Archival Albums & Photo Pages

I filed a business complaint against Archival Photo Pages in 7/30/15 because I didn't receive the photo albums I ordered back in January, 2015.Apparently, in November the business changed hands and I finally received my order. The new owners would not like to have this complaint held against them.I withdraw my complaint and hope this will take care of the problem.

items except for three packs of pages have been packaged and ready for shipping.  The three packs of pages will ship before next week  - by April 3rd when  the product comes into stock.

Archival Museum Supplies

I ordered photo pages from the above company in October 2014.   The company charged my bank card for those pages plus shipping.  After a month I tried calling their customer service 800 number and left several voice...

mail messages. Finally in January 2015, I filed a compliant with the Revdex.com of San Diego.  They were not successful in resolving my compliant. 
 
In February of this year I received the photo pages I ordered from the new Archival Photo Pages company.  I received a phone from the new company in April asking if I had received my order.

They did fill the order and in that regard it was resolved  but it took them two years , others complained on the internet and they were given an F rating/  They were poor in responding and...

call from someone that stated that the items I ordered would be mailed the next day. On July 20 I sent a certified letter to the company and  [redacted] B signed for the letter. I never heard from anyone and they had my telephone number and e-mail address.
On July 28, 2014 I tried calling the company again and got to speak to a person . She said my order would be mailed that day. Today is August 4, 2014 and I did not receive the order today. I think I have been lied to again.
 
Thank you for trying to help me get the the items I ordered. They could have notified me since they cashed my check May 6, 2014.
