I have never had a more thorough maintenance checkup of my central air than that of MattHe explained everything thing he did and spent over two hours this time He was courteous, informative, and very professional I have signed up with ARS on a maintenance agreement

ARS sent Joseph out to install an air conditionerHe was on time, well groomed well dressed, and very politeIn addition to these he was quite efficient, and finished the installation in a very reasonable amount of time for what he encountered during the installation Unfortunately ARS had given him the wrong unit to install so a few days later he had to come back and remove the first unit and install the correct one which he did again every bit as well as the first time
He was assisted on the first installation by Brad, and on the second installation by RobertBoth of these gentlemen were equally as neat, efficient and adept at solving minor glitches along the wayMy thanks to all three for a job vey well done
As a note regarding ARS giving them the wrong unit...I must mention that ARS once notified that the wrong unit had been installed fixed the problem as fast as possible considering the storms/heavy rain we were havingSo all-in-all a very decent experience

Our experience with ARS has been nothing but satisfactory The technician we had today was polite, experienced, knowledgeable and a very nice young man We have had experience with ARS previously and have always been satisfiued

ARS responded originally on a weekend night to our heat pump issue A part had to be ordered, once received, our appointment was made very timely, I might add, and repairs were done The office personnel as well as the technician were very professional We have used ARS's services for a number of years, and have always been pleased with them We are plenty cool, thanks again

Service was quick and technician was courteous and very competent Flat rate charge for repair not including part cost($490) seems exorbitant Repair took and a half hours maximum

As always, this was a very pleasant experience with Alex Jand Pamela Tbeing truly efficient and professional at what they do They are very a pleasure to deal with and the service was excellent

Jeremy H was a good workerTalked to me while he completed the job and answered all my questions about the different things that can cause the problem I had with my plumbing
My only negative is I received a call at 230pm and was told the worker was on the way, he did not show up until 445pm That is not acceptable when you are told he will be there within 30minof the phone call

I called ARS because of some broken pipes and I just gotten in town Chris came quickly and fix my pipes He was so nice and did a great job I'll use ARS again and hope to get Chris

Gary and Corey worked on replacing our heat pump and heat and air ventsThey needed to also tape the vents, and install new circuit board for our two zonesThey worked diligently from about am to almost pmThey were very professional and dealt with issues they have not encoutered with positive attitudesThey actually had to re-wire one of the factory boardsThe bottom line is: They were great! We wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone needing their services

ARS is so great I needed a heating system had no money ,credit score not that good they worked with me and put in my system the same day I thank God for sending them to m the day before new years praise God I have heat now,the employees are just GREAT very professional,kind and friendly, I am just sorry I didn't know about them earlier

I contacted ARS this morning with questions regarding a tankless hot water system After leaving my info, I received a call within minutes to confirm my need Danny *** arrived, along with JT, right on time We discussed my options and both were eager and very knowledgeable about all of the options they could offer I chose the best one for me and within the next few hours, I was back in operation They were both professional, courteous, knew their products frontwards and backwards and made me feel completely at ease and they earned my trust in no time I cannot thank Danny enough for taking such excellent care of me and my concerns Thank you ARS for training such exemplary professionals!!!

Work done was quality and in a reasonable amount of time
downside-The boys dinged my wall in four places in the drywall with the bottom of the ladder minute fix for me but I would have liked them to tell me about it, not have to find it myself later

The tech we had ,Ed , was very goodVery helpful in explaining things and had a great knowledge baseJust a very nice man
