"If I could rate AppliancesConnection with a large negative number I would! I ordered an [redacted] Farimoore TV stand from AppliancesConnection after viewing it in a local [redacted] store. Order was placed on 1-*-15, finally delivered today on 2-**-15 with "white glove service." What a joke that is! Warning, do not pay extra for this service. All pictures of the stand on the website were of an assembled unit and I have reviewed all online literature again from AppliancesConnection on this piece, and nowhere does it state that it comes unassembled. The "white glove" delivery included two guys wheeling a heavy box into my home by a dolly, opening the box, laying several dozen pieces of wood plus a large bag of hardware on my floor, and leaving with the packaging. Certainly not worth $60. When my wife called to complain she was treated rudely and when she asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she was denied. I spoke to the customer service rep and was also treated rudely. I certainly will never do business with this outfit again!"

I called customer service with a concern and spoke to Richard. He handled my concern with the utmost professionalism! He took care of me in a way that makes me really glad I chose Appliances Connection for my purchase. Richard is an asset to your company.

Upon reviewing the complaint, the issues presented have been addressed and resolved the cooktop ordered has been delivered on 03/**/14.
The customer live in rural area resulted an unexpected delay in delivering the order.

I was in need of a solution for a guest room over the storage area that always stayed hotter than the rest of the house. After spending almost a month of rigorous research, I decided to buy mini split Air Conditioner online from a reliable online store. Fortunately, I also got to read a great review about appliances connection, its excellent range of products and customer service. So, without much ado, I placed an order of [redacted] mini split AC. The delivery of the product was made as per the commitment and installation was less disturbing than normal. Also, the AC unit gave an aesthetic appearance compared to the window unit option. Truly, it was a significant solution for this space and its presence has made the place more comfortable for our guests.
Honestly speaking initially I was a bit nervous about choosing [redacted] from Appliances connection as they aren’t much renowned as an AC company, but cutting-edge features to remotely control the AC via an iOS app (WiFi) was a point of attraction for me. The Air Conditioner throws chilly air and has plenty of customization options that make our life more convenient. Moreover, unit calmly operates, the remote is easy to use and the product is indeed energy efficient as my energy bills haven’t hiked up hurting my pocket.

Competitive prices and fast delivery. Actually, my new microwave oven arrived at my doorstep the same week. That was my first order with Appliances Connection. That went so well I ordered another product from them the next week and had the same great service

I ordered a Frigidaire gas cooktop and it arrived within the week. Customer service is first-rate and the published prices are among the lowest around. A/C is serious about their business.

The business falsely claimed that the refund would be issued in 1-2 business days. It is now 5 business days since they issued this claim and they have still NOT credited my account.
This is borderline criminal behavior.

Hello,We would like to address the issue with the installation refund the customer has mentioned. When a customer files a dispute with his or her credit card company, the money in the transaction between the customer and our company is put on a hold. We are unable to refund a customer until the...

dispute is lifted by either the customer himself, or by the bank. As the customer supported his argument to his bank, we are also held liable by the bank to respond to every dispute with our support of what happened on our side of the transaction. Until the customer lifts the dispute, we are unable to refund the customer his money and it takes up to 180 days for the hold on the dispute to clear up for us to refund/credit a customer unless the customer takes off the dispute on his or her own. Since the customer refused to remove his dispute on this order with his bank, we let the dispute go in his favor as the customer was already issued the money by the bank so would not be able to double dip from the bank and from our own funds.During the same time, the customer was also refusing to work with us and was defaming us all over the internet.We are not sure what happened with his warranties but we spoke to the customer today and issued him brand new ones that will be good for 10 years. Please close this case as the customer was given brand new warranties for his products.Best Regards,Appliances Connection

"I bought a dishwasher on 11/** that showed to be in stock and received an email with in stock/ready to ship notice. 3 days later after not getting a shipment notification I called and found out they were out of stock. They would have inventory on 12/** and offered 4 to 7 day shipping and a reduced rate on a 5 year warranty. On 12/** it shipped, two days early, only to find out it has an eta of 12/**. On 12/**, if never arrived so after 3 phone calls and 50 minutes later I learn it is still in transit to a terminal 11 hours away. They said they are hopeful it will be here on 1/*, but I doubt it. Be careful of customer service as I got different stories of what was going on."

