Review: A order was placed on July 7, 2014 for albums and Jr size Album pages. The check Cleared the bank on July 16th. I have not received the order and have called many times to the customer service with no response. I am requesting a full refund or my order in full. the check # [redacted] in the amount of $60.82Desired Settlement: A letter and the check refunded in the amount of $60.82

Review: I ordered products from them and paid them by check and have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my money back, since I know they have not intention of fulfilling my order.

Placed an order with Archival after being assured items were in stock. Items have not been received 4 weeks after check cleared the bank (business did not accept credit cards). Phone contact with overseas complaint agency whose representatives had to look up their fake names. Have not waited for "return phone call in 72 hours" to file this complaint.

Review: I placed an order on May 17,2014 for photo album and pages in the amount of 46.91 check nr.4664. The check was cashed the following week. I have not received my mdse. after repeatedly leaving msgs. No one has returned my telephone calls.Desired Settlement: I would either like the mdse. ordered or a refund of my money.

The company seems to be having a lot of problems getting me my order.

They tell me:

Company moving the warehouse , phone troubles, loosing my order, writing up the wrong order, and canceling my order.

I've been in touch with a lady ( [redacted] - she gave me her cell phone number, [redacted] )

She has been trying to get me my order. She even rewrote my order. With her initials included into my order. ( order # [redacted] ). Paid in full, and added extra pages for my inconvenience.

I have trouble getting threw to her on her phone. The last time I been In touch with her was February 24, 2015. I leave her messages hoping she will get back with me.

The company phone and their on-line phone service. Always seems willing to help, if I can get threw, but nothing has been done.

I believe I have been overly patient with this company. I don't know what I can do to receive my order. I do want the order from the company, but don't know what ealse I can do.

Review: I ordered photo pages from Archival Albums & Photo Pages on 11/18/2014 with charges placed against my credit card. The charge was placed against my card at time of order, not at time of shipment. To this date 4/3/2015 I have not received my order over 4 months going on 5 months. I have called repeatedly, quite often it is difficult to even get through. I have been told that my ship date would be soon or by the end of a given month, never happened repeatedly. When you get a recording to leave your name you never get a return call. If you talked to someone and they state they will call back with status, they never call. Over the past month their phone is not ringing normally, sounds dead. Also I tried a cell phone number that was given to me by one of their supervisors and it has not been answered in weeks, with no return call. I am looking for help to get my product delivered or a credit/refund on my charges.Desired Settlement: I am looking to getting my order delivered if possible in reasonable period of time or a refund of my charges through a credit card credit or business check.

Review: On April 21st, 2014 I placed an order (#[redacted]) with Archival Albums & Photo Pages for 5 personalized photo albums. I paid by check and the total was $89.67. After not receiving the order, I e-mailed Archival Albums on July17th, 2014 and received no response. That e-mailed was followed by two e-mails on August 4th, 2014, and one on September 8th, 2014. I received no response as the result of any of these e-mails. On October 13th, 2014 I tried the chat line and was told a manager would be contacting me. That never happened.

On November 4th, 2014 my husband called and finally was able to talk with a customer service representative. He insisted he needed to talk to a manger. Two days later (November 6th, 2014) the customer service representative did return that call and promised the product would be shipped within two weeks. After that time passed, he called again on November 25th, 2014 and was only able to leave a voice mail. The next day (Novembere 26th, 2014) he called again and talked with another customer service representative insisting this time we wanted a refund. On December 12th, 2014 he called an talked to yet another customer service representative telling him we had drafted a letter and would be sending it asking for a full refund. The representative said Archival Albums was caught up and the order would be to us by Christmas. He told the representative if that did not happen we wanted the refund. Having heard nothing I did send a letter on February 16th, 2015 and attached the December 12th, 2014 letter. In it I stated I demanded an immediate refund by March 1st, 2015 telling them if that did not happen the matter would be sent to the Revdex.com. If that is not successful saying we would contact the West Virginia State Attorney General consumer protection division and to check further to see if the failure to deliver the product fits within the jurisdiction of the US Postal Service as mail fraud.Desired Settlement: The only outcome we will accept is a full refund (check is acceptable) in the amount of $89.67.

