Review: I placed an order with Archival Photo Pages on January 14, 2015. The order was for photo pages with the total amount of $235.73. The check that I submitted cleared the bank on January 20, 2015. I have not received my order as of February 5th - today's date. Attempted to do follow-up with no results. They won't answer my phone calls or e-mails. I believe at this point they took the money and ran. I do not know my recourse at this point except to contact you.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the products that I ordered or get reimbursed for the original amount that I submitted to the company. ($235.73)

Review: I placed an order on 4/11/14. My credit card has been charged for my items, for $71.88, and I have already had to pay my credit card for the purchase. I have called customer service at least ten times, and no one will return the call. I have tried their on-line chat as well, still with no response. I just want to know when, or if, they are going to ship the items I ordered in good faith.Desired Settlement: Just want the items I ordered and have already paid for.

Review: On January 6, 2014 (order #[redacted]) I ordered 4 over sized photo binders, 4 over sized photo binder slipcases and 12 packages of photo pages. An order totaling $255.40. My credit card was charged immediately. I waited a month to inquire about my order. Then I called every couple of weeks and asked about the status of my order. Each time I was given a different reason why my order was not filled, but that it would be shipped by the end of the week. Some of the reasons were: The photo binders are in but the pages are not. Problems with the photo binder production mold. Problems with the phone system. Problems with the ordering system. Growing pains. I was even given a UPS tracking number and when I looked it up it said a lable was created on 2/28/14. But to date has never been shipped. I was told a wharehouse manager was going to call me. Another time I was told a boss was going to call me. No one ever called me. A couple weeks ago I received a catalog in the mail from Archival Photo Pages advertising the products I can't seem to get even though I have paid for them. To date I have not cancelled my order because I feel I have a better chance of getting my order filled then I have of getting a refund. Now when I call to inquire about my order they won't answer my call.Desired Settlement: I would like my order filled as soon as possible. If not, I would like a full refund. I would liked this handled ASAP. No more excuses. Then I want off your mailing list.

We do sincerely apologize about this longer than normal delay in the customer receiving this order. We recently made some changes within our company to prevent these back orders and delays in order shipments from happening again. We will be working on getting this order out in full by the end of this week. We will have another update on the shipment date tomorrow 5-29-2014 or Friday 5-3-2014. Again we do apologize and will update this week.

Review: I placed a phone order for 6 personalize photo alblums and photo pages on 4/29/2014. I was told I would receive my order in 2-3 weeks. I have made numerous phone calls since. I have left several messages to call me, with no response. When I actually did get to talk to someone I get the same promises that the order will be shipped in a week or two. On 11/18/14 I spoke to [redacted] who said they would be sending albums without personalization now at no charge and will send the personalized ones later. He said I would receive them by Dec 2. I have not seen my order yet and I did not receive a phone call back either. My credit card payment transaction was also made on 4/29/2014. As of today I have not received my order or refunded my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order. If that is not possible then a full refund will be expected. They have used my money since April.

Review: I ordered by mail a set of their photo pages back in July. My check was dated July 15th, 2015. They cashed it on July 28th, 2015. I have never received my order. I have called and emailed their customer service multiple times to resolve this issue. NEVER has a live person answered their phone line, and only once did I receive a call back, at which time a very generic message was left on my answering machine. Every time I email them, I get an immediate generic response with no customer service person's name attached to it, saying that someone will contact me within 24 hours. They don't. Only after I threatened to contact the Revdex.com did I receive an email with a name attached that wasn't the usual formulaic response message. That person assured me they would expedite getting my order processed. It still hasn't come. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded. No response.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would prefer that my original order be delivered. If that's not possible, then I want a Refund.

As per [redacted] request of 9/22/15, we have cancelled her order and issued a refund. Her money order will arrive within two weeks.

Review: In May 2014 I ordered an album and two packages of archival safe insert pages. In June I called as I had not received anything. Shortly after my call I received the album but no pages. I have called their 800 number several times and usually am put on hold for 20 - 30 minutes. Often I am disconnected. In October I wrote a letter explaining the shortage. No response.Desired Settlement: Either the pages are sent or my money returned.

Review: I placed an order for albums, slipcases and labels on October 9, 2014. The payment was charged to my account on October 19, 2014. I have not received the order. I sent an e-mail on the website in March, but was not contacted within the 48-hour return assurance as stated. I have attempted to reach the company by phone. I left a message on a machine, but that was not returned, either. Today the phone number just beeps and the website says "offline" and freezes up. I wonder if the company is even in business anymore. Am I just out of my payment?Desired Settlement: I would prefer to get the order, but would accept a refund of payment. The order was for 6 empty albums, #[redacted] of color 03, 2 of color 05, 2 of color 07; 3 double slipcases, #[redacted] of color 03, 1 of color 05, 1 of color 07; and #[redacted]--pack of 6 spine labels.

Review: I paid for an item a year ago using my [redacted] account and they will not send the product. Have called 15-20 times and have emailed 12 times and keep getting told it will come "this week." The amount was $34.57.Desired Settlement: I want my money back AND someone should prevent this company from doing this to others.

Review: My grandfather placed an order with this company on 02/03/14. Needless to say they had no problems cashing his check on 2/14/14, but getting his order shipped to him was another issue. He contacts his bank about the matter and was told that the company said his order was on back order and would be processed on 02/20/14-- that never happened. After two months he tasked me with finding out what was going on because he could not get a hold of the company. I contacted Archival Photo Pages via e-mail and was told the order would be sent out by the end of the week. That did not happen and I hopped on with their online support who gave me a package ID number, but after a few weeks still no package and no shipping update.

At the end of April, I reached out to the company again as my grandfather was becoming evermore distraught. I was told that the package probably got lost as their factory/warehouse is in Tijuana and that a replacement order would be sent out immediately. I never heard anything back from the company the following month and still no package.

A few days ago, I reached out one more time and have not heard anything back at all. Their online support is not available anymore and no one is answering their phones. All of the times I actually got a response from their staff, I was told the issue would be on their priority list; this, clearly, was a lie. My grandfather just wants a full refund sent back to him so he can take his business elsewhere as he's waited almost half a year for something, clearly, he will never receive.Desired Settlement: Cut a check with full refund and guarantee that the check will not bounce when my grandfather goes to cash it. Many other dissatisfied customers online have said a refund check from Archival Photo Pages bounced immediately. If this method of refund cannot be done, please get back with me ASAP so we can resolve the issue of being refunded in a timely manner.
