Review: Place order on 7/20/3014.No product shipped as Credit card charged.Cancelled order #[redacted] on 09/28/2014.Contact stated credit card would be credited.Phoned 1/22/2015 as no credit appeared on statement.Emailed contact on 1/22/2015 stating no credit.Called repeatedly.Customer service mgr., [redacted] sent email 2/7/2015 stating refund check would be sent.As of 3/30/2015... Review: I placed an order for some pages and a photo album on Feb. 10, 2015. I was told over the phone I would have it in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I tried getting in touch woth them by phone, email and live chat. The phone never gets answered or I get cut off or the call gets dropped. I have called numerous times to no avail. On live chat I was told the merchandise was being shipped and they took my email (again) and told me I would be sent a tracking number which wasn't done either. They charged my credit card the day they took the order but I still have nothing. THe email I sent came back as undeliverable so I am thinking they have skipped town or whatever since they are impossible to get a hold of.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund sent to me or credited on my card they have on file.

Review: On January 8, I ordered an album and 1 package of photo pages from this company. Payment was accepted through Paypal. I had to call the company a couple of times, but finally received the album in late February, but did not receive the photo pages. I have called 3/10/14, 3/24/14, 3/25/14, sent email and chatted with their customer service person on 4/15/14. Each time I have been told that the item was backorder but will ship within 8-10 days. I have still not received the photo pages or a refund for this item. The total order was$45.88. At this point I want my money back but have not received that either.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me a check in the mail for the photo pages that I have paid for and I would like for other people to be warned about this company.

Review: On January 13th, I ordered photo pages and album at a cost of $77.04 that was charged to my credit card immediately. I have never received the products. I have contacted the company probably 10 times, receiving promises of a refund several times, another time promising delivery of product, but nothing has been done. In fact, eight days ago they generated a shipping label for the order with UPS, but still never actually shipped it as UPS has not received the package to begin the delivery process. I request a refund check to be sent to my address in the amount of $77.04. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with for internet shopping, and wonder if it is even an actual company, or simply a fraudulent operation out of someone's garage.

Review: ordered product [redacted] Recipe Album Cards & Pages 40 - 5" X 8" - and paid in advance by check dated 1/19/2014 in the amount of $57.88 - (my check was cashed by them on 1/30/2014) - received in march AB005 & AB008 which were 2X3 inch cards and not what I had ordered- called 3/18, advised them of problem. they would call back on 3/19 - got no call back - called again on 3/20 left message to call me - called them again on 3/21 they responded and said new order would be entered and ship labels to return incorrect product would be sent to me- should receive new product in 10-14 days (and that they had not processed a new order per my last phone call.) 4/11 having received no product,I called got no reply - called again on 4/14 and requested a refund and they agreed to sent one and would E mail a return label for the incorrect product that I had received. 4/16 called them again - did not get return label (received no comment) they said a refund check had been cut on 4/15 and should be mailed on 4/16 and I should receive it by 4/18- as of 4/21 I have not received a refund check.

Review: On May 17, 2014 I sent a check in the amount of $32.94, which they cashed on May 24th. I have had numerous e-mails and telephone conversations stating they would supply the product. I have also asked for a refund, which has never came. The last telephone call was on 12/15/2014, and they stated they would send my combo pack within 10 days. It is now January 3, 2015 and still no combo pack! It seems they have pulled a scam of taking my money and not giving me the product OR returning my money. Can you help? It has been almost eight months since this began. Yet I keep getting catalogs in the mail!Desired Settlement: If they cannot deliver the order, a refund in cash!

Review: I ordered album pages last March. Archival Photo Pages charged my debit card $43.92, but has failed to deliver the album pages despite numerous phone calls. All I get from these folks are broken promises. They gave me a UPS tracking number. UPS never received the merchandise for delivery.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I'll order from a reputable business.

Review: I sent an order by mail for albums and sent a check with it for $265.85. The letter was sent in early April and the check was cashed April 17 (proof by my the bank - I also have a copy of the order form that was sent). I have not gotten any items and I have tried to contact them by phone multiple times and by email. Nothing. I think this is a fraudulent business. I want my money back - this is theft. Review: I placed an order with this company 12/23/14 that they billed my credit card in Jan15 for $31.79. I sent a request for shipment tracking info 02/02/15 that they responded there was a delay in my shipment but I should receive the order soon. After a couple follow ups I sent a request 04/07/15 that they cancel my order to which they sent a reply 04/08/15 saying they would cancel my order and issue a refund. I received my credit card statement last week that had no refund issued. I have sent 2 additional follow up e-mails that I have not received a reply on and now cannot get through on their phone #.Desired Settlement: I would like my order canceled and the amount refunded that was charged to my card.

I think they should be investigated as I have seen multiple complaints on the internet regarding them. I know a lot of people are receiving catalogs from them that were previous customers of [redacted] - including my elderly mother in [redacted] that was preparing to send over $100 order to them when I was visiting her in April and advised her not to do that due to the issues I am having.

No [redacted] My check was cashed and no order even came to my address I have called several times and no answer-i got through one time and told them what happened and they hung up on me. Review: I mailed an order to Archival Photo Pages on May 1,2014. My check was cashed May 6, 2014. I have not received the articles that I ordered and unable to get a person on the telephone. The recorded voice states there is a large volume of telephone calls and they will contact you in 24-48 hours. I have called three times in the last two weeks. I think this company may be moving around in the United States. For many years I ordered products from Century Photo. I cannot remember the name of their location. I had very good results for many years and then suddenly I could not contact them. I did not receive my last order from them. Months later I did get someone on the telephone and they had no record of my order even though the check had been cashed. I continued to receive e-mails from them. A year ago I received a catalog from a company with the same merchandise that I had been ordering from Century Photo. The company was located somewhere in the north Eastern states but do not remember exactly where. I liked their products very much so I ordered from them and received the products promptly. A few months ago I received a catalog from Archival Photo Pages with products like I had ordered from Century Photo, therefore I thought I would try them. I am beginning to think this company is moving around the United States and scamming people. I would like to have the products.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the products that I ordered.