Review: I placed an order on 1/28/15 and have not received my order yet. I called once and talked to a customer service person who told me it would be shipped out by 2/20/15 but that clearly has not happened. Now their phones are not working. I tried the email options but the email could not be delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered or my money refunded

Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) on 5/12/2014, it was never delivered. My credit card was billed on 5/13/2014.

I called or emailed them numerous times and was told that they would ship as soon as some warehousing

problem were solved. That never happened. On 12/12/2014 I was told a refund would be given in 10 days.

On 01/02/2015 I was told by someone named [redacted] that the refund would appear on my next credit card

statement. The statement arrived on 02/05/2015, no refund. I then called customer service, was put on hold

by a female rep. and after a few minutes was disconnected. I immediately called back and got a recording that

no one was available. Called again on 02/06/2015 and received no answer.Desired Settlement: An immediate refund.

Review: In July 2014 I ordered 4 photo albums from Archival Photo Pages through a catalog. My check was cashed months ago, but I have not received either the photo albums I ordered or a refund of the $109.85 I had sent for the albums plus shipping. I have sent letters, emails and made numerous phone calls to the company but have not received either the merchandise or a refund. I would appreciate it if you could help me either get the albums mailed to me soon or get a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of my $109.85 if it is not possible to get the photo albums I ordered. I do not think the company should be keeping my money and not sending me the albums, so I would like either the money or the albums. It has now been 7 months since I placed the order.

Review: I ordered a recipe album and 40 vinyl refill pages from the company's catalog in Feb. 2014. The total amount was $49.91 and I wrote a personal check. My check was returned shortly thereafter stating that the name of the business had changed from [redacted] (I had successfully ordered from this company in the past) to Archival Albums & Photo Pages. I sent a new check #[redacted] in the amount of $49.91 on March 1, 2014. I never received the album or a refund and my bank statements indicate that my check had been cashed, so I contacted the company via telephone. I was told initially that my products were backordered, and then that they were in a warehouse somewhere and they would be shipped right out to me. After that, the woman assured me that a refund check had been sent to me for the total amount of my order in July when I expressed that I just wanted my money back. I never received that check, and I tried to explain that to the service rep. on the telephone. Each time I've called, I've spoke to the same woman on the phone and she insists that a refund check was sent to me. Eventually, my calls went unanswered - they are now transferred to an answering service. (I have been trying to resolve this issue from March - Dec. 2014.) My daughter attempted to contact them via email, and she received the same message - a refund check was issued, please check your records. I have been over my records, I check my post office box daily, and I have not received a refund check or the products that I ordered. It has been almost an entire year of trying to deal with this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check issued to me in the full amount of my order: $49.91 a.s.a.p.

Review: I placed an online order with this company on April 12, 2014. I have not received the order, and cannot get anyone to answer the telephone regarding my order.Desired Settlement: I had a similar experience with Century Photo and reported them to you. I finally received a refund. I don't know if the two are connected, but the similarity is something I want to avoid. At this point, I'd rather find another company to order from and get a refund.

Review: I ordered over $200.00 of supplies in February and my credit card was used and they have received the money. As of today I have received NOTHING I ordered in February! I have called many times and have had to leave a 'call back' number, but have received no call backs. I have chatted with their online chat system and have been given repeated untruths about service, etc. I was told in February I would receive my supplies in 7-14 days. They even gave me a tracking number to follow, but UPS was never told to pick up the merchandise! I have been 'promised' this problem would be checked out, but have received no phone call, no e-mail, and no merchandise!! I don't understand how they can keep customers if other folks are treated this way; it doesn't speak well of them at all.

Is there anything you can do to help me in this matter? They have my money and I have no supplies!!!!! I have even written a letter to them and nothing has happened! I would appreciate any help or advise you can give me.

