that my item was going to be delivered because their truck had broken down just outside the warehouse. I live approximately four hours from the warehouse and my scheduled delivery window was 1-5pm. So I was a little confused how I the truck would break down after noon on my delivery date just outside the warehouse when I live four hours away. I immediately called Appliance Connection and talked to one of their customer service (I use that term loosely) reps. She wasn't helpful in locating my item or getting my item delivered so I asked to speak to her supervisor. I sat listening to a ringtone for 16 minutes during which time I had to call them from another line in order to get someone to pick up the phone. After talking to someone on line two and telling them to get their supervisor on the line one I got to speak to the "head of the department." At the time of this phone call it had been exactly a month from my purchase date. The guy gets on the line and I make the simple request that someone get in a truck and deliver my item today or the next day. That is apparently impossible because the warehouse is too far away from my house (4 hours). I then spend another hour on the phone with him trying to get the item delivered that day or the next but to no avail. Of course I outline to him that during that time he is waffling around trying to tell me that no one can deliver the item that quickly that the truck with my appliance could be an hour closer to me. Ultimately he was unwilling to use any other shipping company than A & M Trucking. Not [redacted] or [redacted]. Order cancelled, [redacted] contacted, but received no cancellation email. But I did get a shipping update for my item after I cancelled.

We do understand that you may not have the help of other family members or friends to help you move the units to further inspect it. We were not present at the time of delivery. We can only base this off the facts that were presented. This delivery was signed for free and clear of damages, by signing for the delivery, you have accepted the delivery and therefore waived the liabilities of the other parties. As a reputable company, we would replace units if they were deemed defective. Had this order been noted at the time of delivery, yes, we would replace it for you, if the merchandise was damaged. Technicians had went over, and from the service report that they presented, all was restored. You were not satisfied with the handiwork of the manufacturer, and as a courtesy we contracted furniture technicians to go out and help you out. Now, we aren't saying that they did a perfect job, or a job to your standards, as previously mentioned, we were not present. Furniture assembly was never a service that can be procured on the website, this option was never there, and is not listed as a service on the website. Many companies define services different, one cannot assume delivery would include additional services. We have been trying to help you every step of the way, we have not looked the other way, however it seems that we cannot meet your standards. We can extend the RMA period for another 30 days to extend the timeframe until the end of March for you to return the products to us for a full refund.

delivered on 09/**/14, and was signed for clear of damage , the customer called
us on 09/**/14 to report the dishwasher delivered...

damaged.
As of today we have agreed to replace the dented door and
send a tech to install the parts at no cost to the customer .

upon reviewing the complaint our records indicate we have requested the manufacturer to enroll the customer in the "Buy-Back" program where they reimbursed him for the defective dishwasher as we are NOT enrolled in the exchange program , as for the microwave we have ordered the parts but the customer didn't wait on the parts ordered , according to his statement that he purchased the parts from local store and cost him $71.00 , we are willing to cover the cost of the parts, we asking the customer to update the review he had post indicating our effort to resolve the issue .

as follow:
The customer received the refrigerator on 01/**/14, in early April the manufacturer deemed the unit not repairable and picked up the unit form the customer’s location and issued us a credit less shipping, in order to help the customer to get what he paid for, we suggested to ship him a new unit for the amount we received from the manufacture, although the manufacturer credited our account less shipping we had shipped the customer new refrigerator at no cost to him. Unfortunately, the new unit also deemed to be defective and again the manufacturer picked the unit and issued our account credit less shipping.  
The amount was issued by the manufacturer as shown below:
07/**/14 7:31:13 pm R/CM - [redacted] - $522.00, we have credited the customer $599.00.
This transaction is beyond the 30days return policy as the customer used the unit for almost 3 moth.
The customer requested credited for the unit, but the manufacturer warranty is to replace the unit , therefore credit issued less shipping .
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, kindly update the case as we are not in control of the refund amount issued by the manufacturer.

Love the process of shopping online with [redacted]. My husband found an awesome Frigidaire ceramic cook top that compliments the color and design of the tile back-splash he installed too. I love the ease of cleaning the surface as well and the price was absolutely the best. The company let us know that the unit was on back-order and let us know when it shipped so that we could watch for it.

They have told me that they will take back the dishwasher, but they have still not arranged for pickup. I will not pay for shipping.I want Appliances Connection to take back the dishwasher at no cost to me, so arrange for and pay for the return shipping.

0 Stars for criminal and shady business. This company has an F on the Revdex.com. Please research before you buy, because that was the mistake I made. I canceled a vent hood order and they still sent it to our rental property, even though had "in-home delivery." We wanted in home delivery to be there to sign for it and check for damanged. Nonetheless, they delivered it with a signature according to FedEx, but no hood was found anywhere on the property. After hours of talking to their customer service, they refused to refund the hood, even though it was supposed to be cancelled. The customer service rep kept on asking me to ask my mother to check if it was there and have no idea why my mother had anything to do with the order, but he was just mocking me is what I have figured out. Two months later and I am still fighting to get my refund.