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a U-Line under counter frig (order ending in 9299) and had nothing but problems. I was told there were 7 in the warehouse and I would be contacted about delivery to Colorado. Needless to say, after multiple phone calls to check on delivery, I was told I lived in a rural area and our location was the problem with delivery. I live in Denver, 5 minutes from I-25. Over two months following my paid in full order, a damaged unit arrived. Appliances Connection tried to get me to accept the damage unit and would have "someone" come out fix the unit. I demanded a full refund and removal of the unit at their cost. I lost count of the number of phone calls and emails I placed during the process. I communicated with Appliances Connection employees Millie, Jenny and Edmund and Mendy from the trucking line. Thankfully, I did receive a full refund.

I was looking for cocktail table which is not a common one. I wanted something extraordinary. I found it on other website but seemed to be too expensive. Then I ran my comparison search and found Appliances Connection. Never heard of it before. Gave it a try. Price was very reasonable and there was free shipping. My mistake I didn't read carefully all info about delivery. One of my items was in warehouse, for other one we needed to wait, that both could be shipped and delivered together. It took longer than I expected. Ok, I didn't have my fancy cocktail table in my living room for Thanksgiving, but few days after two guys delivered it right to my living room, unpacked and checked it out. Overall I was very satisfied. And everybody admires it. Oh, and not to forget, customer service and communication was prompt, helped me to answer all my questions.

Prior to their shipment of the order, this order underwent a quality check. When we received it, we inspected it as well before we accepted the...

delivery. Prior to shipment of this order, our warehouse inspected this unit and cleared it for shipment. At the time the trucking carrier picks up the product, they too inspect the unit, had this unit been damaged, they would not have picked it up. We received a proof of delivery that shows that this order was signed for free and clear of damages. So with this, we can only assume that the order was delivered in pristine condition from start to finish. We were later informed two weeks after delivery that there was a part that needed replacement. We immediately issued a Return Merchandise Authorization so that the customer can return the unit to us for a full refund. We have not received anything from the customer yet. We also requested immediate assistance from the manufacturer to replace the parts so that this customer would be satisfied. We were informed that there was a slight back order on the parts, this was also relayed to the customer. Support is being provided. We hope that this resolves this complaint. Thank you for your time.

[redacted]’s order had shipped been picked up from ourwarehouse by a freight carrier ([redacted]) on 11/**/14. [redacted]is a carrier that specializes in shipping large/heavy appliances. All shipmentssent through [redacted] are fully insured for damage or loss, anddelivered to their final destination with a 2-man team. Customers are contacted48 hours prior to delivery by the freight carrier and a delivery date and timewindow are scheduled. All intended to ensure that our customers are fully awareof when they are to expect to delivery, while reducing the risk of damage tothe absolute minimum possible. We have made our best efforts to keep [redacted] fully upto date with his order status from the moment it was placed, by sending emailupdates along every step of the order process. Then, once the order hadshipped, it was sent through a carrier that ensured [redacted] was fullyaware of his delivery status as well.As you can see, anything that is in our control such asquickly shipping an order out of our warehouse, and selecting the best possiblecarrier to transport merchandise, we complete to the best of our capabilities.Though what we cannot control, is how quickly a manufacturer can provide uswith merchandise from their facility to our warehouse. Therefore, we advise ourcustomer prior to, during, and after order placement that we will provide them withorder status and shipment estimates all throughout the order process. All whichwe have done, and keep record of in our system.

The business did not answer what I asked for.  Business license number and contact information for their attorney.  A $250 offer is not enough as the estimate to repair the damage is $500.

In fact we did report the first malfunctioning refrigerator immediately upon it's installation and similarly reported the malfunction of the 2nd refrigerator.  Neither refrigerator ever worked so for Appliances Connection to argue that we had use of either refrigerator for any length of time is in fact untrue.     As to the statement that the refrigerators were picked up, they are in fact both still sitting in our living room at present.     We were told to "dispose" of them, which has proven to be an additional potential cost.    
The manufacturers warranty is to repair within one year of purchase however it was determined, and well documented, that neither refrigerator could be repaired.   The manufacturer gave us the option of "replace or credit"  (We can provide documentation on request).  On the first instance after a very long period of non-cooperation to receive a credit from Appliances Connection, we choose the replace option.     After receipt of the second malfunctioning refrigerator we choose "credit."         
The Appliances Connection website advertises "free shipping" so for them to deduct any shipping costs, particularly for faulty appliances, is not acceptable.   Below is copied from their website, addressed is the free shipping, 30 day money back guarantee, and specifically a section that deals with faulty merchandise.
