This is unacceptable and unethical. I was not informed of the exorbitant fees. I was not informed of any fees and I had no choice about the toll as Massachusetts has removed the toll booths. Other rental car companies do not engage in a similar level of price gouging. It is not acceptable that you are using the change in state policy in Massachusetts to abuse customers and engage in theft from customers

The entire process this company uses for all vehicle rentals needs to be looked at, because there was NO option to NOT use plate pass at the one toll in question, which then results in excessive fees charged that only pas this business bottom line, regardless of what the rental agreement says.
