Had a service scheduled between 9 am and 1 pm. They called about 10am and said they were running late. That was fine but then 2 pm came no call no service then 2:30 called and they said they were still running late and couldn't give me a time when they would show up. I can't wait all day for them to maybe show up. It's disheartening when a company is so unprofessional of not even calling . O have a business to run and just can't stay home for them to maybe show up. If I would have done that to my customers they would have run me out on a rail.

Service was above excellent Every step of installation was explained to me in terms that I could understand All of my questions were answered

We had a problem with our a/c-heating system this week I called ARS and Christine took my information and promptly scheduled an appointment that would fit into our schedule The next day I had a change in my schedule and Christine was able to accommodate me The tech was Carlos [redacted] He was prompt, knowledgeable and quickly found the source of our problem and did the repairs efficiently He also installed a system in our ducts to improve air quality and eliminate mold growth He did all this in three hours! Amazing We will be requesting him should we need a tech in the future We strongly recommend ARS for your cooling and heating needs

Marshall was promp, courteous, and knowledgeable The plumbing problem in my home was discovered instantly I thought my problem was a lot worse--major! Today I had ARS Myrtle Beach install a Rheems heating and cooling system in my house The Installers were Mike K [redacted] and Robert S [redacted] and they were very Professional They arrived on time and worked through a very hot and humid day I had no problems with their work and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction

Matt Dwas very professional and polite He answered all questions we had I would recommend this company to friends and family
