I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Most of their response are lies. They never told me they were trying to get raw products. At the beginning of this mess on every call or on line chat they would tell me you will receive them soonAt one point they said the product was coming to them and they would inspect them and get them to me overnight. They never once said they were sending a replacement and that the replacement would be ugly brown binders (not ivory) and the printing would be done with stiletters and not gold imprinting as their catalog states. The only thing I was told by *** when they shipped the incorrect binders overnight was that he was not satisfied with the lettering and wanted my opinion. He never said they were stick on letters. He never said they were not Ivory but brown. He led me to believe they were sending the correct color. When I opened the box and saw the brown binders and stick on letters, I immediately got on the chat line and said "Do you think I'm stupid?" If they had told me the truth all along, I would have asked for my money back as I needed to have the binders by a certain date. Also, at the beginning there was no time constraint as I ordered the binders on January 31, and did not need them until March 12, 2014. Six weeks should have been long enough to either get me my correct order or they should have told me immediately that they did not have the ivory binders and this whole episode would not have happened. As I said in my letter, they continued to give me the run around. The last conversation I had with *** was that they were refunding my money and "processing the check". When I said I wanted an additional $for the time and effort I put in, she said "I do not have the authority to do that". As of this date, (March 30, 5pm) I have not seen the check she supposedly was "processing". I want my money now!

To Whom This May Concern:
I filed the above complaint for not receiving products I ordered online on 5/29/that were charged to my credit card that same day. After about one month of waiting for my order to be filled, I began calling and emailing this business to inquire as to why I haven't received even a notification of its progress. Most of these calls went unanswered. My emails got me promises from Customer Service (CS), including from the supervisor - but no actions
After filing my complaint with your Revdex.com, which you received no communication from this business, I continued to send an email to this business on a monthly basis for over one year asking CS to either refund my money or send me my order. Again, time and time again, I was given promises of making my order their "top priority." Again, I received nothing
Giving up after a year and a half, and coming to the conclusion that I will never receive my order, UPS delivered a box to my doorstep on 12/22/@ 4:32pm (UPS #***). The packing slip states it was from Plastic Retail Displays, LLC. My order #*** from Archivalwas complete, even the personalized album!
I cannot find any link on your website for me to add that my order was completed

As stated in your your letter to me a refund check for $was sent me with check #*** instead of check #*** and the check was returned to me for NSF and my bank also charged me $because of the NSF

One more time and I believe I will give up They send an album with nothing(plastic recipe card holders) inside and when I called it was back ordered Now it is Juneand they do not return my calls No one ever answers the phone--a recorded message says leave your number and we will return your call in hours Never happens They add do not call with more messages as that will delay our call back Makes me think they get lots of complaint calls
What should I do?
