Review: On Aug. 5, 2014 I ordered photo pages from this company online. On Aug. 7, 2014 my account was charged $58.33 for the pages. I have not received the pages and am not able to contact them. They do not answer the phone, it is busy or I leave a message for them to call me back. I E-mailed them, they respond that they will contact me but they don't. I would like to receive the photo pages or have the money refunded. Their phone number is 877-814-2554.Desired Settlement: I either want the merchandise or a refund.

Review: I placed an order with Archival Photo Pages in January and my credit card was billed for the amount of the order (around $224.00). It is now late June and I have still not received my order or a refund. I first contacted them in February when my visa bill came in and had been charged but I had no product. They said I should track down my package myself with [redacted] and gave me the tracking code.

I tried to do this but it only showed that it was in process. When nothing showed up, I contacted them again and they tried again to get me to track down my package. I told them that it was their responsibility to which they replied that once it had left their building it was no longer their responsibility. I insisted that they take responsibility and it turns out the order was never filled. I continued to have email correspondence with them throughout March, April, May and June. They explained (when they finally responded) that there were some problems on their end but they promised to rectify those problems.

Obviously they haven't. I have sent multiple emails to them (calling them is pointless because after being on hold for a few minutes I am always told to leave a message --to which they don't respond). When I send an email, I receive an automated response saying that someone will respond within 24 hours -- that never happens. So bottom line ... I am out over $220.00 and have no product from them as well and this has been going on for over 6 months!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check in the amount of my order. I would also appreciate some interest paid to me as well since I'm sure they benefitted from having my money and they have been such a pain to deal with!

Review: I ordered two (2) Recipe Albums, item @ [redacted], BY MAIL, from this company on October 28, 2014. I enclosed my check @3109 in the amount of $94.88 in payment of the order. The check was paid by my bank on November 7, 2014. I have not received this merchandise or a refund. Repeated attempts to contact this business by phone only go to a non-working number. Emails are answered by an automatic response advising they will contact me within 24 hours, but they never do..Desired Settlement: I WANT TO RECEIVE THE TWO RECIPE ALBUMS ORDERED, OR A PROMPT REFUND.

Review: In August 2014 I placed an order for some photo pages. My check was cashed within 9 days (8-14-2014) and I still have not received my order. I have called them 3 times and was told the product was back ordered, or they had trouble with the supplier and the latest I heard was " if the order has not come in by Dec. 29, we will refund your money". I have not received anything. I am very disappointed with their service. I told them I was going to report them to Revdex.com. They did not seem too concerned. I had trouble with a previous order, but I did eventually get it, but it did not take this long. They told me they had trouble with the suppliers. I would think they would look for another supplier or else quit mailing out the catalogs.Desired Settlement: If they cannot fulfill my order I would like my money back

Review: I ordered photo books and photo pages in February, 2014. I got everything I ordered except for (2) packages of 4 x 6 photo pages that I ordered. I did live chat several times with customer service online and was told they would mail them and I never did get them. The last response I received was they were going to mail them and gave me a tracking# and every time I've checked the tracking, it was never received by UPS. The last 2 times I sent e-mails, I get a quick response that they would contact me within 24 hours and I have waited for days and no response. The last e-mail I sent I asked them if they were not going to send me the photo pages, they needed to send credit on my credit card as my credit card was billed for entire order.

Review: Placed order on-line on 3/2/14 for 4 album kits and credit card charged immediately for $94.87. Have not received any of the albums, Have contacted them by phone and on-line e-mail link from their web page multiple times just about every month since the order. On the phone 3 months after order originally they said inventory issues with supplier and promised delivery next week. Did receive an e-mail reply a couple of times, again promising delivery. Review: My order was placed on January 3,2015 over the phone with a gentleman. The order number is [redacted] and expected delivery was 10-14 days. A credit card number was given to process the order. My card has been charged but the products have not yet arrived. I have called 1-877-814-2554 multiple times and have left a message. Note that the answering machine message was very old, wishing people a happy Memorial Day weekend when I was leaving the message in February/March. When I called in April & May the phone automatically disconnected and I could not even leave a message. No one called back. I went to their website (www.archivalphotopages.com) and the screens did not come in properly and contact information could not be accessed.Desired Settlement: Please refund my money by crediting my credit card.

