This complaint has most definitely NOT been resolvedThe promised refund to my account was never givenInstead of a refund, the business sent through another charge to my credit card account (completely fraudulent)Since then, they have charged my account again in the amount of $under a different name (CINCH), and then today they have charged it again under a third name (Pieces in Places)All four of these charges carry the same numeric identifier, so I know they are coming from the same person
I have subsequently been forced to close my credit card account and a new card with a new number will be issued to meThis person responsible for this is a blight on the community of San Diego County, he should be prosecuted for credit card fraud, and sent to prison for whatever time the law allows
Please follow up with this and let me know what is being done to get this person off the list of DBA in the San Diego County area

I would love to received the items I ordered but I do not believe I ever will. The response of "it should be there by the end of the week" has been told to me many times and no delivery has ever been made.

The week July 21st we received a catalog for "pieces in places" we noticed that the telephone # was the same for Archival AlbumsWe called the number and surprisingly someone answeredThey said they were now related companysWe explained our problem with Archival - they apologized - said they were having trouble with the warehouse in shippingThe lady we spoke with said she happened to have two albums and our pages in her office and would send immediatelyShe gave us a tracking # and today the albums arrivedI don't know what their problem is but with this past experience I don't believe we will ever order from them againThank you for your trying to reach the company for us

I was contacted by the Archival Albums & Photo Pages company today and was asked to help them get the complaint I filed against them in Feb., closed My original order to the company occurred in Aug After numerous phone calls, messages, and emails to the company asking for either a refund or the products I ordered, I finally filed a claim (#[redacted]) with the Revdex.com To my surprise the products finally arrived in Jan Please let the company know (email: [redacted]) that the complaint is now closedThank you for your help,
