Dear Mrs. C[redacted] I have reviewed your response concerning Notice Number [redacted] I apologize if the information regarding the PlatePass All Inclusive service was not verbally explained at the counter. On the initial response, I sent a copy of the rental contract and have reattached it with this correspondence as well.  Please note, that the contract would only list options that have been accepted on page one. The agreement advises that usage of “cashless” and/or “all electronic tolling” facilities will trigger certain charges. A renter is only charged administrative fees as outlined in the contract when tolls are reported to the license plate. If a renter wishes to avoid any further charges for use of a convenience product, arrangements would have to be made directly with the local tolling authorities. As a business partner, we make every attempt to address concerns regarding administrative fees or electronic tolling. In reviewing the account, I reviewed the initial phone call on 08/28/2017 and the toll types reported. Of the 36 tolls over 7 days, 15 were in “cashless” and/or “all electronic tolling” spread over 6 days. Due to the amount of usage, and the acknowledgment of usage, we have determined that the processing fees were validly applied to your account. We have also received results of the review with Thrifty and no further concessions are warranted. I will accept your 'one-time' courtesy in this instance because it reaches the resolution I requested. However, you had ample opportunity to contact me before paying the issuing authority to give me an opportunity to respond and resolve the issue to our equal satisfaction, and I would hope that in future, you give other people that opportunity.
