Review: We first ordered items in early February 2014. Some items arrived (very late) in late March, but some never arrived at all! We have made repeated calls requesting these items, or a refund for items not delivered and have received the response that they would be shipped within a week or a few weeks, but they never came. Now it is four months later...Desired Settlement: We want the order delivered promptly, or failing that, prompt reimbursement by credit card. We also would like an apology and explanation.

Review: Is this a safe working business? I ordered from them and have waited a long time. I understand the former company had gone bankrupt. They do not answer their phone for orders or customer service.I did not make a date I ordered but was in Jan. or Feb. I do not believe it has been charged to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would just like the product and also find out from you if it is a true business.

Review: I ordered Products from Arhcival on December 17, 2013. I called 1/22/14 , 8/3/14, 8/18/14 about non delivery of products, and was always told they were sorry but they would send them out within the week. [redacted] was the main person I talked to each time. They charged my AmEx account that day.... $152.62.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a check sent to me in the amount of $152.62.

Review: My mom ordered a product from Archival Photo Pages, through the mail. The company cashed the check, dated March 10, 2014, but she has yet to receive the product and it is end of June! I have contacted them through email, online chat and left a phone message, all which were not abusive but informative. Every response was through an automatic message stating I would receive a customer rep. within 24 hours. It has been three weeks. I received one message 4 days ago and was asked to repeat info. that they can't find order #, but because she ordered through mail, there wasn't an order #. I explained that and still have not heard a word. The service is awful, not even sure if they are a legit business. The company even sent her a new catalog while all this is still going on. lolDesired Settlement: My mom would like her order to be sent, overnighted mail, at this point. If this can not be done by next week end, Otherwise, a full refund including shipping should be paid back to her.

We do apologize to customer [redacted] A. [redacted] for the delay in her order. We recently had to rectify and issue in producing some of our specialty items, the vinyl pages the customer ordered being one of them. UPS Package 1 Tracking #: [redacted] will confirm the shipment to the customer.

Review: I ordered and paid for three pkgs. of 4"x6" picture sleeves (8 pocket holder) in Jan. 2014 which were never received. I contacted company rep 4 diferent times (March, April, May & lastly, Aug. 19, 2014. They keep promising me delivery and making excuses. I would like my money refunded in the amount of $50.96. Review: Order placed on July 9, 2014 via internet for photo albums & pages. Credit card processed through bank July 10, 2014. No notification of delayed delivery. After trying to notify them via phone 2 months later, always put to voicemail with no response. Emailed & received response that I would be notified within 24 hours. Three days later received email order would be shipped September 23rd. It is now October 5th. Again tried contacting via email, no response. Left voicemail as personnel would not answer phones and no response. These were to be used for an important event for my son. Order #[redacted] placed July 9, 2014 $108.76, they have my money, I have no product.Desired Settlement: If my order has not even started to be processed/shipped, I request a full refund, letter of explanation and apology. Better yet, send product AND refund total amount for the inconvenience and poor business ethics on their part. This company should be put out of business because of their lack of responding to inquiries, no notifications of late/delayed deliveries, processing credit card, but not coming through with product ordered in a timely manner. I have done business with the company in the past when it was called 20th Century Plastics and never had any issues. Other acquaintances have also done business with them and experienced somewhat delayed receipt of order, but nothing like this.

Review: On 4/26/2014 I purchased a CD/DVD album and pages from the company. I received a letter telling me that they were backordered. When I got my checking statement the following month, they had deducted the price of the album from my account. I immediately called to ask why if they had not yet sent me the product. There was an answering machine and I was asked to leave a message and someone would get back to me. A week later I had not heard back. On May 23, 2014 I sent an email reminding them I placed the order, was charged and asked why that was the case. They responded with the fact that the items were still on back order and my concern was being sent to their priority department. Follow up emails had them assuring me that the order would ship in two weeks tops. This was the beginning of June. The middle of July came and I had given them a month past the 2 weeks they promised. I sent another email. The beginning of August I then sent an email telling them I was tired of waiting and they should refund my money. Mike replied that they would refund my money ASAP. It is now the end of September and I have neither the product nor the money.Desired Settlement: I would accept either the items ordered or the refund.

