The problem is that the delivery was not complete (they sent one photo album and I ordered and paid for two)I have been trying to get my second album and can not get any response from the companyI have tried emailing them and calling them, but got no responseThat is why I contacted you and now they still have not responded to the specific problem and therefore I rejected this response.

I cancelled my order on March 24, while visiting with *** First, I was promised that my credit card would be refunded On April 14, I was told I could no longer receive a refund, but would be sent a check for $ I DO NOT want the photo pages any longer I want my refund, and I told them that I have attached the cancellation confirmation email from ***

am so sorry for the delays again and the lack of communication We have
purchased the factory and it has delayed order delivery during the
transition. We now have our raw materials in house and are making
products and shipping orders, including long overdue orders.
I will make sure your order is resent to the factory for immediate processing
and again I am sorry your order got caught up in what we thought would be a
smooth transition. Needless to say it has not been, but is fixed now and
finally running smoothly
