Review: I made a purchase totaling $254.41 on January 26, 2014, from this company. After numerous weeks of being told my products were on back order,I was given a tracking number of my shipment in April, which I never received. I cancelled my order on May 18th, 2014, and received an email on May 21st from customer service stating I would receive a refund check as they were changing credit card companies and could not credit my credit card. As of today, June 28, 2014, I still have not received a refund check.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so I can be done with this company. Comments on their Facebook page state the same issues I have had, with even a refund check bouncing.

Review: On June 16,2014 I order album pages with a personal check( #[redacted]), which has been cashed. I realized that I had not received the items( Combo pack of 4X6 album pages(3 packs at $22.97/50 page, plus shipping) and sent a letter inquiring about the order on August 25,2014.At this date of October 5,2014 the company has not responded to my inquiry or gave me the merchandise that I ordered. I believe that I have gave them ample time to respond to my letter or give back my money or give me the merchandise I requested.Desired Settlement: At this time , I would like my money refunded, as they do not wish to do business in a civil manner, or respond.

Review: Ordered product in August. Company billed my credit card and never shipped product. Called company and first I was told it would ship 9/3. Called again and told their computers were down and they would call me back. Never called back. Called again and all I get is a recorded message.Desired Settlement: Obviously a company that should not be allowed to continue operating. It appears they are attempying to defraud customers by taking their money and not delivering what is promised. Complete lack of communication.

Review: I placed an order with Archival Photo Pages on 6/27/14 and received aconfirmation notice on that date. The number is 3771. On 7/25/14 I called to say my order had not been received. My credit card was charged $124.73 on 7/07/14. I have placed three phone calls and sent on email to the company. I have never talked to a person. I have had two voice mails from the company. One saying part of the order was on back order. The other was to say the company was part of PiecesNPlaces and that name would appear on my credit card statement. I have had no response to my email.I wish to file a complaint against this/these company(s)Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order filled.

Review: I placed an order on 1-16-2014 for photo albums and pages and as of 8-08-2014 I have not received the merchandise nor can I get my money refunded. I have called numerous times. At first I would get someone to speak to and they told me I should be receiving order soon. Then after a couple of months, they had you leave a message and said someone would be contacting you within 24 hours; but that never happened. So then I started to email customer service and would get a message back that someone would be contacting me in 24 hours. I received a reply that they were working on it; but still nothing. I told them if they couldn't fill the order at least they could refund my money. I don't know where to go now-I've never had this trouble with any company before. I'm wondering if they still are in business.Can you see if you can get the merchandise or my money refunded?Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise or my money refunded.

Review: I ordered a 10 album group with pages included & they took my credit card information, charged my account, and they never sent my order. I called & e-mailed numerous times and they kept telling me that there was a large quantity of that ordered & it should be there by such a date & still nothing. I also asked to refund my money & they haven't!Desired Settlement: I want my order as I have several albums from them that match with NO problems before! !!

Review: I received a catalog in the mail with some items I had been having trouble finding.I ordered some recipe card holders for a book I had.My bank statement showed they got the check but I never received any product.I tried calling but only got a busy signal and emails were sent back.Desired Settlement: I would love to have the recipe card holders as my recipe cards are piling up at my house.

Review: On June 17, 2014 I placed an order with this company. On June 27, 2014, $33.85 was taken from my credit card. I never received the products, nor did I receive e-mail confirmation of the delay. I tried numerous times to e-mail & call, without response. I finally received an e-mail on Aug 6th 2014 stating my products would be delivered on Aug 19, 2014. Since that time it's been one excuse after another. The latest has been this on Jan 20,2015 :"I am so sorry, but our program that allows us access to customer orders is down. We are just as frustrated as you, and hope we can get this order out to you as soon as possible."Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund, but if I get the products I ordered that would be fine.

Review: My Wife [redacted] placed an order on10/19/2014. Has of this date she has not received the order. When you call the phone number you get a recording and put on hold. Sending e-mails is a waste do to they send that someone will get back to you but they never do. The company already took out payment for the products ordered on the date it was ordered but still did not receive the products. ordered. Would like the order. This is the worst company we have every dealt with.Desired Settlement: To get my order. Should not take almost a year to get an order

Review: I ordered photo pages on February 13. On February 14, my credit card was charged. I did not receive my pages. I made contact on February 27, March 6, and March 17. They would promise that the pages would be shipped the next week. They never said they were backordered.

On March 24, I cancelled my order. I was assured that my credit card would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. They sent me an email confirming this as well. As of April 11, my credit card has not been refunded.

On April 14, I called again. They now said I could no longer receive a refund, but they could issue me a check. I asked that this be done immediately.

I order online frequently and my credit card has never been charged until the product was shipped. Also, I have always been informed immediately when product was backordered.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive a refund - either credit card refund or a check

Review: On July 28, 2014 my credit card was charged $59.31 for a photo album/pages product that I ordered online. I never received the product. I called the customer service number several times and used the online chat that the Archival photo pages provided to no avail. Each time I was sent from person to person and told that I would receive a return call from the business office. I received one call from a person who gave her name as [redacted] (she even spelled it for me) assuring me my order was scheduled to go out the next day. (This was in October). I told her I would wait one more day but if the order did not go out the next day I wanted a full refund. She even gave me a number she said would reach her directly (###-###-####. I called this number 4 times and just got a voicemail. I used the online chat again on 10-29-14 and went through the same procedure only to be told my case would be referred to the business office and to expect a call. No call. I called customer service again - again I was told to expect a call from the business office. I have not received a call.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $59.31 in my name ([redacted]) sent to me at: [redacted] as soon as possible. Since I placed my order on July 28 my credit card was replaced by the company due to a breach at [redacted]. Therefore, my refund cannot be credited to my credit card. It must be refunded by check.

