On 2/I attempted to reach out to complainantShe answered the phone and advised she would call back in four minutesAfter not hearing back, I tried her again on 2/There was no answerI left a voice mail with my phone number, and information that the citation information has been emailed to her, and that the office of the clerk of the court would need to be the authority to address the outstanding citationI did leave my direct number in case she has additional questions, but without a response there is no further step I can take
