On July 23, 2014, consumer/complainant ordered from Archival Albums & Photo Pages, Roll Drive, San Diego, CA 92154, several photo transparency pagesCheck ($65.85) was posted July 31, Said order, now days, NEVER has been received Six phone calls and several verbal notices were recorded on their telephone leave-message systemNever could we talk to a service representativeFurther, a written message on their WEB clearly demanded of them to ship that item ASAP No "delay or back-order" has not been receivedOptional methods to either cancel, money back, or receive a response are restricted because the company offers NO recourse to consumers Archival Albums & Photo Pages has our money, consumer has no ordered item

They did fill the order and in that regard it was resolved but it took them two years , others complained on the internet and they were given an F rating/ They were poor in responding and offered no explanation so even though the matter is resolved it is difficult to forgive them[redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] I am so sorry for the delays again and the lack of communication We have purchased the factory and it has delayed order delivery during the transition We now have our raw materials in house and are making products and shipping orders, including long overdue orders I will make sure your order is resent to the factory for immediate processing and again I am sorry your order got caught up in what we thought would be a smooth transition Needless to say it has not been, but is fixed now and finally running smoothly Sincerely,***Customer Service

In September I filed a complaint about Archival Photo Pages, complaint no [redacted] I have received the merchandise, it is satisfactory and I would like to remove the complaint as it was resolved

I agreed that the complaint would be resolved if I got the refund I asked for and that the company said it would provide It has been over a month since they were contacted by the Revdex.com, and I have yet to receive my refund I just want my money backThank you for your response [redacted]
