They refunded what I paid for the unshipped items.  DID you even read my complaint?  This was not about getting a refund, I already got that when I forced to cancel my order.  Please read the complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Firstly, I ordered a Samsung Washer and Dryer pair, not a dishwasher. I am not interested in a replacement dishwasher.
Due to the lack of response from the business, I sought out another retailer of the DRYER that I needed and purchased it directly from them at an additional cost. At this point I would want some reimbursement for the additional expense I incurred due to the lack of customer service from Appliance Connection. Otherwise, I will continue to stand by my decision to consider this case unresolved.
Other buyers need to be made aware that this company does little, if anything, to fix a problem that they caused. And even if they offer a solution (which in my case was completely and utterly useless) it is months after the original problem occurred so essentially they get away with doing nothing to correct the original problem.

credit has been issued .. Please update your recrods.. This in reference to order # [redacted] filed by [redacted], please be advised this matter has been resolved we found there was a system error we have fixed the error and issue the credit for the full amount ,customer is aware of the refund being issued .   I want touch base with you regarding your credit , upon reviewing your order we found an error in the system , the error has been fixed a refund in the amount of $244.9 has been posted to your account on 10/**/15. Multiple attempts to receive an expensive appliance to a secondary residence. I have had lost time and expense to meet drivers that show up and then cannot locate appliance on the truck. Company unable to give status and continues to call last minute to deliver- still trying to get merchandise.

We ordered a GE 30 inch electric cooktop. The order was processed promptly and tracking information was timely and accurate. Great experience dealing with Appliances Connection.

The refrigerator was finally delivered, 28 days after it was supposed to be delivered.  It involved me e-mailing and/or calling every day to prod them to make good on their promise.  It also took filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and with [redacted] at my bank.  I would NEVER do business again with Appliances Connection and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so.  This was the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.  They never once apologized or offered any mitigation to me for not having a refrigerator in my new home.  Please publish my experience with them.

The sofa was picked up over 2 months ago now and I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card. I also still have my dispute open with my credit card. I have asked multiple times for a full refund and also a letter that they will fully refund me. I have yet to receive either. I hope this issue can be resolved asap.

Our mutual customer had placed an order, to reserve, a fridge that was out of stock due to the large volume of orders that had came in during black Friday. The purchase price of this unit was $949.00 at the time with a rebate of $100.00. We were constantly notified by the manufacturer, Samsung, for...

the projected delivery date to our warehouse. These ETA updates were relayed to our mutual customer for each time it was presented to us, to keep her informed of the status of this order. Our mutual customer was upset about the rebates, how she claims that she would no longer qualify for. In the fine print of the rebate, it had stated the following: "[redacted] "We have checked with the rebate provider, our mutual customer had not contacted them regarding this matter, as they would have fulfilled the rebate. Regardless of this matter, we had assurances from the rebate company that as a one time courtesy, they will provide the rebate to her.However, this was not enough, we had advised her that she can be refunded and she can purchase a different model, currently the same unit is priced at $1,359.00. Our mutual customer would call every few days expecting more and more to be provided to her. We had provided white glove, express shipping, and a 10 year major component extended warranty. On top of that, she had demanded that we were to provide her with an additional discount of $150.00 to keep her business with us. Unable to fulfill all her desires, we had advised her that we can only cancel her order, which happened to infuriate our mutual customer even more. At today's cost, all of what was offered to her would have been around $1,500.00, our mutual customer demanded that this fridge was to be provided to her essentially at half price around $700.00. We sincerely apologize, we cannot fulfill an order at a price that is set forth by our mutual customer and provide additional services as a complimentary service. As a result, we have cancelled this order, and refunded our mutual customer in full. As an inconvenience this has been, we are wiling to provide 5,000 reward points to help reduce future order totals.