Review: We orded photo pages from the company on January 1, 2015 and they cashed the check on February 11, 2015. We have not received the order. We have tried to contact the company via phone and their on line"speak to an operator" help line, We cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to the on line HELP.Desired Settlement: Send us the order or refund our money!

Review: This company did not send the items ordered and has not refunded my money--$169.82. There has been correspondence for April of 2014 and they keep saying "a request was sent to their book keeping department but we never get the refund.[redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want is the refund they keep promising. $169.82

Review: Archival Photos processed my check on Dec. 31, 2014. I gave them my e-mail address for shipping conformation, tracking number, back order information etc.. I have never received my products. I have never received an e-mail concerning my order. I have tried to reach them by phone numerous times. I get a recording every time. They never respond to the messages that I leave. A few years ago I had the same problem with a company called [redacted]. I feel that perhaps there is a connection between these two companies.Desired Settlement: I would like the products or a refund. My concern with a refund is that I don't trust them to send a valid check.

Review: On 7/31/2014 I placed order 4195 for 4 photo albums and 4 photo album slipcases - $105.73 billed to my [redacted]. The order was never shipped to me. Within the last six months I received a phone call from Archival Photo Pages stating that they were going to ship the order, but the order was never shipped.Desired Settlement: Can you please have Archival Photo Pages issue me a refund for my order. Review: Photo pages were ordered 6-19-2014, paid by check for $34.94 (which was promptly cashed).

Multiple emails have been exchanged since 9-2014, promises made, and now calls made to the number provided skip right to busy signal. My emails receive an automatic "a customer service rep will get back to you w/in 24 hours", but of course I hear nothing.

Review: I ordered two photo notebooks, and several refill pages from this company, as I have in the past for several years. This time, however, it took a long time to receive the product, and I contacted the company about the order. I received a response from [redacted], Operations Manager stating that they had had some shipping dept errors, and they were trying to correct the problem as quickly as possible and an E-mail would be going out the first of April to let us know of an arrival date. I have not received the product or the E-mail to tell me when I can even expect delivery. Inquiries since this time, March 25th, have not had a response, and neither have online inquiries as well as phone calls. They cashed my check but I still have not received the product, and am unable to contact them.Desired Settlement: Since it does not seem I will get the product, I would like a refund of $55.

Review: January 3rd 2015 placed order totaling $ 80.16 with company.confirmation [redacted]late January charge card was charged.they do not answer their phone and 99% of responses to emails are automatic.In 60 emails I received system is down (Jan 15)apology email from [redacted] (customer service manager)saying system still down (Feb 5)another apology email from [redacted] and to email her with questions(Apr 6)received another apology from [redacted] saying will send email with tracking when shipped (Apr 7) and nothing since.oh sorry auto responses as recent as yesterday.Won't answer phone again today. Review: April 6, 2014: I had a catalog from this company and on April 6, 2014 placed an order with them on their website, "http://www.archivalphotopages.com”.

April 22, 2014: (approximately): After two weeks with no delivery I contacted the company by phone to inquire about the status of the order. I was told they had an inventory problem but that everything had come in and the items would be shipped within 48 hours.

May 3, 2014: I contacted the company again and this time by email inquiring on the status of the order. They replied to that inquiry that a UPS tracking number ([redacted]) had been issued and the tracking number should update via UPS.com by Thursday the latest (that would have been on May 8, 2014).

May 9, 2014: Having checked the UPS tracking number with no results I once again contacted Archival Photo Pages by email. Their response this time was that they were misinformed about the actual shipping date and that the items would now be picked up by UPS early the next week. Next week never came for shipment.

June 18, 2014: After another round of unsatisfactory results I requested a refund in the amount of $62.54. Their response to me was dated June 24, 2014 and reads as follows: “I have put in a request for a refund. Refunds normally take up to 3 weeks to arrive and come in the form of a check. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us back.”

July 24, 2014: I sent another email inquiring why there was a delay in my refund. To date, I have not heard anything from them in response to this inquiry.Desired Settlement: Refund my money promptly and remove my name from their mailing list.

