I purchased my heat/air system from them. I just had a problem with the compressor. Called and they sent a technician out and it was repaired the next day.

David S was very friendly and informative. We had some issues and he fully explained all of our options. We were pleased with his service.

Overall this was a very good experience. I was pleased with the price, service and the staff. The one discrepancy was acknowledged and is being taken care of to my satisfaction.

My experience with ARS has always been positive. I have been dealing with ARS since 2003 and they have never steered me wrong. The latest technician, Carlos is a true professional and is a pleasure to deal with, he explains any issues in easy understandable language. He represents ARS in a very positive manner and I make it a point to ask for him for any service that I need.

excellent experience from quick scheduling to very professional service

I contacted ARS on Thursday to schedule an appointment for maintenance service. I spoke with Cortney B.who was very pleasant. She asked if I was available on Friday and inquired if I preferred morning or afternoon.I said afternoon. I was told it would be between 12 and 5 and the H/VAC technician would be James S. Then she said she would call at 12 the next day to give me a time. At 12 on Friday the call came letting me know James would arrive within an hour. I was so impressed with the wonderful customer service. 45 minutes later James was at my door. He introduced himself and went right to work, He was very professional and polite and explained everything. He was also very careful about wearing shoe covers when he was in the house. I must say this team gave the best customer service I have ever experienced! They were wonderful. Needless to say I have found the company I will be doing business with for my H/VAC needs in the future. Thank you Cortney and James.

This is my second interaction with ARS. David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was customer focused representing ARS professionally, brought to our attention some areas that need to be addressed. I would definitely request David for my next plumbing issues.

Hvac system check was thorough. Matt the technician was polite and very courteous. Amber and all of the women setting appointments are great. Highly recommend them.

Travis is very knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile and changed all my filters for me and wrote down the model numbers and S/N for the evaporator coil and furnace for me. He is very pleasant and personable.
Ashley is very professional and helpful in setting up our yearly contract with ARS. She also set up the appointment and followed up, letting us know when Travis would be here.

Highly recommend. Frank arrived quickly, accessed the job, left to pick up needed parts, returned at the stated time and resolved the problem in less than the stated repair time. Reasonably priced.

OUTSTANDING service, prompt and efficient

Having a water heater fail on a holiday weekend was my biggest nightmare, but when I called ARS it all went away. Courtney took my request and had Will come out the next day to install a new water heater. The two worked as a team and made it all happen quickly and painless. They were both polite and courteous. Thanks.

Thanks to Edward for getting our furnace working properly. He is an excellent Tec, went thru everything step by step so we had an understanding as to what the issue was, and got the part needed ASAP. When it comes to Gas furnaces Edward is number one in my book. Thanks again Eddie

ARS service tech Randy came to my home for annual system inspection on cooling/heating system. He was very personable, knowledgeable and provided details concerning the inspection. He explained and took pictures of a couple of problems with unit and explained fixes/prices to take care of it. I wish all service people were as nice, hope he comes back when my next inspection is due.

Nicole filled me in on what to expect and took all the information for Frank. Frank was very professional. He explained everything so that I could make an informed decision on the work to be done. No pushy sales talk just good information. I depend on ARS to annually check out my heat pump. When I needed a plumber I thought why not ARS for this as well,