I am contacting you because you wanted to know if my problem with Archival Albums and Photo Pages had been resolved. As of today August 4 2014 it has not been resolved. On June 23rd I received a telephone call from someone that stated that the items I ordered would be mailed the next day. On July 20 I sent a certified letter to the company and [redacted] B signed for the letter. I never heard from anyone and they had my telephone number and e-mail address.

Review: I placed my order (online) on 1/10/14 and ordered 2 Timeless Photo Albums along with packs of Middle Weight Archival photo pages. I received a hand written note dated February 7, 2014 that my order would be to me by February 20th from [redacted] (the note had a phone # of 1-877-814-2554). I finally received my order on March 12, 2014, but unfortunately I did not receive the specific items that I ordered. I have sent an email message to the company, and have called and left a voice message that my order was not completed as I ordered, but I can not get a response from the company. (Although both the email and voice message indicated I would get a response from a representative within 24 hours). The problem is that I only received one of the timeless photo albums that I ordered. I ordered a medium blue and a pink album but I only received the blue album. Can you please help me in contacting this company.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive the additional album.

Review: We placed an order (#[redacted]) with ArchivalPhotoPages.com on 8/25/2015 for photo albums and refill pages. Please note this order included our [redacted] account number. This is not our first order with them and we have always received past orders in a timely manner.When the charge was not included on our [redacted] statement, I started attempting to resolve this issue. I have tried to reach them by telephone 3 times and by email once. To date, Ive been unable to contact them in any manner. Every time I check their website, I find the Live Support is Offline. As of this morning, their website is still active. We have never been charged for our order nor have we received any products.When you click on Order Status or Shopping Cart, you get a message: This Connection is Untrusted. I refuse to continue because I dont want to risk a virus or other problem.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a phone call from Archival Albums & Photo Pages so we can complete the order or find out what happened. Do we need to find a new source for these items?

Review: On October 8th 2014 I mailed an order, accompanied by a personal check, to archival photo pages, with the intent to purchase two packages of photo album sheets. The check was for $39.17. On October 27th 2014 the check had been cashed by the company and the amount of $39.17 was removed from my account. I have yet to receive the photo album pages or any confirmation of the order. I have called the company's listed number several times to find out if my order has been shipped. I have never spoken to a sales associate. Everytime I call even once at midnight I have been met with the same message "all our lines are busy please hold for the next available associate". If you wait on the phone long enough you are directed to leave your name, phone number, and a brief message. I have done this several times and have not been contacted. I have also had my daughter email them several times and have not received any reply beyond that they had received an email.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like to have my order delivered; however, if they are unable to send the product, I would like to have my $39.17 refunded. I am 79 years old and on a fixed income. I don't really have the luxury of having almost $40 disappear without anything to show for it. Thank you for your time, hopefully this can be resolved soon.

Review: I ordered products from this company (Combo Pack #2 x 2, Albums x 2) in August 2014 and paid 67.85. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions and have been told that I would receive a call back regarding my non delivery of products. I have also send numerous emails to find out about the status of my purchase. My check has already been cashed and I have yet to receive my order. The last time I contacted the company via email was 8 Nov 2014 and was told I would be contacted in 24 hrs. Review: I ordered a large order (NO. [redacted]) total of $172.59 on June 9, 2014. I received a confirmation. They sent through my payment immediately. On June 27, 2014 an e-mail stated that the order would be shipped on June 28TH. I still haven't received the order. Review: 4-6-14 I ordered two oversized photo binders from Archival Photo Images..I called numerous times looking for delivery and was advised it was on back ordered. On May 14, 2014 I called to cancel order- spoke with someone (didn't get name) and called a 2nd time to cancel order. Called numerous times to cancel order, the machine always said "do not keep calling back, it will take longer to return calls- one call is enough." Early on I spoke with a person- but calling on 5-14, 6-9-14, 7-14-14..it was just the machine. The package arrived in July while I was out of town. I did check the contents of the box. The product is inferior- the plastic material is bubbled all over- it's trash.

The transaction was done on Paypal and Paypal couldn't do anything for me- it was over 60 days. I don't feel this company should advertise on line if they never follow thru.Desired Settlement: I do not want replacment- I request a refund of $53.85 and if the company would like their photo binders back- they can send me a return bill of lading.

I order this produce in good faith and they failed to handle this transaction in good faith.

Review: I placed a orde for $230.64 worth of Albums and photo pages on 7/28/14. I spoke with [redacted] and order number was receieved. She told me that my items would arrive in 10-14 days. After approx 2 weeks my items never arrived. I again called and spoke to [redacted] who told my that there was a problem with my albums that needed to be personalized and the order would be processed the following week and sent out to me. My credit card was already charged the amount shown. I have been trying to reach this company all during this week. 877-814-2554. the phone either rings once and stops or never rings at all.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive my items with a nice discount/reimbursement for the time and inconvienence this has caused me !

Review: I placed an order back in February, 2014. My check dated 2/1/14 was cashed on 02/19/14. I never received my order. Over the course of the past 5 months, I have communicated with Archival SEVERAL times via phone calls and emails. They can never find my order or find me in their system. Then when I pressure them, they promise they will take care of it and send my order but I never get it. When I send an email to their website, I get a reply stating that they will get back to me within 24 hours. They never do. After reading other reviews and complaints about them, I ask how can they get away with ripping people off over and over with no consequences?Desired Settlement: I want the products that I paid for.