Review: I order products on 4/29/2014. As of today, I have still not received one of the four items I ordered.

I have called several times with no success. They site supplier problems, warehouse problems and logistic problems. They won't even ship a partial order. Nor will they offer a refund for a cancellation of my order.

I was put on hold one time for forty-five minutes. Now they will not return my calls. There is no attempt to settle this issue.Desired Settlement: Full settlement.

Review: On March 16, 2015 I placed an order for 22 items for a total of $331.84. Within a week I received five items (priced at $77.85 and shipped from [redacted]) with a note stating that the balance of the order would be shipped from [redacted] no later than 3/23/2015. When I did not receive the balance of the order, I called the [redacted] number (203-360-2366) and got a recording. My call was not returned.

When I received my April [redacted] statement, I saw a $331.84 charge and also a $331.84 credit both [redacted] transactions.

In mid April, I called the vendor and got a recording. They did call back and told me that they would check with their warehouse manager, and that they were adjusting the charge to $300. On April 29, I received an email from "[redacted]" advising me of a $300 charge which would appear as from Plastic Retail Displays. This charge appeared on my May [redacted] statement along with a $3 foreign transaction fee.

I late May, I called the vendor at 877-814-2554. That number appears to be out of service. On June 4, I replied to the email from [redacted] regarding the incomplete order. They replied that they would investigate the charge and "get back to me after two business days" When as of June 11, I hadn't heard from them, I called my [redacted] provider to dispute the charge. The service agent researched [redacted] and indicated that it is a scam. I ordered new credit cards. [redacted]'s phone number (888-255-1137} is active although I did not speak with themDesired Settlement: At this point, it seems unlikely that I will receive either the missing merchandise or a refund. A desired outcome would be to see this operation shut down.

Review: I placed an order with archival photo pages on Jan 29, 2015. I have yet to recieve it, but at the time my order was place, my credit card was charged. I was never told the order would be back-ordered. I have sent MANY, MANY emails concerning my order. In March, April, and the beginning of May, I would get an email back saying my order was on its way. Yet, I have not recieved it. Now, I get an email saying someone will get in touch with me withing 24 hrs and that does not happen! I have tried to call, but the phone does not go through! I have ordered from this company in the past and had to wait for my order for a short time. But at this point, I am very concerned if they are still in buisness! One of my last emails I sent them, I told them if they were unable to process my order, I wanted a credt on my credit card! Still no response! I appreciate any information you can find out concernig my order or this company.Desired Settlement: I would still like to recieve my order if this is possible. I have been told many times by this company that it was on its way, and obviously that was not the truth! I am hoping to find out if they are still in business and if so, when I might really recieve my order.

Review: On January 18, 2015, I placed an online order of $148.00 using my credit card for archival photo pages with the subject company after receiving a catalog in the mail from them. Upon placing my order, I did not receive a return e-mail confirming my purchase as promised. I called the company on January 19th and January 20th and left voice messages with customer service and sales but still have not received a reply as of January 22nd. My credit card account has not been charged for this purchase yet, but I am in the process of notifying my bank to disregard any charges to my account from this company and to issue a new card to me because I have reason to believe that this company may attempt to use my credit card for fraudulent purposes. Subsequent to placing my order, I have read rip-off reports regarding similar problems other customers have had with this same company.Desired Settlement: I have no interest in doing business with these people based on their failure to perform. I am taking steps on my own to ensure that I am in no way victimized by these folks. I would hope that this matter could be referred to the appropriate agency to be investigated for fraudulent business practices.

Review: I placed an order with this company for a photo album & album pages on 8/21/14 and sent a check in the amount of $61.91. They cashed the check but I have never received the product. I emailed the company and they replied that they would email back with an update on my order within 24 hours. I have never received another email. I called them and got a recording on customer service and their message said that if I left a message and phone number they would call me back in 48 hours. Nothing! On both email & phone I asked that I receive the product or a refund check.Desired Settlement: I would really like the product but if I can't get it right away, I want the refund. Thank you!

Review: On June 25, 2014 I placed an order for photo pages and albums. I did not receive the items. On July 2, 2014 the company charged the amount of 61.91 to my Visa card. As of today--Sept 30 I have not received the items or a refund from the company. I have called, left messages, asked to speak to a person since Aug. and still have not received any communication from the company.Desired Settlement: refund of credit card charges

Review: I ordered several items from this company on June 14, 2014. They cashed my check and never mailed the items ordered. I called on 7-21-14 and they changed the order and said it would be mailed. It never arrived so I called on 8-24-14 they told me it should be in mail this week. I called 8-27-14 was put on hold 45 minutes and I cancelled the order and asked for the money back but I never received the money. I have called at least 25 times since and cannot get through to anyone. We have left at least 10 messages with no call back.

I ordered BN0001#[email protected], BN0001, #[email protected], BN0001 #13 @ 25.97 and TA001 #02 @ 5.97 Total = 83.88 + 9.97 shipping Total = 93.85Desired Settlement: We want our money back!!!!

Review: I placed an order with the company on 8-14-14 order no. [redacted] . I have not receive a notice from the company of my shipment and they charged my credit card on 8-14-14 for $ 118.67

I have tried to call them for over a week to see when my order was going to ship but no matter what day or time I call the phone system hangs up.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money because the company is not reliable