Review: In early February I placed an order with this company. They withdrew the money from my bank and I never received the product I paid for. In the beginning they would write me E-mails saying they were sorry, new management, new processing, etc, and always said someone would be getting in touch with me within 24 hours. This never happened and when I try to call it is constantly a busy sound and E-mails are no longer answered. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back since it has been 4 months with no product delivered and such terrible treatment of a customer.

Review: Ordered catalog items by mail June 14, 2014, payment check cashed shortly thereafter. Have not received ordered items. Telephoned 3 times, each time all service individuals were busy, each time left a message with order no. and telephone number. Their message said they would call back but no one ever has called back. Recorded message is very sharp and impolite. E-mailed a message to them today.Desired Settlement: Send the ordered items, or send refund with explantion.

Review: I placed an online order for products on 8/28/2014 and paid $155.76 via credit card at the time of the order. My products were supposed to be sent within 5-7 business days. I have yet to receive them and have sent at least 23 emails. [redacted] was the last human I heard from. Excuses such as our systems are down, the products are backordered, we will send out a partial order until the rest of the products are received.....have been given. None of the order has been shipped although it has been promised on numerous occasions. I am tired of dealing with this company and would just like a full refund. I had ordered from this company before and was pleased with their service and product. Now, I am thoroughly disgusted with such business practices.Desired Settlement: Just want a refund and to be done with them. Thank you

Review: I ordered photo albums and photo pages from this company on 4-29-2014. The order was processed by the company and payment of $87.17 was taken from my checking account and applied to the order. After about 2 months, I started following up on the order with the company on numerous occasions. I got all kind of excuses: changing packing and shipping locations; product on back order; product being held up in customs; claimed order was shipped and given a tracking number that was not even valid with UPS. After no satisfaction with acquiring the albums, I began requesting a refund. I was told a number of times that the refund would be processed or had been processed and given a refund confirmation number that was NOT valid. With continued follow, I was promised a return phone call from a supervisor which also never happened. My last attempt was via their website requesting a refund for the order never received and they replied that the refund would be processed.

At this point I have given up on ever receiving my order or getting my money back. While $87.17 isn't a lot of money, its the principal. I have never done business with a company that has their employees out and out lie to customers.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if you can get the money back but I hold little hope. My main goal is to report this problem to you. Most people don't check for Revdex.com rating before they do business with companies. But I suppose these days we have to. Its too bad. I believe this company use to operate under the name [redacted] with whom I had done business with for a number of years for my photo album storage needs. They had good products and this new company offered the exact same ones.

Review: I ordered 5 packages of Vinyl Photo Pages (Holds 6- 4x6 (25/pk) [redacted] at $20.97 for a total cost of $104.85 charged to my credit card. This order was placed on the 2/19/2014 and I have not recieve it yet. I have made several calls to this bussiness and each time they assured me that I will be getting my order. The last time I talked with them they said the order (Order Number:[redacted] had been sent to UPS for shiping. I called UPS today 03/08/2014 and UPS has not recieve this shipment. I am tired of the run-around and want a full refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund in the amount of $104.85

Review: I sent check#[redacted](already cleared)dated 2/5/14 for stock# [redacted] safe rigid vinyl coinpages pack of 3,Ordered 5 such packs,each $9.97to equal $52.34 with postage and offer discount of15% 0ff(c[redacted]. For months have been calling and received several excuses why order not sent. One such call late May said it was to be sent and gave tracking #([redacted]).My order has not come as of today (6/24/14). Made more called, recording said leave message, and someone would get back to me. It has not happen. Just the other day, they had the nerve to sent me another catalog! I have photo copy of my order form and check sent.Desired Settlement: If my order is not delivered, want a secure refund for check sent.

Review: I placed an order on May 12, 2014. I left 3 e-mail and 11 phone messages and 1 live chat between May 24 and October 21 - all spaced at least 2-3 weeks apart.

May 24: I e-mailed. May 27 I left a phone message. May 27 I got phone call saying product not in yet. June 6 I called,was connected and told it was on back order, due in by June 12 and to allow 4-6 weeks after that.