"I recently tried to purchase a refrigerator from AppliancesConnection.com. First, their website showed the price at $1799. When I talked to the salesman to purchase the refrigerator, I gave have him all my information including credit card. After that he said the price was incorrect and raised the price. After a little discussion, the price was now $1850. Reluctantly I agreed because it was still a good price. I had also previously asked him if it was in stock and he said he could not tell until AFTER he processed the order. (I find it hard to believe that you cannot tell if an item is in your warehouse or not). Then, A day or so later I asked if it was in stock and he said it would be in your distribution center on Feb 8th and delivered to my house Feb [redacted]. Then, I signed in to [redacted] account and noticed that the ETA was now Feb [redacted]. After nearly a week, the salesman finally told me that it was on back-order and it would not be in for several more weeks. In addition, my credit card was charged immediately. It was not supposed to be charged until the item shipped. It obviously did not ship since it was on back-order. I mentioned this to the salesman several times and at first he said it had shipped from the manufacturer that was why the card was charged (obviously a lie). At another point he said he was surprised the card was charged. This is a terrible way to do business. They draw people in with their low prices and then they get screwed. I would NOT recommend this company!

I had search everywhere for a G.E. range hood in the color of slate. I found this company offering it on [redacted]. I ordered and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

First and foremost, we do apologize that you had such a negative experience with our company. We would like to address a few matters that you have brought up. We understand that you intended to purchase a couch ever since September of 2016. As you have mentioned, someone entered your card...

information wrong. Just to clarify upon this matter, you had placed this order online on your own, and you had called us to update the card information to the correct information. At the time of reservation of this couch, the particular model ordered was a VIG couch, and belonged to a special order series. We had informed our mutual customer that this product does take over 3 months to get, a credit authorization form was submitted electronically to our mutual customer, where this was also agreed upon electronically. We did not charge our mutual customer at anytime throughout the process, we have only authorized the card associated with this order, and reauthorized each time when the authorization was released (it is good for a 30 day period). By insisting that the card was charged, we had also made a conference call including our mutual customer's bank representative to be on the line, however our mutual customer refused to partake in the conversation. We had made this call to inform our mutual customer that the order had never been charged. As such, even though our return policy does state that the special orders cannot be cancelled, we have already cancelled this order and released the authorization that was tied to this order.

Basically when the customer...

called and stated that he received the TV stand damaged,
We issued the RMA which he opened and viewed and he chose not to send back to us. He did not wait for us to get parts and to help him, so he chose to throw out the damaged unit on his OWN accord with NO notice or Authorization from Appliances Connection to do so. He then called chase and charged back and got his whole money back after he threw out the unit.
Per the customers’ request we have stopped calling him.

[We have read the response from appliancesconnection.com. They are in the business of shipping defective appliances and expecting to for customer's to pay and accept the item shipped. They sucker you in with low prices and a 24 hr sale that is still going on now. I have reported to appliancesconnection the problem with their ** product made and shipped from Mexico with shoddy parts and poor workmanship. They have done this to a high percentage of their customer's as shown by all the complaints at Revdex.com & websites that I have googled. They are to be held responsible for shipping defective appliances and their shipping lines both should carry insurance for delivering defective items.They should pay for returning their defective refurbished goods. I have contacted appliancesconnection & ** based in the Philippines within the time stated in their warranty for them to pay for shipping back this refrigerator that was damaged by their staff or their shipping line. I sustained frozen spoiled groceries totaling $200.00 and they have not compensated me or even mention it on their response.I did call appliancesconnection & ** multiple times and all I got was the run around & conflicting answers, them hoping to kill time in order to not pay for returning item back to NY. I did comply with sending them photos they requested, and have not used fridge whatsoever.They are running a scam by shipping refurbished items and passing them as new. When they arrive, you expect a brand new item to work properly and it freezes your whole entire groceries. Apliancesconnection should be shut down for scamming hundreds of consumers, pay to return this item back to NY. “[redacted] final mile” is the shipping line they use to deliver their defective items as shown in hundreds of complaints online. This company has the rudest employees and abusive customer service that has shamed the name of the different appliance companies including **.Pay to pick up this refrigerator and compensate me for the damages sustained by your broken refrigerator.Thank you,[redacted]
