Review: I purchased three photo albums with photo pages on March 14, 2014, paid in full and have not received these items. I have chatted with customer service twice since then and was assured that these would be shipped out the following week. They were not. The order number is $2800 and the price I paid was $104.14Desired Settlement: I would like my items, or a full refund.

Review: I ordered from this company in October 2014. They charged my credit card and I have never received the product. I called them two weeks ago regarding this matter and they would not let me speak to a supervisor. WA;TER kept telling me there was a problem with the warehouse. I called 6 times in one day. Finally they told me they would send my order out in one week. I still have not received it. The order was for $88.73. Today when I called the phone number it goes directly to "leave a message" and when it goes to "dial 0 for operator" it cuts me off.

Review: We purchased photo albums & pages from the [redacted] web-site in March, 2015 and have yet to receive any merchandise. We have contacted the company via email, the [redacted] phone # as well as to a personal cell phone of La[redacted] (phone # = [redacted]) who had previously contacted us about the order to get our credit card security #. She told us she was an Operations Manager with the company. We paid the credit card bill in April, 2015 for a total of $209.58. . The credit card receipt listed "SQ [redacted]". As of Sept 11, 2015, we have received NO merchandise and the company will not return our phone calls or emails. We contacted our credit card company but since it is more than 160 days since the purchase, they will not help us recover our merchandise or money.Desired Settlement: We really would like to get the ordered merchandise and if the company cannot deliver that to us, we would like our credit card "credited" for the full amount that has been paid ($209.58).

Review: On July 29, 2014, I ordered two Archival Photo Page items on the company's website (Part Nos. POLY5M44x11V and POLY5M28x10V) in the amount of $19.97 each (subtotal $39.94) plus shipping & handling in the amount of $9.97 for a total of $49.91. My VISA credit card was charged immediately by this company. It is now Oct. 9, 2014 and have not received my order. I have tried to call numerous times to inquire about the order. Early on the answer was the order is backordered, but now I don't get to speak with anyone when I call about the order and have to leave a message. My calls are not being answered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in the amount of $49.91.

Review: I sent this company my check for $243.49 on September 2, 2014. The check was cashed (long ago). Despite several phone calls and e-mails I still do not have either the pages I ordered or my money back. They keep saying they will comply, but they don't.Desired Settlement: Either my money back or the pages I ordered.

Review: We Ordered Photo Albums and Pages on 7/19/2014. And have not received anything. Our credit card was charged $103.79. Called on 9/14/14-Representative [redacted] answered and said they would ship on 9/20/14. Did not receive anything. Called on 11/10/14-Rep. [redacted] said will partial ship & balance of order was hung up in customs. Again did not receive anything. Call on 1/5/15-Rep. [redacted] said we would receive order in one week. Again did not receive anything. Called on 2/3/15-Rep. Aula said she would check & call back. Never heard from anyone. Called on 2/12/15-Rep. [redacted] said will give message to his manager. Nothing again. Called on 2/23/15-Rep. [redacted] gave us [redacted] the Supervisors phone #. We called and left Message. Nothing again. Called on 2/16/15-Rep. [redacted] was to give info to Manager again. Again nothing. We have called many time in between the above calls and never was able to speak to anyone. Left many messages. From 3/2/15 on we call and it rings and then makes a clicking noise and then nothing.Desired Settlement: If possible we would like the merchandise we ordered. Review: I ordered 4 albums from this company on Dec 2, 2014 and I have never received my products, but they did charge my credit card for the total amount of $32.66. I have tried calling them and their phone just rings then hangs up. I emailed them and just get an auto response back to call the same number I've been calling.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded for the total amount charged.

Review: I placed an order 7/3/15 and should have received it in 10-14 business days. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone and email. It is only automated responses that state someone will contact you in 24 hours, but no one does. The email kicks back the same 24 hour response promise but no one responds. I sent an email wishing to cancel this large order but still received no response other than the promise that someone will contact me in 24 hours, which never happens. I worry that this company is a scam and now they have my mailing and credit card info. I worry that this company even exists. Especially since no one at any area responds after 2 weeks of my attempted contacts have resulted in any help.Desired Settlement: Contact from the company, if one exists, to verify cancellation of the order. If this company is a fake, then I need to proceed with cancelling my credit card to protect myself. Perhaps others need to be aware of this companies practices.

On July 23, 2014, consumer/complainant ordered from Archival Albums & Photo Pages, 2498 Roll Drive, San Diego, CA 92154, several photo transparency pages. Check ($65.85) was posted July 31, 2014. Said order, now 63 days, NEVER has been received. Six phone calls and several verbal notices were recorded on their telephone leave-message system. Never could we talk to a service representative. Further, a written message on their WEB clearly demanded of them to ship that item ASAP. No "delay or back-order" has not been received. Optional methods to either cancel, money back, or receive a response are restricted because the company offers NO recourse to consumers. Archival Albums & Photo Pages has our money, consumer has no ordered item.

