On February 3rd, 2016, I sent in an order for two items; ever since then I have been waiting for them, but whenever I call to find out why there is a delay I get nothing but polite excuses I've spoken to at least three people and each one makes a different excuse and promises I will get the package by a certain date, but so far nothing!