Review: on Aug. 21 we ordered 3 packs of photo pages (poly3m6*4x6) check cleared bank Sept. 4 several phone attempts have not been answered several attempts at emails - one said order would be shipped Oct. 15 by ups , never was finally on Nov. 7 we got another email saying they would let us no about our order after next working day we haven't heard from them yetorder was 41.91 plus 9.97 shipping maybe not a lot to some but it's enough for us that wejust don't want to throw it away because of some bad companyDesired Settlement: we would like our order shipped now or the full amount (51.88) refunded now[redacted] & ([redacted] please help get this settled thank you for your time and consideration

Review: I placed order #[redacted] on July 10th 2014 and my American Express was charged immediately by Archival Albums & Photo Pages and still to this day have been calling and only receiving voice mail messages saying they will call back, with no responses given. Review: 6/15/2014 - From Archival Photo Pages, I ordered (Order [redacted]) two Collectors Classic 10-Album Matched Sets, One in Sapphire Navy, the other in Hunter Green. Each set included 375 Photo Pages for 6 - 4" x 6" Photos and 125 Photo Pages for 2 - 8-1/2" x 11" Photos. In addition I ordered 20 (25 /pack) Photo Pages for 2 - 8-1/2" x 11", 20 (1pr/pk) sheet lifters, 3 (6/pk) spine pockets and 4 (8 tabs/pk) packs of clear index Tabs.

6/18/2014 - My Credit Card was charged $929.53 (effective 6/16/2014) the value of the entire order. It seemed odd that the business location was shown as the state of Connecticut, for it had an area 619 phone number, and a San Diego address.

6/23/2014 - Received notification from UPS that I should expect two, one pound (each) boxes from Archival Photo Pages.

6/25/2014 - Received one, one pound box via UPS containing 6 (25/pack) Photo Pages for 6 - 4" x 6" Photos, value $83.82.

The packing slip indicated that all but three items were released for shipment and that 18 (1pr/pk) sheet lifters, 3 (8 tabs/pk.) Index Tabs and 6 (25/pack) Photo Pages for 6 - 4" x 6" Photos were on back order. The photo Pages received were checked as part of the back orders. The Packing Slip indicated that it was a partial shipment and the balance would be shipped on 7/10/2014.

7/1/2014 - After waiting one week and not receiving the second package I e-mailed a followup to [email protected]. Their reply was, “A customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.” That never happened.

Over the next 10 weeks I sent several e-mails and placed several phone calls and to all I received the same reply, We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. No one has ever responded to any e-mail or phone call.

9/20/2014 - This time I sent a strongly worded e-mail (fit for family reading) requiring an acceptable e-mail reply by 9/24/2014.

9/25/2014 - I have not received an answer to the e-mail sent yesterday. Knowing that the business was located in San Diego, I went to the address listed on the web site to speak, in person, with someone and what I learned was; the address is a Postal Annex business and the Suite number, 1618, is a mail box at the Postal Annex. The clerk advised me that very infrequently does anyone pick up the mail.

Review: I am writing to get help in receiving a product. I placed an online order May 23, 2015. I did not receive any product. I started calling the company on June 10, 2015 with no response. On June 17 I received a voice message from [redacted] at the company. I called her back and she said that they were having problems but that they were resolved at this time and that the product would be shipped in 2-3 business days with delivery 3-4 business days later. [redacted] said that I could call her back if I did not receive the product. No product was received and I started calling [redacted] and the company. I have called [redacted]'s cell number 4 times with no response from [redacted]. I have called the customer service number with the company 2 times with no response from the company. My credit card has been charged as of June 18, 2015 for the full amount of the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund as the product has not arrived and I do not want to do business with this company any longer.

I mailed an order to this company on October 28, 2014. The order was received because my check cleared my bank on November 10.

Contact with the company has been useless. First, I called and was told someone from the warehouse would call me the following day. No call was received.

Then, emails were sent twice and each time the response was “Our system is down and we cannot check on your order at this time.” Presumably, their system is still not “up-and-running” since no follow-up messages have been received.

Next, I sent a letter to the company president on March 18 asking that [redacted] call me regarding the status of my order. I have not received a call or any other correspondence.

As it has now been more than six months since I placed my order, I hope you can somehow assist me in receiving my merchandise.
