manufacturer will replace the defective unit at no cost to the customer , we have contact ** on behalf of the customer, as of today the technician who checked the unit didn't confirm the unit to be not repairable , we do understand the customer's frustration of not able to use new unit but we are in control of the manufacturer warranty terms and we have to follow their policy .However, we have emailed the customer return authorization number which he can use to return the fridge to our warehouse for full refund.

sans-serif;">Our records indicate the microwave ordered was shipped and installed on 04/**/2013 over a year ago, the shipping company confirmed the installation was completed and done properly, we never heard from the customer about any issues of the installation until Feb of this year, unfortunately due to the time had lapsed we can’t initiate complaint with the shipping company to get credit for the installation since we already paid for the service the very day of delivery.   We don’t see any reason the customer had to wait all this time to tell us about the issue, had she called us the day of delivery we could have contacted the shipping company to correct the installation or request refund from them.

per the tech service report (below) it indicate that the parts we ordered has bas been installed and sectional repair is completed :Thank you for choosing Guardsman Professional Services to service your customer. I have attached two PDF documents regarding the communications with the seller about this order. The seller claims that I choose "[redacted]" for te order but I did select "White Glove" delivery.  However, two days after I placed the order the seller called saying that White Glove delivery was not available but that the bed would be taken to my front door. (please see delivery ticket PDF) The seller claims that I contacted them a few days after the bed was delivered but I did it the same day.  (please see damage ticket PDF) The seller claims that I have not accepted the proposed resolutions.  However, the damage ticket PDF clearly shows that I repeatedly requested the bed to be picked up for a fee of $191.  The last time they had agreed to pick it up by an specific date but they failed to do so.  Then, since they failed to do it, they ask again if I want to keep it.

their negative reviews they have posted against our website. We are currently waiting pick up of appliances from the customer's home. Once the appliances reach our warehouse, we will proceed with the credit as agreed. Kindly update your record and close the case.

Our return policy indicate the following:
AppliancesConnection offers a 30 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy from the date of receipt of merchandise. If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you could return it to our warehouse for a full refund. Just go through our easy online process under my account, submit a web ticket and receive an RMA number.
Customer stated the unit defective and opted to ship it back for refund, per the customer’s request we provided the return number, the standard procedure is to setup service with the manufacturer, if the technician deemed the unit irreparable, then the manufacturer will replace the unit at no cost to the customer, but the customer didn’t like to follow the process of scheduling for service and choose just to ship it in on his own.

This is in regards to Order#[redacted] filed by [redacted]. Our records indicate our customer ordered a Bosch Griddle. We charged him $129.99 for this...

product, including shipping. Customer did not like the product, he returned it and we issued a refund for the same amount $129.99. Per our policy, customer had to pay for his own return shipping if he did not like the product ordered. As a courtesy and to bring this matter to a resolution, we would like to offer the customer 2,500 reward points valued at $25 to be used towards any future Appliances Connection purchase. Please update your records and bring this matter to a close.

My overall satisfaction with this company is poor. From the time I ordered my oven through delivery, they did not communicate on the status of my order. I had to call on multiple occasions to determine if the oven shipped and where it might be. It took almost a month to arrive even though it shipped out the day I ordered it. When it did arrive there was damage to the front control panel which was primarily cosmetic. The oven otherwise worked fine and the damage was noted by the shipping company. When I contacted ApplianceConnection and sent them pictures of the damage, they initially told me that they would not replace the damaged part since they considered it "normal wear and tear". Needless to say I was beyond shocked that they would not take care of their customer in this situation. I continued to get the run around with customer service. Long story short, when I told them I intended to contact [redacted] to dispute the entire purchase knowing that [redacted] would have my back (as any other reasonable person/company would and should), ApplianceConnection very reluctantly told me they would replace the part and contacted a service technician to take care of it. Even after agreeing to do the right thing, the customer service person had the gall to tell me that "if it was me, I'd have just let this go"...as if the damage to a brand new item which cost $1500 was just an acceptable situation....unbelievable!!!! Extremely poor customer service in light of the situation.

Upon reviewing the complain , we are currently working to resolve the issue of the damage table top , unfortunately the most we can offer as discount is $100.00 , as courtesy we willing to offer $125.00 so the customer will keep the table top ASIS .we have offered this offer through out ticket...

customer never paid for white glove delivery he was scheduled for threshold delivery which not includes driver unpacking shipping material and disposing it, However the drivers where nice enough to go ahead and unwrap packing material and take it to customers garage please see picture attached showing its only trash of one Sofa and not full truck load of trash as customer stated in his initial complaint, As a one time courtesy and in good faith appliances connection is willing to give customer $25 credit back into same form of payment made in the original purchase
 
we ask to close this complaint as appliances connection didn't do anything wrong nor third party freight carrier and we are still willing to offer credit as a courtesy

Again the amount we received from the manufacturer it was less than the amount we originally paid for the unit ,we are not sure if they deducted the shipping fee or the technician fee who assessed the units .
we do apologize we are not able to issue any further credit and we consider this matter concluded.

The service technician did NOT resolve the problem.  The machine is advertised as extremely quiet however it sounds like a jet engine in my laundry room.  The first technician claimed it was a bad pin in the clutch and second technician said that the first technician didn't have that much experience and although he dismantled my washing machine he did not correct the noise issue. Appliances Connection will only replace the machine if I pay to ship back the defective one.  That would be out prohibitive for me.  The company can just pick it up when they deliver the new one.

On 02/[redacted]/14 ,we contacted the customer In an attempt to resolve this ongoing issue, we have presentenced the following options :
1-      $300.00 discount to keep the bed ASIS or the customer can fix it locally .
2-      Return the bed to our warehouse for full refund .
The customer decided to return the bed , the RA # had been emailed before and still open , we will credit the customer’s account once the bed is returned to our warehouse.

Our records indicate the order is in transit estimated to arrive to [redacted] on 12/** , had the customer didn't ask to put the order on hold we would have shipped as the item is available and ready to ship .we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused .

The order was "confirmed shipped" a month prior. We do not consider this closed. We will not pay fees for an item that was never delivered because of your horrible service which took 2 months longer than promised. This is not closed
