As a matter of fact, some young lady called me on 4/21/16 from the Archival Supplies to say that the order was being assembled and would be shipped in the near future -- much the same response which the BBB received from the business.

Kindly allow 8 business days for the shipment to get... delivered. The sole reason for the delay was shortage of raw materials. Dear Ms. [redacted] , In October of 2014, I filed a complaint with the RevDex.com of San Diego, Orange County, CA against a company called Archival Photo Pages because it could not fill my order for photo pages in a timely manner. Please reference Case # [redacted] . After a year passed, I was contacted by this company to inform me that the photo page order would finally be filled. Soon after being contacted, I received the photo pages in November or December of 2015. The reason I am contacting you today is that a representative of Archival Photo Pages, [redacted] – phone # [redacted] , called yesterday (4/21/16) and asked if I would please contact the BBB of San Diego, Orange County, CA for the purpose of closing Case # [redacted] . Since I did receive the photo page order, I am contacting you to request that you close this case file. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The response that Mr [redacted] gave is not the question I did receive my order in two parts However after receiving those two packages two of the binders within that order had fallen apart due to poor quality "When I notified the company in questionthey indicated they would send replacements for those two binders When I called them on 4/18/to find out when I would receive them, I was told the two replacements had shipped on 4/8/ This now is 5/4/and I have not received them Please keep in mind this original order was placed last year and I have two binders I can't use and the two replacements have not arrived Their customer service leaves something to be desired, as their promises on the original order as far as date shipped were inaccurate Before retirement I was Supervisor of Shipping and receiving with the company I worked for I know if a package is shipped from California to Florida via UPS it takes business days to complete If the replacement shipped on 4/as they stated, it should have arrived on 4/ I do not yet have them