June 24 I called and left message. June 27 I called with no answer. June 30 I called, was connected and told that the product was there in the office and would be sent out within the week. July 8 I called, was connected and told I would be contacted by customer service within 15 minutes. Didn't receive a call back. July 18 and July 23 I called and left messages. Received no response. July 29 I called, was put on hold and stayed on the line for 30 minutes with no response.

I sent an e-mail on August 2 and received an e-mail response that said the order should go out around August 18. September 8 I sent an e-mail which got the reply that the system was down until September 19 and I would be contacted then

with an update on the order status. October 8 I finally called and left a message asking for a refund. October 21 I initiated a Live Chat asking for a refund. The reply stated that the person was sending a message to the Accounting Dept. and they would contact me by phone or e-mail. As of today, November 6, I have still not heard from them.

Obviously this business has extremely poor customer service. The few times I was actually able to talk with someone they were surely giving me false information. It has been over 5 months since I placed this order and have not received it nor been able to get a refund.Desired Settlement: I would certainly appreciate any help in getting my money refunded. At the very least I would hope that this business gets reviewed for its very negligent business practices

Review: I had placed an order for photo albums and pages in July 2014. They cashed my check on July 22, 2014. And they have kept putting me off every time I notified them saying they were waiting for the merchandise to come in. Notified them five or six times. I am tired of waiting so asked for either the merchandise or a refund of $97.73. No response after that. As of October 28, 2014 I have still not received my order or a refund. Wondered if you could try to help me to either get the merchandise of a refund. Thank you!!

Review: Product was ordered from this company in January of 2015, I was immediately billed for it and nothing was ever received. The company has been contacted on multiple occasions and never answers their phone or voicemail. Their "online" customer support is always offline. There are other numerous complaints about this company online. I was charged $143.94 and never received my merchandise. I have an email correspondence I received in March from one of their representatives that clearly indicates my product was never received by me. They can provide no shipping information or records but took my money and never shipped my product.Desired Settlement: Refund my money for the unshipped order immediately.

Review: On Jan. 2, 2015 I placed an order for 4 photo albums for $33.85. I placed the order by phone and was given a confirmation number. The order amount was credited to my account. The order was to be received within 10 days to 2 weeks, I believe. I waited several weeks before calling on the order after not receiving it. I contacted the company many times via email and by phone and was informed that the order would be sent. As of today, June 8, 2015, I still have not seen the order and can no longer get through to the company. I did not write down all the dates I contacted Archival about my order but do have 2 definite dates.Desired Settlement: I feel the company should refund the amount of $33.85 received from me.

Review: I had used this company in the past, so last summer -- possibly July 2014,I made a phone order and gave my credit card number. My order #[redacted] for under $300 for photo albums and photo album page refills was never delivered. However, my credit card was charged. In November 2014, I began to make phone calls. Each time I talked with a different agent -- [redacted] & others. They gave me my account number & would assure me that my order would be sent, but they had warehouse issues, etc. They were always polite and considerate, but I never receive any products. The last call, I asked for a full refund or the products if they were available. No order received. In January 2015, I sent the company a letter with the same requests -- my full order or my full refund. No response at all. I would like to receive the products or at this point the money might be a better option. I question if the order would be accurate or quality after all of this time.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the amount billed to my credit card.

Review: I ordered 2 photo albums and photo pages from them on June 17, 2014, I keep calling them and they say they will going out the next day, I am out, $74.40, I've called for the past few days again and get a recording to leave my number and they will call back, Then I tried to call again today and phone call doesn't go thru, I've ordered from them before and got my product right away, I've talked to quite a few people there already and said the supervisor had the product in her office and was going to get it in the mail herself to me, Still no product, I'm hoping you can check into this for me, since I am not getting any response from them,, Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would either like the delivery of my order or a refund for the $ 74.40

Review: I placed an order on 6/29/14 for $171.01 in products. My credit card was charged on 7/7/14 for the order. I still have not received my order. When I contacted the company several times, I was told that the products were back-ordered. In February 2015, through an online customer service representative I was told the order should be sent within 2 weeks. I have not received my order. I am unable to reach the company by phone or online customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded since I have not received the products that I have ordered.