Review: April 24, 2014 I ordered $53.24 worth of photo pages and an album via [redacted] by phone. Order No. [redacted]. Products never came. Emailed them May 6, May 21, June 2- responses if any were things like album not arrived yet; Ready to ship May 13; Going into production May 22. By June 2 I was so frustrated I requested a refund credit. June 10 I emailed another request. Their reply was inventory issues check to be mailed in 2-3 weeks. June 12- they said they put in request for check. July 17 I emailed them again still no refund. Their reply they put in a another request for a check. July 24 spoke to [redacted] OPS Manager. Said she was cutting the check. Aug 10 no check -emailed them again reply from [redacted] was it takes up to 4 weeks. Aug 14- Jeffery put me on hold 5 min, I called back spoke to [redacted] again- she was checking with her boss, [redacted]. He told her check was supposed to come direct from bank. [redacted] admitted she let the ball fall and did not bring matter to him as she said on July 24. She said she was bringing it to him right then. Aug 21- Asked [redacted] again to speak to [redacted] didn't know where check was but would ifnd it and put in mail. Sept 1- I tried to fax a complaint letter to [redacted]- fax did not go through-rapid busy signal. I emailed the letter. No reply. Sept 5 I called today- rapid busy signal. After all this time I doubt I will ever see my refund and have no product and am very frustrated and upset over this whole situation. I wish I had checked with Revdex.com first as I had experienced previous problems with [redacted] but eventual;ly got the products.Desired Settlement: As I mentioned above I just want the refund either to my Visa or a check as had been promised since june 10.

Review: I received an unrequested catalog from this company.

I wanted one of their products.

I called.

I got through after some problem on 4 Aug. I ordered $76.19n and gave them my credit card. It was processed. Then after the OK from the credit card company, the attendant tells me that the product is back ordered for two weeks. Why not tell me to call back or anything. They wanted my money. After two wks and on the 21st Aug, I tried to call. No lines would answer. Finally, I left a message that should have been answered in 24 hrs. No return. I then tried again on 22 AUG, NO ANSWER. I emailed 3 times..NO ANSWER. It has been two days since I visited the bank to have them check. NO ANSWER. In fact my banker could not, after trying get through to talk to them.Desired Settlement: I wish to be done with them and have my money refunded. I want the Revdex.com to look into their business practices. I will call the California Customer protection to give the same information. If they are not dishonest, then they are a terrible business who is probably doing the same dirty practice with others.

I will also say that I had a similar problem with Century Photo in Rochester NY. I finally was a pain so often that I had my purchase returned and it was for the same reason, OUT of Stock. The source of my catalog may have been the NY firm.

Review: Placed an on-line order on July 8, 2014 for $33 worth of merchandise. My credit card was billed on July 9, 2014. Have called their customer service 3 times and have been told that: (1)they had computer system issues and (2) they were back logged on orders and (3) they were caught up and my order should ship the following week. It is now August 19th and I have no merchandise or notification of when to expect it. My order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise that I ordered, if available in a reasonable time, to be shipped to me. I would also like to be notified of date that merchandise will be shipped. If items are not available, I would like a refund of the amount billed to my credit card.

Review: On June 25, 2014 I placed an order (#3736) and did not receive it. I have contacted them numerous times and there have been just as numerous diverse reasons, excuses, apologies and promises but no product. It was paid for on July 1, 2014. I wrote to them on January 19, 2015 but no response. They have stopped returning my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order and an e-mail.

Review: I placed an order with Archival Albums & Photo Pages on 9/22/2014 order #4533 for photo albums and photo pages. The total including the shipping was $174.82 and it was charged to my ** on Sept 24. After about a month later I chatted on line with a company representative about the status of my request. (Phone calls do not work). The person said (typed) that photo pages were available, but the albums were on back order. I asked to send that part of the order that was available, but I never received anything. After another 3 weeks I chatted with the company about my order. They said they would have someone call me about the order and I never heard anything. On November 19, 2014 I sent a letter to company to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card. I did not see any credit on my credit card statement. On January 7, 2015 I chatted the company again about my request to cancel the order and refund my money. They claimed their system was down and they could not check my account and promised their account department would get in touch with me. Still not word from from them. I have not received a refund on my credit card statement and I can no longer dispute the credit card charge. From the complaints on the Revdex.com of SD website, I see that this company is having repeated problems delivering their products.Desired Settlement: The company has my original order and I want my credit card refunded.

The company charged my credit card at that time. After two weeks I began calling the company at least once a week. Each time I was given a different excuse and a promise that I would receive my merchandise within the next week. Review: I purchased a Kitchen Recipe Album Set on April 28, 2014 in the amount of $54.94. My Visa was charged that amount on 4/28/2014. The Order was taken by "Heidi". I was told the item would be delivered approx. June 2014.Called May 19,14' talked to [redacted] & was told the item was in shipment & would receive 10-14 days. I called June 22, 14' received a recording $ left message. I called June 24th,2014 and NO ONE answered any of their lines (I tried every line). At this point I believe my money & merchandise has been stolen. Please warn EVERYONE about this fraudulent (LAW intentional deception company.Desired Settlement: Original purchase price of $54.94.

I have called multiple times and each time they have a different excuse. Out of stock, shipped delayed, shipment delayed on the Mexican border....

They say, "ship next week, it will ship in a week to ten days, As of today, NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS OF THIS WRITING.Desired Settlement: I would be happy if he product would arrive. I have been unable to find like product anyway else. If they do not have the product a refund to my credit card would be second best!

Review: I ordered photo pages and albums from this business. My check was dated January 14, 2014. The check for $84.85 cleared my bank on 2/3/14. I have called numerous times and get a recording. Someone has called back and said the order would be shipped. It has not be received. I am totally frustrated and would like my order or my money back. I do not wish to talk to them again since they are not truthful. Before I placed the order I asked if they were the same company as Century Photo who I had previously done business with and never received my order from them (a few years ago). They told me they were not the same company and my order would be shipped in a reasonable amount of time after the order was received. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning this company and my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this resolved as soon as possible. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office as well. I have informed the company that I was going to file these complaints.