Review: I placed an order with this company on August 22, 2014. I have not received the items I ordered yet (1-2-2015). I have called many times, only getting a recording to leave my name and phone number and a call wold be returned to me. I have emailed and faxed my complaints. I have received an email once with apologies and that the items would be mailed out "no later than mid -November at the latest" and still I have not received my order nor have I gotten a response from them !Desired Settlement: I want a response from this company right away ! I want my order right away ! I want this company to refund my money AND send me the items I ordered for this extreme lack of unprofessional business practices ! I

Review: This company in addition to the charge for my order, also put a fraudulent charge on my card. The customer service is nonexistent, I have repeatedly left messages and emails for weeks with no return response. I received a confirmation email, but a month later I have not received the product, nor an email that confirms the order has even shipped (the website says that it will send an email when order has shipped to give you the estimated delivery). I am completely disgusted and would definitely advise anyone from ordering from this website.Desired Settlement: I would like my order and I would like it NOW. I would also like an explanation of the fradulent charges (the credit card company has already disputed them, but I want the details of why they tried to rip me off!).

Review: I purchased many items from Archival on 01/19/2014 for $180.39 and they took my money on Mastercard on 02/05/2014. Called when not received anything early Feb. and was told it was being shipped on 02/27/2014. Called 03/31/14 when items not received and was told items will be shipped 04/08/14. Called 04/15/14 and was told items going out Wed. or Thurs. Called 04/23/14 and told partial shipment will be sent out on 04/25/14. Received nothing so called 05/28/14 and ask for refund. June 9th 2014 got email that item to be shipped on 06/26/14. Sent message on 07/07/14 that nothing has been received. Sent another message to Alex Coy customer service and order will be shipped 07/28/14. On 07/08/14 ask for refund on items that were back log. On 07/15/14 I sent email to Alex Coy stating no refund has been received and he replied on 07/15/14 stating he didn't see a credit issued but would put one in asap. On 08/07/14 I emailed and asked about refund and I was Emailed backed that someone would call me about refund in 2 days or less. On 08/09/14 sent email that no-one called and begged them to send me my $180 refund. On 08/11/14 Mike emailed and said check would be sent out ASAP. Still no refund check so emailed on 08/21/14 got no reply so called on 08/22/14 and customer service on phone said he saw were I asked for refund 2 months ago and said he would make sure it will be sent out ASAP. Well it's 08/28/14 and no check and I am begging you's to get on Archival back and get them to send my $180 ASAP overnite mail. Hope the Revdex.com is powerful as you make yourself out to be. Review: I made an online purchase from this website on 1/28/2014 at 6:11 PM. The order number is [redacted] and I paid for the items using my PayPal account. I failed to receive the merchandise or a refund or information regarding this order. I finally sent an email on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 5:16 PM requesting reimbursement for the $89.85 charged to my PayPal account when the order was placed. I received an email reply on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at 3:49 PM, indicating a refund request had been forwarded and the refund would be in the form of a check. I never received a check so on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 9:59 AM, I sent another email requesting an immediate resolution to the issue. Later in May I received an email indicating my merchandise would be shipped no later than June 11, 2014, and that, if there was an additional delay, I would be notified by that date. I have since had no correspondence from the company in spite of the fact that I sent another email on Friday, July 25, 2014, respectfully requesting an acknowledgement of the email and an immediate refund of $89.85. I have received automated responses to my various emails indicating a receipt of the messages and promising further contact within 24 hours, a promise that was not kept. I have not pursued the matter over the phone because I prefer to be able to document my communications and am personally unable to do that over the phone.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a check in the amount of $89.85, the amount of the charge made to my PayPal account at the time of the original order in January 2014.

I ordered plastic insert photo pages. I waited a month or more before contacting them. They said they had problems but would put my name on the rush list or something to that affect.

Three weeks later I called them again and they were apologetic but said they had solved their shipping problem(s) and I would get my order within 2 weeks or less.

My order was never shipped. I contacted them again by phone and by e-mail and never got a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order sent to me or a refund check.
