Although, you may not take responsible to take any responsibility for the faulty citation however as being an equipment owner and contract owner, you can not hide behind the DC's unethical practicesI want this ticket to be voided which was reported to the collection bureau and have given too much hassle

There are multiple discrepancies associated with the documentation I received from ATS: 1) The *** Department of Transportation (the tolling authority) does not support the claims for the unpaid tolls indicated on the ATS documentation2) The address for the *** Department of Transportation indicated on the ATS documentation is incorrect3) My name is incorrect on the ATS documentation ATS has failed to provide a copy of the original invoice from the *** Department of Transportation indicating unpaid tolls.
