To the Revdex.com:I only half accept the resolution as it has been since March 11 that I first spoke with someone who contacted me and said they were processing the refund. I received a voice mail message on March 11 stating they wanted to resolve the issue. I called them back, they took the information and said it would take about 10 business days. Then on March 16 I received an email from Archival Museum Supply saying they left me a voice mail and to  connect with them to resolve the issue. On March 18 I returned the call and spoke to "[redacted]" who said he was in charge of handling the cases,informed him I had talked to someone prior, he took the information again and said it would be coming in 10 business days That's what I was told before!. On March 28 I received a phone call from them again (phone # [redacted] like the other calls - ) - this time from "[redacted]" asking me if I received the refund check yet. I informed him I had not and reminded him of when I first was contacted. They want me to call them when I receive it and then to contact you to let you know it has been resolved. All these calls from them still have not resolved the issue and I wonder if I am getting the runaround again from this company. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.[redacted]

To whom it may concern:
The photo pages company replied to you that they would send me the rest of my order. As of today July 30, 2015, they have made no attempt to do this. I am still unsatisfied with this company.

I went to the UPS.com site and keyed in the tracking number which was created on April 18, 2016 and has never been picked up, once again it is only a stall tactic that I have dealt with since January 3, 2016 and I am finished with them.  I want my money refunded because they have failed to hold up any of their promises.  Don't you think that if I was told it was shipped in January, February, March or April for that matter; I would have received it by now?  I didn't because it was NEVER shipped and I really believe I will never see my refund because of all the broken promises prior.  I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!!!

Dear Ms. [redacted],
In October of 2014, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of San Diego, Orange County, CA against a company called Archival Photo Pages because it could not fill my order for photo pages in a timely manner. Please reference Case # [redacted].  After a year passed, I was contacted by this company to inform me that the photo page order would finally be filled.  Soon after being contacted, I received the photo pages in November or December of 2015.
The reason I am contacting you today is that a representative of Archival Photo Pages, [redacted] – phone # [redacted], called yesterday (4/21/16) and asked if I would please contact the Revdex.com of San Diego, Orange County, CA for the purpose of closing Case # [redacted].  Since I did receive the photo page order, I am contacting you to request that you close this case file.
Please confirm closure of Case # [redacted] by sending an email to me at [redacted] and copying [redacted] at [redacted].
