Yes, I received a reply but you still have not settled my complaint. Your policy of requiring  a credit card is wrong and should be changed. My son and daughter n law signed up giving you their credit card information, so there is no need to have mine. Being forced to give this to receive my gift is fraudulent and policy needs changing. I have contacted my son so he will call you with his own complaint but mine will not change until so policy is corrected. I don't see how any person should need to give you this information. The company has in no way satisfied my complaint.

They again reached out via email with nothing but I'm sorry that you paused it, after that it automatically enrolls. No explanation was given as to why I was not notified. This will be resolved when I get a full refund to my account.

We state this throughout the checkout process. Initially when you sign up you are enrolled into weekly deliveries. Our subscriptions are flexible in that you can pause your deliveries for the weeks you do not want to receive a box, or change your delivery frequency to better accommodate your needs.Our billing day is 4 days prior to your delivery. You contacted us on 8/*/2016 which was after the cutoff for cancelling your delivery on 8/**/2016. We do this so we can give our vendors, and ourselves the proper amount of time to prepare your meals. Your cut off date to pause or cancel your subscription was at least 5 days prior to your next delivery. If you have any further questions or concerns. Again, We have issued a refund for half of the box you did not wish to get and a credit for the meal you had an issue with. There were absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food for the 2nd box you received in either of your 2 phone calls made on the date of the 2nd delivery. The only quality complaint was about 1 meal from the first box. You were offered a full box credit and rejected that offer. You still have a credit on your account for the meal you did not like and you were refunded for half of the 2nd box you received. We cannot issue a full refund for a box you said that you wanted on a recording and were informed of in a confirmation email. We apologize but we cannot issue any further refunds.

I have reviewed [redacted] account history that logs the actions completed under her account. Week 45, the week in question for her 11/**/2015 delivery was never paused. Pause means that a customer does not want an order for that selected week. If the week in question was put on pause she...

would have never been charge. Our system automatically charges active account with out a pauses on it. I confirmed and added the screen shot of the logs of the week that she did pause on 10/**/2015, week 45 was not one of them. She paused the following 8 weeks, week 46 - 53.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have no desire to ever do business with Hello "Fresh" again.  Again, the first package was a health hazard with leaking poultry and the second delivery should have been cancelled.  If a person buys a product and that product does not meet the standard then there is absolutely no way I will ever do business with the company again.  This business response does not resolve my complain at all and I will escalate this issue.

Hi [redacted],The $23 is the value of an entire meal. Because the issues you had with the box were for small ingredients, we have decided to credit you entirely for a meal. Right now you have a full meal credit on your account as well as having been refunded $23 so in total, for this vegetable issue, you have been credited $46 total for this issue. I can assure you if the meat was sealed and the box was cool they are safe to consume.
